SONIA LIFIA, 2020: The Effect of Solvency, Sales Growth and Managerial Agency
Costs on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Faculty of Economics. State University of
Jakarta.
This research aims to examine the effect of Solvency (X1), Sales Growth (X2), and
Managerial Agency Costs (X3) on Financial Distress (Y). This study uses secondary
data, namely Annual Reports and Financial Statements of Property and Real Estate
Companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2016-2018. With the sampling technique,
namely purposive sampling method and 43 companies were selected as samples with
a total observation of 129 data. The analysis used is multiple linear regression
analysis using SPSS 23 software.
This study obtained the following results: (a) solvency has a negative and significant
effect on financial distress (b) sales growth has a negative and significant effect on
financial distress (c) managerial agency costs have no effect on financial distress.
Keywords: Solvency, Sales Growth, Managerial Agency Costs, Financial Distres

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (lkpd) Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) Dengan Pendekatan Kontekstual Yang Terintegrasi Ke islaman Pada Materi Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel (SPLDV) Kelas X SMK
Development of Student Worksheet (LKPD) Problem-Based Learning Model (PBM) with Islamic Integrated Contextual Approach on Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) Material for Class X SMK LIFIA SYAFITRI 166410637 Thesis, Program on mathematics Education of Islamic University of Riau Advisor: Rezi Ariawan, S.Pd., M.Pd ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a mathematics learning tool in the form of a student worksheet (LKPD) with a problem-based learning model (PBM) with a contextual approach that is integrated into Islam in the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) class X SMK which is valid. In this LKPD development research uses the development method or R&D with the 4-D model. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only 3 stages were carried out, namely: 1) define (definition), 2) design (design) and 3) development (development). The data collection instrument used was the Student Worksheet validation sheet (LKPD). The data collection technique used was a non-test technique in the form of a questionnaire, with validation sheets from 2 FKIP UIR Mathematics Education Lecturers, 1 FAI UIR Islamic Religious Education Lecturer, and 2 Mathematics Teachers at Saintika Vocational School Pekanbaru. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. From the research results, the validation results obtained by LKPD were 90.22% with a very valid level of validation. Based on this research, it is obtained LKPD model of Problem Based Learning (PBM) with a contextual approach that is integrated Islam in the material of the Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) class X SMK which has proven its validity
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Representation of indian-americans identity reflected in jhumpa lahiri's short story this blessed house
Lifia Maulida, Representation of Indian-Americans Identity Reflected In Jhumpa Lahiri's Short Story This Blessed House. An undergraduate thesi: English Literature Department, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, 2021.This research discusses the identity of indian immigrants especially the main characters, Sanjeev and Twinkle, in the short story This Blessed House by Jhumpa Lahiri. The theory used in this research is cultural studies theory by Stuart Hall and combining with character and characterization theory of fiction. This research focuses on the habits of an indian immgirants who lived in Connecticut, the United states, and also the factors that made the main characters have different identity. The husband has a stable identity and trying to maintain Indian culture while his wife acting like an American. As Twinkle shows that she loses her origin identity, which is indian, because she does not preserve her identity strongly and Sanjeev succeeds to carry his Indian identity to their household because Sanjeev has a strong Indian culture. Compared to Twinkle, Sanjeev was more recently living in America. So Twinkle has been exposed to American culture longer than Sanjeev
