terrestrial molluscs (gastropods) in seven sites in the Po Delta and in the Eastern Po Valley (3 in the province of Ravenna and 4 in the province of
Ferrara) and considers the monitoring and the comparison of current and historical faunal data. The latter can be derived from the malacological
collection “Giorgio Lazzari” of the Natural History Museum of Ferrara. 51 species were collectively assessed, 44 of which were present in the
historical surveys. Almost all species found are indigenous: only three are alien. From an ecological point of view, species closely linked to forest
environments prevail, but there are also typical entities of other environments or very adaptable entities. From the biogeographical point of
view, the most interesting result is the discovery, south of the Po, of two entities (Fruticicola fruticum and Monachoides incarnatus) which have a
European distribution and in our country usually occur in Alpine and pre-Alpine area

A hipótese sustentada encontra amparo na noção de "desativar" o Direito, contida na obra de Giorgio Agamben. Neste sentido, o trabalho busca recompor os paradigmas jurídico-político e governamental dentro da obra do autor em questão, principalmente a partir dos livros "O poder soberano e a vida nua", "Estado de Exceção" e "O Reino e a Glória". Ao fim, a proposta de "desativar" o Direito e o conceito de inoperosidade defrontam-se com a máquina governamental agambeniana. Na conclusão, a filosofia do Direito é apresentada como alternativa para se pensar uma nova relação entre Direito e vida.Abstract: The work begins from the problem of trying to think of a way of resistance by Law. The hypothesis is supported by the notion of "deactivate" the law, contained in the work of Giorgio Agamben. In this sense, this dissertation seeks to reconstruct the legal-political and governmental paradigms within the work of the author in question, mostly from the books "The sovereign power and bare life", "State of Exception" and "The Kingdom and the Glory". At the end, the proposal to "deactivate" the Law and the concept of unindustriousness are confronted with Agamben's government machinery. In conclusion, the philosophy of law is presented as an alternative to think about a new relationship between law and life

No full textIl contributo rappresenta il primo passo verso la formalizzazione di un percorso di riflessione orientato su due differenti direttrici, la prima di natura teorica e la seconda metodologica. Come docenti e ricercatrici in ambito educativo la nostra attività di studio e di ricerca sì è contraddistinta per la centratura dei nostri interventi nel mondo della scuola e dei servizi per l’infanzia, in una dimensione fortemente orientata ad analizzare le prassi e i contesti educativi ed alla sperimentazione di azioni innovative, finalizzate alla soluzione di problemi. Gli studi e le ricerche che abbiamo condotto hanno quindi preso le mosse, il più delle volte, dalla necessità di ideare percorsi formativi o dalla progettazione di interventi educativi (in ambito nazionale ed interazionale) più che spunti di natura teoretica o speculativa. Il saggio propone un inquadramento teorico dell'approccio alla ricerca-formazione utilizzato in diversi progetti di ricerca-intervento dalle autrici e gli esiti di un percorso di ricerca-formazione che abbiamo svolto in una scuola primaria della città di Bologna

No full textopenL’analisi condotta all’interno di questo elaborato si propone di fornire un’analisi tematica e linguistica della raccolta “Il seme del piangere” di Giorgio Caproni, pubblicata per la prima volta da Garzanti nel 1959. Partendo da una panoramica storica, culturale e stilistica dell’ambiente e delle spinte che muovono l’autore nella composizione della sua poesia, si giungerà ad un’analisi puntuale della prima sezione dell’opera: i “Versi Livornesi” dedicati alla madre al fine di fornire una breve ma puntuale antologia commentata. La forza poetica degli anni ’60 è totalmente condensata nella mente e nella penna di Giorgio Caproni, lo scopo di questo studio è pertanto quello di mettere in luce quante più caratteristiche e particolarità possibili con il desiderio di omaggiare colui che, nella seconda metà del Novecento, donò alla poesia un momento di massima elevazione che, in seguito, è stato difficilmente raggiungibile.The analysis conducted within the paper aims to provide a linguistic and thematic overview of Giorgio Caproni's collection "Il seme del piangere," first published by Garzanti in 1959. Starting from a historical, cultural and stylistic framing of the environment and the drives that move the author in his poetic production, a punctual analysis of the first section of the work, the "Versi Livornesi," will be made in order to provide a brief but timely annotated anthology. The poetic force of the 1960s is totally condensed in the mind and pen of Giorgio Caproni, therefore the aim of this study is to highlight as many of his characteristics and particularities as possible with the desire to pay homage to the one who gave an elevation to the poetry of the second half of the twentieth century that has hardly been, subsequently, achieved

