Studies of Aniline and it’s Derivatives on Various Organ Systems: A Mini Review
Certain chemical pollutants in the environment can change a variety of biological processes. Anilines are widely used in the manufacturing of plants, colours, medications, pesticides, and herbicides. This review aims to highlight the destructive, dangerous and altering effects of aniline on various organisms. We believe that this study will provide helpful information regarding aniline\u27s toxicological research, which will help in the formulation of acceptable guidelines for aniline usage
Collaborative workplace writing: insights from experienced workplace writers / Latisha Asmaak Shafie and Surina Nayan
Collaborative workplace writing is a collective writing that combines the expertise of a group of workplace writers to produce well- written pieces of writing. It is more efficient than single-author writing at workplaces. However, collaborative workplace writing is challenging as the writers have their challenges, schedules and aspirations. Therefore, insights from experienced collaborative workplace writers assist novice workplace writers who do not know what to expect when they write collaboratively. The study is a qualitative multiple case study to investigate the collaborative workplace writing skills and collaborative technologies used by four experienced collaborative workplace writers. The data were collected were collected through semi-structured interview. The study investigates the characteristics of experienced collaborative writers, the collaborative writing skills and the collaborative technologies. The findings suggested that experienced collaborative writers are subject matter experts, independent learners, 21st - century learning skills and adaptability skills. Additionally, the findings show that collaborative writers use a framework for collaborative writing in their writing projects. The study also reveals that collaborative technologies are necessities to enrich the writers’ collaborative writin
Study on the Impact of Aniline on Antioxidant Enzymes, Biochemical Contents and Hormonal Analysis on Testis of Male Albino Rat
Background: Aniline, common aromatic amine, has been linked to hormonal imbalances and reproductive toxicity.
Aim: This study examines its effects on body weight, organ weight, anti oxidant enzymes, and hormone levels and biochemical components in albino rats.
Method: The rats were categorized into a control group and an aniline-treated group. Body weight, testis weight, and serum testosterone, LH and FSH levels were measured, and anti oxidant enzymes were measured.
Results: Aniline treated rats showed reduced weight gain, lower testis weights, and decreased testosterone, LH and FSH levels. oxidative stress damages was induced in the testis.
Conclusion: Aniline exposure negatively impacts male reproductive health by altering hormone levels and testicular structure. Further research is needed to assess its relevance to human health
String Diagrams for Physical Duoidal Categories
We introduce string diagrams for physical duoidal categories (normal -symmetric duoidal categories): they consist of string diagrams with wires forming a zigzag-free partial order and order-preserving nodes whose inputs and outputs form intervals.26 pages, 11 figures. Evaluation of Aloe vera’s Impact on Semen Parameters in Albino Rat Using Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA) Technique
Aloe vera is a significant and well-recognized medicinal plant, extensively utilized by people globally as a popular remedy for overall health. Despite its widespread use, it has been established that Aloe vera exhibits anti-fertility properties. Consequently, this research was conducted to explore the potential of Aloe vera to cause male reproductive dysfunction. Our findings indicate that Aloe vera leads to a reduction in both body weight and testis weight. Additionally, results from CASA (Computer Assisted Semen Analysis) reveal a dose-dependent decrease in sperm concentration and motility. Furthermore, it increased the percentage of sperm abnormalities. Therefore, Aloe vera has been shown to exert an anti-fertility effect on the male reproductive system of albino rats

ANILINE INDUCED HISTOLOGICAL ALTERATIONS AND EVALUATION OF SERUM HORMONES IN THYROID GLAND OF MALE ALBINO RATS
Aniline is a primary aryl amine in which an amino functional group is substituted for one of the benzene hydrogen. It is a primary aryl mine and a member of anilines appears as yellowish to brownish oily liquid with a musty odour. Aniline has diverse uses in industry and in pharmaceuticals. It is used in rubber accelerators and antioxidants dyes and pigments fibres, photographic chemicals. It is also used in herbicides and fungicides. The objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of aniline on thyroid gland in albino rats. Eighteen adults albino rats were divided into three groups A, B and C. Group A was control and provided with normal food and water as well as Group B and C were received 20 mg/kg bw of aniline daily for 15 and 30 days respectively. After the completion of treatment body and organs weight and histology of thyroid gland and evaluation of serum hormones were examined. Results showed that there is decrease in body weight and increase in organ weight in experimental group as compare to control group of animals. Histopathology of thyroid gland of treated rats showed increase in number of microfollicles, reduce colloid secretion, vacuolation in colloid, breakdown of capsular layer, follicular disruption, fusion of thyroid follicles and increase interfollicular space as compared to control. Hormonal analysis of thyroid gland of treated rats showed significant decreased in thyroid hormones Tri-iodothyronine (T3), Tetra-iodothyronine (T4) level and increase Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level as compared to control. From the results, It can be conclude that the aniline has potential to exerts deleterious effect on structure and function of thyroid gland
Effects of Fipronil Induced Testicular Dysfunction In Male Albino Rats
Fipronil (FIP), a widely used phenylpyrazole insecticide, has raised significant concerns due to its environmental persistence, bioaccumulation, and potential adverse effect on non-target organisms, including humans. The study investigates the reproductive toxicity of Fipronil in male albino rats, focusing its impact on testicular structure and function. Male rats were administered varying doses of Fipronil to evaluate changes in body weight, testis weight, histopathological alterations, biochemical parameters and hormone levels. Result revealed dose-dependent reduction in body and testis weight, histological damage to seminiferous tubules, disrupted biochemical markers and significant alterations in serum testosterone, FSH and LH levels. These findings underscore Fipronil’s potential to impair male reproductive health through mechanisms involving oxidative stress, hormonal disruption, and structural damage to testicular tissue
Will Strict Gun Laws Stop Mass Shootings in Schools?
The firearm-related mass shooting incidents in schools often reignite the debate on gun rights and school safety. Some widely publicized mass school shootings have high mortality rates and fatalities, while the majority are less deadly and not noted widely, having fewer than two deaths or no fatalities. However, their effects are devastating as they leave lasting social and psychological impacts on children, their families, and others in communities. The author aims to understand if implementing strict gun laws is the best strategy to stop school mass shootings. A qualitative analysis of peer-reviewed articles was conducted to research the significance of gun ownership and gun control policies on school mass shootings. The study finds that more permissive firearm laws and higher rates of gun ownership were associated with higher rates of school shootings. While other strategies can prevent shootings in schools, implementing stringent gun laws can effectively stop children and youths from accessing firearms, a crucial factor in stopping mass shootings in schools. Also, data from the PEW research center indicate that most Americans favor strict gun laws to reduce gun violence. Stringent gun laws include safe storage of guns, rigorous background checks, and a ban on high-capacity magazines and assault weapons (Pew Research Center, 2022)
