Ada empat keterampilan yang harus ditingkatkan oleh pelajar dalam mempelajari suatu bahasa. Dari keempat keterampilan tersebut, keterampilan berbicara adalah bagian yang sangat penting karena ini merupakan keterampilan produksi atau keterampilan aktif dalam suatu bahasa. Namun masalah terbesar yang ditemui oleh pelajar bahasa, terutama pelajar bahasa Inggris adalah mereka takut untuk berbicara menggunakan bahasa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan, motivasi, dan kemampuan berbicara siswa di SMP YLPI Riau, selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan siswa terhadap kemampuan berbicara, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa, dan pengaruh kecemasan dan motivasi terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa pada siswa SMP YLPI Riau. Peneliti menggunakan studi korelasi dan menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda yang akan dihitung dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistik versi 20. Setelah proses data analisis, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan siswa rendah, motivasi untuk berbicara menggunakan bahasa Inggris sedang, dan banyak siswa SMP YLPI Riau yang memiliki kemampuan berbicara menggunakan bahasa Inggris pada tingkat rendah meskipun hampir setengahnya memiliki kemampuan tingkat tinggi. Untuk analisis korelasi peneliti menemukan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara kecemasan pada kemampuan berbicara, tidak ada kecemasan antara motivasi pada kemampuan berbicara, serta tidak ada korelasi antara kecemasan dan motivasi pada kemampuan berbicara siswa di SMP YLPI Riau. Jadi, meskipun tidak ada korelasi antara variabel-variabel tersebut, guru masih harus meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dan mengurangi kecemasannya. Guru harus menemukan strategi yang baik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa didalam kelas bahasa Inggris
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Sebagai mana yang diketahui bahwa anak yang lahir dalam pernikahan atau anak yang dikandung dalam status perkawinan yang sah maka statusnya menurut hukum adalah anak sah, di Pengadilan Agama Banyumas pernah mengabulkan gugatan penolakan/ pengingkaran status anak sah oleh ayahnya dan gugatan tersebut dikabulkan. Dari putusan tersebut penulis bermaksud mengkaji putusan tersebut dengan mempertanyakan apakah sudah sesuai undang-undang yang berlaku dan apa yang menjadi dasar dari putusan tersebut, dengan tujuan mengungkap ilmu yang harus yang harus dikaji dan dijadikan referensi kedepannya.
Adapun jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field research) dengan berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kulitatif-naturalitatif. Subjek penelitian skripsi ini adalah Majelis Hakim dan Kuasa Hukum Penggugat, dan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah putusan No. 1484/Pdt.G/2012/PA.Bms. dan yang menjadi landasan teori adalah semua karya ilmiah, undang-undang tentang putusan hakim dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dalam bab pemeliharan anak.
Dari data tersebut penulis menyatakan bahwa putusan tersebut telah sesuai dengan prosedur hukum dan undang-undang yang berlaku.

The purposes of this study are to reveal the intrinsic elements in the Utsukushisa to Kanashimi to novel, the personalities of the two main characters and moral values, Otoko and Keiko in the Utsukushisa to Kanashimi to novel. This research uses novel as the object of study with the title Utsukushisa to Kanashimi to.
This research uses literary research method to obtain data. It also uses morality values, Nurgiyantoro’s structural theory and Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalysis theory. Structural theory is used to describe the storyline in the novel, the theory of sociology literature is used to reveal morality values and the theory of psychological literature is used to reveal the personalities of the two main characters who exhibit deviant sexual behavior which is lesbian.
The results of this study indicate that according to the morality values, Otoko's personality has many praiseworthy traits such as brave, sincere, preventing crime, and diligent. However. Some of Otoko's personalities are dominated by Id. Keiko has many antagonistic, stubborn and aggressive personalities that are also dominated by Id.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
