Korelasi Antara Massa Eosinofilik dengan Partikel Coklat Gelap dengan Mycobacterium Tuberculosis pada Sitologi Biopsi Aspirasi
Latar belakang
Pemeriksaan sputum BTA dan foto ronsen selama ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penderita TB paru. Untuk TB diluar paru, perlu dilakukan sitologi biopsi aspirasi jarum halus, walaupun kadang-kadang dijumpai gambaran yang tidak khas berupa massa eosinofilik dengan partikel coklat gelap yang diduga sebagai TB. Penelitian ini akan membuktikan bahwa massa eosinofilik dengan partikel coklat, akurat dipakai sebagai kriteria baru untuk diagnostik sitologi TB.
Metode
Melalui teknik biopsi aspirasi jarum halus, diwarnai dengan Giemsa, bila dijumpai massa eosinofilik dengan partikel coklat gelap, dan dikonfirmasi dengan pemeriksaan PCR. Sebagai pembanding adalah radang lainnya yang bukan TB juga dikonfirmasi dengan PCR. Dicari hubungan antara massa amorf eosinofilik yang mengandung partikel coklat gelap dengan M.tuberculosis untuk menilai akurasi dilakukan uji diagnostik menilai sensitifitas dan spesifisitas massa eosinofilik dengan partikel coklat gelap dengan baku emas pemeriksaan PCR.
Hasil
Didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,01) antara massa amorf eosinofilik yang mengandung partikel coklat gelap dengan M.tuberculosis. Diagnostik sitologi TB melalui gambaran massa amorf eosinofilik yang mengandung partikel coklat gelap memberikan akurasi 97,94%dengan sensitifitas 98,95% dan spesifisitas 96,97% bila dikonfirmasi dengan pemeriksaan PCR menggunakan DNA M. tuberculosis.
Kesimpulan
Massa eosinofilik yang mengandung partikel coklat gelap akurat dipakai sebagai kriteria baru diagnostik sitologi TB dengan sensitifitas dan spesifisitas yang tingi bila dikonfirmasi dengan pemeriksaan PCR.Background
Examination of AFB sputum and X-ray photos has been used to identify pulmonary TB sufferers. For extrapulmonary tuberculosis, fine needle aspiration biopsy cytology is needed, although sometimes there is a picture that is not typical of an eosinophilic mass with dark brown particles suspected of being TB. This study will prove that eosinophilic mass with brown particles is accurately used as a new criterion for TB cytology diagnostics.
Method
Through fine needle aspiration biopsy technique, it was stained with Giemsa, when there was an eosinophilic mass with dark brown particles, and confirmed by PCR examination. As a comparison, other inflammation that is not TB is also confirmed by PCR. Search for a relationship between eosinophilic amorphous mass containing dark brown particles and M. tuberculosis. To assess the accuracy, a diagnostic test assessed the sensitivity and specificity of eosinophilic mass with dark brown particles with gold standard PCR examination.
Results
A significant correlation (p <0,01) was found between eosinophilic amorphous mass containing dark brown particles and M. tuberculosis. Diagnosis of TB cytology via eosinophilic amorphous mass containing dark brown particles gave an accuracy of 97,94% with a sensitivity of 98,95% and specificity of 96,97% when confirmed by PCR examination using M. tuberculosis DNA.
