Menua adalah suatu keadaan yang terjadi didalam kehidupan
manusia. Proses menua merupakan proses akhir dari kehidupan,
dimana usia yang betambah dan mengalami penurunan fungsi, kondisi
dan mental. Di UPT Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha Husnul Khotimah
Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau adalah tempat lansia-lansia tinggal, berbagai
macam faktor dan latar belakangnya yang membentuk karakter lansia
masing-masing. Dengan umur yang sudah tua, lansia hanya ingin focus
untu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Dengan diadakannya
bimbingan keagamaan didalam Panti.
Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan
data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan
penarikankesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah minat atau
partisipasi lansia mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan kagamaan, metode dan
materi dalam bimbingan keagamaan, harapan dari kegiatan bimbingan
keagamaan dan hambatan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bimbingan
keagamaan.

A case study on food and culture in Negeri Sembilan / Fatinnurliana Zakaria and Juariah Ripin
Full text linkThis research aims to review the food and culture of Negeri Sembilan state in Peninsular Malaysia. The researchers applied a case study methodology in the information and data collection process. The focal point of the research findings is the Minangkabau culture that originated from Sumatera, Indonesia. This culture has been largely prevalent in Negeri Sembilan till today. However, there were several limitations to this study that could be overcome by future research. Nevertheless, this research on the food and culture of Negeri Sembilan was successfully completed, with hopes that it would benefit readers who wish to understand more about the state from its culinary and cultural aspects
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Good personal formation starting from the good service provided by the educational institution. Competition in education institutions increasingly stringent therefore educational institutions to further improve the quality of the organization in order to give the best to their customers (students). Many tools are used to assess the quality of the organization. One of them is the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) consisting of seven categories: leadership; Strategic Planning; Market and Customer Focus; Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management; The focus of Human Resources; Focus Surgery; and results.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of achievement in STIE EQUITY MBNQA score. This research uses descriptive and verification method by respondents as many as 74 people consisting of structural officials, expert staff, faculty, trustees and students STIE EQUITY. This study also used a questionnaire that was distributed manually. The scale used is a Likert scale (ordinal). Total item questions by 88 questions have been tested through validity and reliability. For the calculation of scores using the formula MBNQA.
Based on the results of the research that has been done, MBNQA generate a value of 751 based on the views of respondents who are in the category of industry leaders which showed that STIE Ekuitas now provide good service also has a good quality also
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. DITINJAU DARI KECERDASAN LOGIS MATEMATIS SISWA

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah adalah suatu proses mencari jalan keluar dari
kesulitan, sebagai proses menerima masalah kemudian menyelesaikan masalah dengan
menggunakan bekal pengetahuan yang sudah dimiliki. Berdasarkan pra penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan numerik peserta didik MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Lampung
Selatan masih rendah, hal ini terlihat dari ulangan harian tahun ajaran 2019/2020 peserta
didik memperoleh nilai diatas (KKM) dengan nilai . Peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan
model pembelajaran Peer Lead Guided Inquiry (PLGI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Peer Lead Guided Inquiry (PLGI) terhadap
kemampuan pemecahan masalah ditinjau dari kecerdasan logis matematis siswa.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasy Eksperimental Design dengan
rancangan penelitian faktorial . Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII
MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan
adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan sampel jenuh dengan materi kubus dan balok.
Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan
masalah dan tes kecerdasan logis matematis siswa. Analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis
variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama.
Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama,
dengan taraf signifikan diperoleh sehingga ditolak,
sehingga ditolak,
sehingga diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat
pengaruh antara model pembelajaran Peer Lead Guided Inquiry (PLGI) dengan siswa yang
diberi pembelajaran konvensional terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, (2) terdapat
pengaruh antara peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan logis matematis tinggi, sedang dan
rendah terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model
pembelajaran Peer Lead Guided Inquiry (PLGI) dan kecerdasan logis matematis siswa
tingkat tinggi, sedang dan rendah terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