No full textL'organizzazione del territorio in epoca tardoantica e altomedievale è ricostruita dalla storiografia attraverso fonti che si esprimono in un linguaggio stratificato, un greco amministrativo dell'impero bizantino che reca pesanti tracce di latinismi e, dall'altra parte, un latino corrotto ma soprattutto contaminato dalla convivenza con sistemi linguistici diversi. La rilettura di una celebre opera del VI secolo, la Descriptio orbis romanis di Giorgio Ciprio, e la proposta di attribuire un nuovo possibile significato alla parola greca kastron nelle fonti dei primi secoli del Medioevo, consente di reinterpretare fenomeni quali la pretesa militarizzazione della penisola dopo l'arrivo dei Longobardi. Consente inoltre di evidenziare una concezione spaziale propria di quei secoli che non necessariamente prevedeva l'esistenza di un punto centrale per organizzare giurisdizionalmente lo spazio

The conceptual question among sovereignty, biopolitics and law: a sensible point between Foucault and Agamben
No full textThe concept of biopolitics has its origin on the Michel Foucault works developped since 1975 to 1979. In this period, the author introduced the foundations for a new approach about the modern government, based in both crescent enpowerment on individuals and the control of populations. The theme has attracted the attentions of some critical political studies, with many practical uses. However, I believe there is not enough consolidation about biopolitics as a concept and a comprehensive theory of the new political mechanisms. This uncertainness is more evident when the very role of Law is questioned in a biopolitical model, due to the archaic nature that Foucault gives to it. So the aim of the paper is to identify the theorical comprehension of biopolitics in a contemporary author as Giorgio Agamben to demonstrate his oppositions and proximities from the original idea of Michel Foucault. I propose that Agamben has the same difficulties of Foucault to deal with legal theory and Law inside biopolitics. Nevertheless, after a critical review on the works of this two authors, my conclusion is that a settlement of the concepts of Law and biopolitics depends of the surpassing of the Foucaldian version of Law as sovereignity, a clear delimitation of a common core between the authors and their differences and the research and affirmation of the concept of Law in Agamben, more well-refined than Foucault's one

No full textIl percorso saggistico di Giorgio Bassani inizia quando il futuro autore de "Il giardino dei Finzi-Contini" è ancora uno studente universitario. La sua evoluzione fino agli Sessanta si rivela indispensabile alla formazione di quella idea di letteratura espressa nella maniera più compiuta all'interno del romanzo. Questo lavoro ricostruisce i singoli passaggi di questo percorso nel tentativo di osservare la maturazione dell'autore ferrarese nel continuo confronto con la letteratura coeva e non solo, fino alla "riflessione su se stesso" che occupa quasi per intero il lavoro saggistico dell'ultimo Bassani.
Giorgio Bassani's essayistic journey begins when the future author of "The Garden of the Finzi-Continis" was still a university student. His evolution up to the Sixties proves indispensable to the formation of that idea of literature expressed in the most complete way within the novel. This work reconstructs the individual steps of this path in an attempt to observe the maturation of the Ferrarese author in the continuous comparison with contemporary literature and beyond, up to the "reflection on himself" which occupies almost the entire essayistic work of the late Bassani