Conclusion
Eosinophilic mass containing accurate dark brown particles is used as a new diagnostic criteria for TB cytology with high sensitivity and specificity when confirmed by PCR examination.Disertasi Dokto
PERAN KOMUNIKASI POLITIK MAJELIS PERMUSYAWARATAN ULAMA (MPU) DALAM PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK DI KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE
Abstract: In this study, according to the author it is important to do in order to see the understanding andpractice of politics MPU on the settlement of the conflict. The practice is meant is the participation of scholarsin an effort to drown out the various types of conflict such as those between Indonesia and GAM, between thecentral government and a number of giant companies that exist around Lhokseumawe, between the politicalelite and the government with NGOs in addition to reviewing the settlement of business they do. Thisresearch is a field research, by taking some data collection techniques are the first in-depth interviews withsix scholars as the samples were taken by purposive sampling, ie scholars who joined the MPU. In thisthesis, the author discusses the position of ulama in Acehnese society and also the history of the growingconflict in Aceh and Lhokseumawe impact on society. In addition it also explained the history of the ulamaAceh quick active role in resolving conflicts in various areas of public life, and not least also need to explainwhat should be done by the MPU in the resolution of political conflicts. Based on the results found in thefield is MPU as a forum for scholars in the city of Lhokseumawe is a group of people who respected andadmired, and are expected to play an active role in society. MPU Lhokseumawe not a passive group inpolitical matters, as well as the notion some people, but active role within the scientific task of scholars.Dalam penelitian ini, menurut penulis penting untuk dilakukan dalam rangka untuk melihat pemahamandan praktek politik MPU terhadap penyelesaian konflik. Praktek yang dimaksudkan adalah peran sertaulama dalam upaya meredam berbagai jenis konflik seperti yang terjadi antara RI-GAM, antara pemerintahpusat dengan sejumlah perusahaan raksasa yang ada disekitar Lhokseumawe, antara para elit politikdan pemerintah dengan LSM disamping mengkaji usaha penyelesaian yang mereka lakukan. Penelitianini adalah penelitian lapangan(field research), dengan menempuh beberapa teknik pengumpulan datayaitupertama wawancara mendalam(depth interviem) dengan 6 ulama yang dijadikan sampel yangdiambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu ulama yang bergabung dalam MPU. Dalam tesis inipenulis membahas tentang kedudukan ulama dalam masyarakat Aceh dan juga sejarah konflik yang berkembangdi Aceh serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat Lhokseumawe. Selain itu menjelaskan pula sejarah ringkasperan aktif ulama Aceh dalam menyelesaikan konflik dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan masyarakat, dantak kalah pentingnya pula perlu dijelaskan apa yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh MPU dalam penyelesaiankonflik politik. Berdasarkan hasil yang ditemukan di lapangan adalah MPU sebagai wadah ulama di KotaLhokseumawe merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang dihormati dan disegani serta diharapkan berperanaktif dalam masyarakat. Perancangan Aplikasi Interaktif Koleksi Unggulan Museum Mpu Tantular Menggunakan Augmented Reality
Fungsi dan manfaat museum Mpu Tantular adalah sebagai penunjang pendidikan dan melestarikan warisan budaya masyarakat untuk tujuan studi, penelitian, dan hiburan. Beberapa museum belum ada virtual konten yang siap membantu para pengunjung, salah satunya adalah Museum Mpu Tantular. Museum Mpu Tantular adalah museum nasional yang dikelola oleh Departemen Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, museum ini memiliki beberapa koleksi unggulan, tetapi penyampaian informasinya masih kurang. Berbagai macam teknologi telah diciptakan untuk membantu museum dalam penyampaiannya, salah satunya adalah augmented reality.
Teknologi AR pada mobile dapat membantu penyampaian informasi pada museum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode pengumpulan data informasi dari koleksi unggulan Museum Mpu Tantular, dan studi literatur tentang katalog koleksi Museum Mpu Tantular, pendekatan augmented reality, serta pendekatan beta testing untuk memvalidasi fungsi, kompabilitas, dan reabilitas dari aplikasi yang dibuat, sehingga maksud dan tujuan yang disampaikan oleh penulis dapat tersampaikan. Hasil perancangan dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi android yang berisikan model 3D beserta konten-konten informasi dari artefak unggulan Museum Mpu Tantular dalam bentuk augmented reality.
Untuk menjalankan aplikasi ini membutuhkan smartphone android dan marker yang tersedia pada area pameran museum. Hasil perancangan ini menghasilkan model 3D dan AR dari artefak Surya Stambha, Garudeya, dan Simphonion. Surya Stambha adalah kapak animisme dari NTB, Garudeya adalah perhiasan emas berukuran besar, Simphonion adalah alat music. Dari segi materi yang disampaikan, aplikasi ini dapat menyampaikan informasinya secara langsung dan stimulan dari museum.

The function and benefits of the Mpu Tantular museum are to support education and to preserve the cultural heritage of the community for the purpose of study, research and entertainment. Some museums have no virtual content ready to help visitors, one of which is the Mpu Tantular Museum. Mpu Tantular Museum is a national museum managed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, this museum has several excellent collections, but the information is still lacking. Various kinds of technology have been created to help the museum in its delivery, one of which is augmented reality.
AR technology on mobile can help convey information to the museum. The method used in this study is to use information data collection methods from the superior collection of the Mpu Tantular Museum, and literature studies on the Mpu Tantular Museum collection catalog, augmented reality approach, and beta testing approach to validate the functions, compatibility, and reliability of the applications made, so that the purposes and objectives conveyed by the author can be conveyed. The design result of this research is an android application containing 3D models along with information content from the superior artifacts of the Mpu Tantular Museum in the form of augmented reality.
