No full textवर्तमान दौर में पूरी दुनिया में अशांति फैली हुई है। मनुष्य ने चाहे जितनी भी खोज की है अपनी सुख सुविधाओं के लिए लेकिन फिर भी उसको कहीं भी उसे सकून नहीं हैं। भौतिक भोग की वस्तुओं के अनावश्यक संग्रह से उसे झूठा ही सुख मिल पा रहा हैं । फिर युवा वर्ग ही क्या प्रत्येक वर्ग तनाव में जीवन यापन कर रहा है। गीता गुम हुए सुख को पुनः आत्मिक रूप में लेन का कम करती हैं । आत्मा चेतन रूप है । आधुनिक युग में गीता के द्वारा संतुलित जीवन को उपचार देने की आवश्यकता है। गीता योग अध्यात्म एवं जीवन प्रबंधन का महत्त्वपूर्ण ग्रंथ है । आज के युवा को गीता का आत्मसात करने के लिए अर्जुन जैसा जिज्ञासा पात्र बनना पड़ेगा क्योंकि भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने गीता के अंतिम अध्याय में स्वयं कहा है कि गीता का रहस्यमय उपदेश किसी भी काल में तत्वरहित भक्तिविहीन और जिसकी सुनने में रूचि नहीं हैं और जो मेरे प्रति द्वेष भाव रखता हैं ऐसे लोगों को यह ज्ञान नहीं देना चाहिए। जो युवा गीता का गुरु के सानिध्य में श्रवण मनन करेगा वह मोक्ष रुपी परम लक्ष्य को भी प्राप्त कर सकता हैं
NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020 OF INDIA: A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS
Full text linkEducation is an important instrument that helps individuals understand their rights and responsibilities toward their family, community, and country. It also imparts knowledge, skill, technique, and information. You may view the world around us by widening your perspective and field of vision. It changes our perception of life. Well defined and updated education policy is essential for a country at school and as well as higher levels because that education leads to economic and social progress. Various nations implement distinct educational systems based on customs and cultural norms. They adopt and learn different stages during their life cycle at school and college level to make it effective and significant. The new education policy replaces the previous national education policy on education 1986. The policy is comprehensive framework for elementary education to higher education as well as vocational training in both rural and urban India. The policy is aimed at transforming the Indian education system to meet the needs of 21stcentury. The new education policy seeks rectification of poor literacy and minimal outcomes associated with primary school reduction in dropout level in middle and secondary school and to maintain the gross enrollment ratio and adoption of the multi disciplinary approach in higher education. This policy focus on early childhood, restructuring curriculum, pedagogy, skill development, reformation of assessment and exams. The policy is formed on the three pillars of Research, Innovation and Quality with the objective of developing India into acknowledge super power in upcoming years. We have examine the policy in this paper. This study focus on it's impact on stakeholder and paper. Also discuss the out come and possible drawbacks of National education policy 2020
भागवद्गीता में नारी भावना एवं वर्तमान में उसकी प्रासंगिकता
No full textभारतीय संस्कृति में नारी के सम्मान को बहुत महत्व दिया गया है। संस्कृत में एक श्लोक है- 'यत्र पूज्यंते नार्यस्तु तत्र रमन्ते देवता:। अर्थात्, जहां नारी की पूजा होती है वहां देवता निवास करते हैं। महाभारत में कहा गया है कि जिस कुल में नारियों की उपेक्षा भाव से देखा जाता है उस कुल का सर्वनाश हो जाता है। शतपथ ब्राह्मण में कहा गया है कि नारी नर की आत्मा का आधा भाग है। नारी के बिना नर का जीवन अधूरा है इस अधूरेपन को दूर करने और संसार को आगे चलाने के लिए नारी का होना जरूरी है। जिस कुल में नारियों कि पूजा, अर्थात् सत्कार होता हैं, उस कुल में दिव्यगुण, दिव्य भोग और उत्तन संतान होते हैं और जिस कुल में स्त्रियों कि पूजा नहीं होती, वहां तो उनकी सब क्रिया निष्फल हैं
CONSUMER BUYING BEHAVIOR FOR CANNED TUNA PRODUCTS IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY
Full text linkThis study focused on consumer preferences regarding the purchase of canned tuna products in General Santos City. The researcher used descriptive quantitative research design by distributing questionnaires using quota sampling to 100 respondents who bought in supermarkets or malls, convenience stores, and public markets employing relative frequency distribution, weighted mean, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Results of the study showed that there is a high degree of influence on product characteristics (4.03), psychological factors (3.76), promotional activities (3.64), and social factors (3.43) on the consumer buying decisions for canned tuna products. Moreover, profile based on age, sex, educational attainment, average monthly income, and source of income had no significant differences on consumer decisions on buying canned tuna products. The findings of the study confirmed that product characteristics perceived to be of higher influence on the purchased of canned tuna products

