Before expanding my business to facebook, I only promote and sells coloured socks through Instagram, Whatsapp and Shoppee. The main objective I created this business is to provide high quality of coloured socks with affordable price to everyone. My products which is coloured socks would enhance people’s looks by adding little colour in their style. The coloured socks offered also in accordance to the fashion colour trend. My main target based is female from age 13 - 30 years, and since the coloured socks are free size, Zockin also offered to male who can wear socks in size S to M. We only offered comfortable socks to our customers , so the quality inspection will be done before it posted out to our beloved customers. Customer’s satisfaction would also be Zockin’s priority

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Penggunaan Ice Breaking dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Perpajakan Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Riserch) yang memakai pendekatan desktiptif kualitatif. . Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Ice Breaking dalam pembelajaran membuat Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam bisa memperhatikan kebutuhan dan minat peserta didik, dan juga faktor yang menghambat penggunaan Ice Breaking dalam pembelajaran yaitu waktu yang terbatas, keterbatasan ruang, dan ketidaksesuian dengan materi pembelajaran.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk :1) mengetahui tingkat pencapaian
kompetensi siswa sebelum menggunakan media jobsheet di SMK Diponegoro
Depok 2) mengetahui tingkat pencapaian kompetensi siswa sesudah menggunakan
media jobsheet di SMK Diponegoro Depok 3) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan
media jobsheet terhadap pencapaian kompetensi menghias kain pada pembuatan
sarung bantal kursi dengan teknik jahit perca kelas X di SMK Diponegoro Depok.
Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperiment. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah 33 siswa kelas X SMK Diponegoro Depok. Metode
pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes unjuk kerja, dan dokumentasi sedangkan
instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan panduan observasi dan lembar tes unjuk
kerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji-t untuk sampel mandiri
(independen sampel).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pencapaian kompetensi sebelum
menggunakan media jobsheet kompetensi menghias kain pada pembuatan sarung
bantal kursi dengan teknik jahit perca berada pada kategori Baik dengan nilai
rerata (Mean) sebesar 68.12, 2) Pencapaian kompetensi sesudah menggunakan
media jobsheet kompetensi menghias kain pada pembuatan sarung bantal kursi
dengan teknik jahit perca berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan nilai rerata
(Mean) sebesar 93.85, 3) Ada pengaruh pencapaian kompetensi menghias kain
terhadap pembuatan sarung bantal kursi dengan teknik jahit perca antara sebelum
diberi perlakuan dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil
perhitungan Uji-t (t-test) diperoleh �������7.756>���
��1.829,maka dapat
simpulkan bahwa media jobsheet sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian
kompetensi menghias kain dengan tehnik jahit perca kelas X di SMK Diponegoro
Depok.

Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