To run this application requires an Android smartphone and markers available at the museum exhibition area. The results of this design produce 3D and AR models from the artifacts of Surya Stambha, Garudeya, and Simphonion. Surya Stambha is an animist ax from NTB, Garudeya is a large gold jewelry, Simphonion is a musical instrument. In terms of the material presented, this application can convey information directly and stimulants from the museum
Stilistics and Spiritual values in Kunjarakarna Dharmakathana Prose Composed by Mpu Dusun
This study aims to analyze classical prose entitled Kunjarakarna Dharmakathana composed by Mpu Dusun written in the era of Majapahit rule, in the classical Javanese era. Different types of stylistic language using stylistic theory were identified through data analysis. The results show that there is a dominant language style, namely Totem pro parte language style and Snapshot language style. Both are language styles that are not commonly used in scientific literary works, but are found scattered in the prose of Kunjarakarna Dharmakathana composed by Mpu Dusun. There are also lots of moral messages and character education values in this ancient prose, found in Allegory script lines. Language styles which are not broadly used in scientific work will increase exquisiteness and they have a spiritual impact and concretize the ideas that the author wants to convey
Classification of Foreign Body Reactions due to Industrial Silicone Injection
A foreign body reaction (FBR) is a typical tissue response to a biomaterial that has been injected or implanted in human body tissue. There has been a lack of data on the classification of foreign body reaction to silicone injection, which can describe the pattern of body tissue responses to silicone.OBJECTIVE Determine the foreign body reaction to silicone injection.METHOD We modified the classification proposed by Duranti and colleagues, which has categorized a FBR to hyaluronic acid injection into a new classification of an FBR to silicone injection. A cohort study of 31 women suffering from silicone-induced granulomas on their chin was conducted. Granulomatous tissue and submental skin were stained with hematoxylin–eosin and evaluated. RESULTS Our data revealed that there were at least 7 categories of FBRs to silicone injection that could be developed. Categories 1 to 4 showed inflammatory activity, and categories 5 to 8 showed tissue repair by
fibrosis.CONCLUSION Using histopathological staining, we are able to sequence the steps of body reactions to silicone
injection. Initial inflammatory reaction is then replaced by fibrosis process repairing the damaged tissues.The process depends on the host immune tolerance.The authors have indicated no significant interest with commercial supporters
DISTRIBUTION OF JOINT PROPERTY IN MARRIAGE: Opinions of Ulama Dayah and MPU Aceh
Joint property in marriage is a custom that has been in effect in Aceh since the Aceh Darussalam Sultanate. The community divides the assets based on the roles of husband and wife in providing for the family's living costs. However, the Mahkamah Syar'iyah Aceh tends to split it in half in all cases for reasons of legal certainty. Considering that it can compromise society's sense of justice, the author examines variations in distribution between husband and wife in the opinion of Ulama Dayah and MPU Aceh. The subjects of this research are the figures representing the sense of justice of the Acehnese people and understanding the ins and outs of Islamic law. This study is empirical legal research that aims to discover unwritten laws. The author hypothesizes that legal certainty can realized if there is a positive law regarding the details of variations in distribution based on the role portions of husband and wife. Researchers found that Ulama Dayah and MPU supported the sharing pattern of joint property that prevailed in society, even though they divided it into thirds. If the wife worked harder than the husband, she gets two-thirds. Vice versa, a similar distribution applies to the husband. This study concludes that determining variations of the amount based on the roles of husband and wife is possible because the workload portion can be detailed
Penerapan Konsep Medern Interaktif Dalam Strategi Revitalisasi Museum Mpu Tantular Sebagai Sarana Edukasi Dan Bermain
Sebagai salah satu museum kebudayaan di Jawa Timur, Museum Mpu Tantular Sidoarjo berpotensi menjadi pusat pengetahuan sejarah dan pariwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang interior museum yang dapat memadukan menggabungkan konsep modern interaktif sehingga dapat menarik minat pengunjung dari berbagai kalangan khususnya generasi muda. Seiring berjalannya waktu, museum kehilangan karakternya, kecuali digunakan untuk acara resmi dan penelitian pengunjung. Konsep desain yang dipakai memadukan teknologi informasi, elemen permainan edukatif, dan elemen visual yang menarik untuk menyajikan informasi sejarah secara lebih dinamis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perkembangan desain museum di Indonesia dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang sejarah dan budaya. Melalui permasalahan tersebut, penulis mengoptimalkan pendekatan desain interior Museum Mpu Tantular Sidoarjo dengan menampilkan konsep interior “Modern Interaktif” diharapkan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi namun tetap menciptakan suasana baru yang kemudian dapat dijadikan sebagai ruang edukasi bagi segala usia, kebudayaan dan seni Indonesia. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan desain Museum Mpu Tantular yang interaktif dan informatif. Metode perancangan yang digunakan penulis diawali dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan penelitian kepustakaan. Kemudian permasalahan museum dianalisis dan dibuat rencana dengan menemukan ide-ide budaya dan mengubahnya menjadi desain. Perancangan desain interior Museum Mpu Tantular bertujuan untuk menciptakan interior museum yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, dimana pengunjung bisa mendapatkan informasi tanpa merasa lelah dan bosan. Salah satu cara untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan adalah dengan menciptakan interaksi yang lebih kuat antara pengunjung dan pameran. Dengan menggunakan teknologi baru seperti thematic immersive room, directory interactive, dan projection mapping, tampilan objek pameran yang tidak monoton saja untuk pengunjung, namun juga dapat menciptakan interaksi dengan pengunjung dapat direalisasikan. Hasil desain tersebut akan menghasilkan desain interior Museum Mpu Tantular dengan menggunakan teknologi terkini, begitu pula sebaliknya. Pameran dapat ditampilkan dengan sangat baik dan pencahayaan yang selalu terang selama pameran, serta kenyamanan dalam hiburan dan pendidikan serta konsep museum yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman.