No full textThis study examines the role of National Green Tribunal (NGT) in environmental laws focusing on its effectiveness in delivering speedy justice. The NGT established with aims to resolve environmental disputes efficiently reducing the burden on traditional courts and ensuring its prompt enforcement and compliance. The study reviews key statutes relating to environments in India and analyzes landmark judgments to highlight the NGT’s contributions and challenges to function effectively, including delays and resource limitations. It concludes with recommendations for legal reforms, enhanced resources and better use of technology to strengthen the NGT’s capacity to ensure timely and effective environmental justice in India
EFFECTS OF RICE HUSK ASH AND POTASSIUM FERTILIZER APPLICATION ON YIELD AND YIELD COMPONENTS OF RICE (Oryza sativa L.)
Full text linkThe pot and Field experiments were conducted at Department of Soil and Water Science (YAU Farm), Yezin Agricultural University to evaluate the effect of rice husk ash (RHA) and potassium fertilizer application on yield and yield components of sin thu kha rice variety. The pot and field experiments were carried out in the dry season (December to May) 2022-23 and wet season (June to November) 2023. The experiment using T1 - control , T2 - (92 kg K ha-1), T3 - potassium (46 kg K ha-1)+ rice husk ash (5 t ha-1), T4 - potassium (46 kg K ha-1) + rice husk ash (10 t ha-1), T5 - rice husk ash (5 t ha-1), T6 - rice husk ash (10 t ha-1). The experiment was laid out in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replications. The both experiments result observed that highest grain yield was observed combined use in T4 - potassium (46 kg K ha-1) + rice husk ash (10 t ha-1),due to production of higher number of tillers hill-1, number of spikelets panicle-1, filled grain %, number of panicles hill-1. The minimum plant growth parameters and yield components were found from the treatments T1 (control). Therefore, the result found that highlighted that potassium fertilizer with rice husk ash should be applied at the rate of 46 kg K ha-1 for sin thu kha rice variety
छिंदवाडा जिले में कृषि उत्पादन पर सिंचाई की भूमिका
No full textसिंचाई कृषि क्षेत्र में एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रिया है। जो फसलों को विकसित करने और उनकी उत्पादकता में सुधार करने में केंद्रीय भूमिका निभाती है। यह प्राकृतिक वर्षा की अनिश्चितता और अपर्याप्तता की स्थितियों में फसलों को आवश्यक जल प्रदान करती है जिससे फसलों का निरंतर और स्थिर उत्पादन सुनिश्चित होता है। इस जिले की अर्थव्यवस्था मुख्य रूप से कृषि पर निर्भर है, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रकार की फसलें जैसे धान, मक्का, कपास, सोयाबीन ,गन्ना ,गेहूं, चना ,मटर और दलहन के साथ ही फल -सब्जियां भी उगाई जाती है। इस जिला में वर्षा सामान्य होती है ,जिसके कारण सतही जल व भूमिगत जल का निरंतर प्रयोग से जलस्तर में कमी देखने को मिलती है। उक्त प्रयोजन हेतु वर्षा जल की पूर्ति के लिए सिंचाई कार्य से उपलब्ध विभिन्न स्रोतों से (2015 –2018 त्रैवार्षिक माध्यमान के अनुसार ) 2,30,323 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में सिंचाई कार्य होता है जिसमें नवीन व पारंपरिक सिंचाई विधियां की सहायता से यह कृषि कार्य पूर्ण हो पाता है

Though, India has taken many programmes, policies and also has provided constitutional safe guard for the development of the weaker section of the population of the country, especially for the tribes and due to that not only literacy rate of urban tribes are increasing per day but also literacy rate of rural tribes are also increasing. So, we can lead to the conclusion that effective implementation of all tribal developmental programme and policies are required to increase the development of literacy rate of both urban and rural tribals in India. So, today, with the effective implementation of all tribal’s developmental programme and policies, not only we can develop the literacy rate of both urban and rural tribes in India but also we can protect their culture and identity also

By examining the socio-political and religious landscape of the time, the paper aims to uncover the underlying power dynamics and ideologies that shape the portrayal of women and their activities in the text. Furthermore, by contextualizing the text within its historical milieu, the paper provides a nuanced understanding of the socio-political forces at play during the 19th century in India. Overall, the paper offers a critical perspective on "Tohfa-e-Dulhan" and similar texts, highlighting the need for continued examination of the ways in which patriarchal and religious ideologies intersect to shape gender relations and perpetuate systems of oppression. COHABITATION SYNDROME AND ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS OF ADEKUNLE AJASIN UNIVERSITY, AKUNGBA-AKOKO, NIGERIA
Full text linkThis study examined the relationship between cohabitation and academic performance of students of Faculty of Education, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Nigeria (AAUA). The study adopted the descriptive research design of the survey type. Sample of four hundred and sixteen students (416) were randomly selected from all the eight (8) Departments in the Faculty. The instrument for data collection was a self-developed questionnaire titled “Cohabitation and academic performance of Tertiary Institutions Students (CTIS). The results of the analysis showed that cohabitation among students in the Faculty of Education, AAUA was high and that there was a significant relationship between cohabitation and academic performance. Also, age does not have significant influence on cohabitation. The study concluded that cohabitation was in existence among students of the faculty of Education and very high in AAUA. It was also concluded that the menace of cohabitation among students significantly imparted on their academic performance, similarly, age of students does not have significant influence on cohabitation. Government and school administrators should provide adequate and affordable hostel accommodations for all categories of students. Lecturers and other members of staff should work hand in hand to disabuse the minds of the students from the menace of cohabitation and that parents/guardians should supervise and monitor their children/wards closely