As one of the cultural museums in Jawa Timur, Museum Mpu Tantular in Sidoarjo has the potential to become a center for historical knowledge and tourism. The purpose of this study is to design a museum interior that can combine modern concepts so that it can attract visitors from various groups, especially the younger generation. Over time, museums have begun to lose their character, except for official events and visitor research. The design concept used combines information technology, educational game elements, and interesting visual elements to present historical information more dynamically. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of museum design in Indonesia and increase public understanding of history and culture. Through these problems, the author optimizes the interior design approach of Museum Mpu Tantular in Sidoarjo by presenting the interior concept of "Modern Interactive" which is expected to utilize technology but still create a new atmosphere which can then be used as an educational space for all ages, cultures, and Indonesian arts. The purpose of this final project is to produce an interactive and informative Museum Mpu Tantular design. The design method used by the author begins with the method of collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. Then the museum problems are explained and planning is made by looking for cultural ideas and pouring them into design form. The interior design of Museum Mpu Tantular aims to create an interactive and enjoyable museum interior, where visitors can obtain information without feeling bored and tired. One way to create a pleasant atmosphere is to create a stronger interaction between visitors and the exhibition. By using new technologies such as thematic immersive room, directory interactive, dan projection mapping, the display of exhibition objects that are not only monotonous for visitors, but can also create interaction with visitors can be realized. The results of this design will produce an interior design for Museum Mpu Tantular using the latest technology, and vice versa. The exhibition can be presented very well and the lighting is always bright during the exhibition, as well as comfort in terms of entertainment and education and the concept of a museum that follows the times
Pengembangan Media Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Materi Tumbuhan Untuk Siswa
The purpose of this research is to produce products from the development of plant material media for elementary/MI students. This research uses research and development methods which use the development model procedure developed by Borg & Gall. In this research, the author limits it to the product development process. The dissemination process and large-scale testing will be written separately in another article. From this development, a product was produced in the form of media that uses the Articulate Storyline 3 application which can combine graphics and animation so it is very suitable for elementary school students. The use of computer-based technology is a way to produce or convey material using technology-based sources, where the information or material presented is stored in digital form. The author is here to provide a solution through the development of media related to plant material that can overcome problems for elementary school students
Dimensional Analysis of CD44High CD24Low and Ki67 in Triple Negative Breast Cancer
AIM: To study the dimensional analysis CD44high CD24low and Ki67 in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC).
METHODS: This cross-sectional study was performed on patients with breast cancer in Haji Adam Malik Hospital Medan from 2013 to 2016 to determine the frequency and pathologic features of TNBC by immunohistochemistry stained.
RESULTS: By using immunohistochemistry staining panel of CD44, CD24, Twist, Claudin 7, CK5, CK8/18, EMA, E-Cadherin, Ki-67, a total 67 breast tumour samples with TNBC were classified as 9 stem-cells like 1 basal, 22 baso-luminal, and 23 luminal subtypes
CONCLUSION: By using immunohistochemical staining panel, TNBC can be differentiated into stem cells like basal, baso-luminal and luminal subtypes. Didifferentiation and EMT can produce heterogeneity in TNBC subtypes and this will affect in handling TNBC. Stemness in stem cells- like subtypes are resistant to therapy. Therefore, TNBC needs special attention in order to assist in more optimal handling
