    Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia merupakan alat negara yang memiliki Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi diantaranya adalah memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan oleh Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 Tentang Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Sebagai wujud dari pengimplementasiannya yang haruslah efektif maka kepolisian memiliki kewajiban untuk menjaga seluruh daerah di Indonesia tanpa terkecuali sebab segala tindak kriminal dapat terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja, namun dalam hal ini pihak Kepolisian dinilai penulis tidaklah efektif dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya tersebut dalam menjaga keamanan di area Bandara Juanda Sidoarjo sebab kepolisian hanyalah menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya secara represif saja yaitu dengan melakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana yang terjadi di sana namun tidak dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dalam segi preventif yakni dengan berjaga, patrol, dan lain sebagainya di area bandara setiap harinya. Hal ini disebabkan karena status Bandara Juanda itu sendiri yang merupakan bandar udara inclave civil yang mengharuskan pengamanannya dilakukan dan dikoordinasi oleh TNI. Dalam hal ini Penulis melakukan penelitian di Bandara Juanda Sidoarjo dengan rentang waktu bulan Oktober 2022 hingga Januari 2023. Dalam penelitian Tugas Akhir ini telah dirumuskan dua pertanyan, yaitu: (1) Bagaimanakah keefektivitasan peran anggota Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dalam mengimplementasikan Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 untuk menjalankan tugasnya menjaga Harkamtibmas di Juanda Sidoarjo?; (2) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat keefektivitasan peran dan fungsi kepolisian dalam melaksanakan tugasnya untuk menjaga Harkamtibmas di Juanda Sidoarjo? Untuk menjawab tiga rumusan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Hasil penelitian yang menjadi kesimpulan penelitian ini antara lain: 1. Pihak Kepolisian telah menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya secara represif sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan pada Pasal 13 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 Tentang Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia di area Bandara Juanda yang memiliki status bandara inclave civil dengan cara melakukan koordinasi dengan satuan tugas (satgas) pengamanan Bandara Juanda yang diantaranya adalah AVSEC Bandara Juanda, Bea Cukai, Imigrasi, Karantina, dan komandan satuan tugas yaitu TNI AL Lanudal Juanda dengan baik meskipun dengan tidak adanya Pos Polisi Khusus di area Bandara Juanda selain Polsek Sedati. 2. Beberapa faktor yang menghambat kinerja Kepolisian dalam menjalankan tugasnya menjaga Harkamtibmas di area Bandara Juanda antara lain adalah benturan norma dalam aturan yang ada terkait tugas pokok dan fungsi antar lembaga yang turut mengamankan area Bandara Juanda sehingga tugas pokok dan fungsi Kepolisian sejauh ini di Bandara Juanda hanya terlaksana pada tugas represif saja sedangkan tugasnya secara preventif masih jauh dari kata efektif. Selain itu, pelimpahan tindak pidana di area tersebut yang harus melalui prosedur panjang terlebih dahulu guna dilakukan koordinasi dengan komandan satgas pengamanan yaitu TNI AL Lanudal Juanda dan baru kemudian dilimpahkan kepada pihak Kepolisian dianggap terlalu mengulur waktu sehingga tidak efektif dalam segi pemanfaatan waktu untuk memproses perkara juga akan memberikan dampak psikologis pada korban atau saksi yang terlibat akibat berbelitnya prosedur yang ada. Dan yang terakhir juga tidak adanya kesepakatan antar para pihak secara jelas dan tertulis dalam bentuk nota kesepahaman (MoU) juga membuat pihak Kepolisian menjadi rancu dalam memaknai tugasnya di area tersebut

    Juanda International Airport is in the second place with the most number of passenger movements from the airport managed by PT. Angkasa Pura I. This causes the quality of the pavement on movement areas at the airport's airside facilities at Juanda International Airport, to experience a decrease in quality. Periodic maintenance through routine inspections needs to be carried out. The most common type of block cracking damage found. This damage will be repaired with the most effective repair method based on the assessment factor. The methods evaluated are fog sealing, patching, and overlay. In terms of duration, cost, and work preparation, fog sealing has the lowest value. However, the durability of repair results is also very short. Patching the second position with the value of cost and duration of work is not cheap but not too expensive. This method is an effective method when considering the urgency of damage in the field. The most effective method with the highest score considering the existing pavement conditions and daily aircraft traffic is overlay. Makes a larger investment with longer work duration than other methods, but can refresh flexible pavements with up to 10 years after repair life

    Low Cost Carrier concept offers a cheap flight which influence to the increasing of growth of passanger number. It is not only creating queue in the land side but also in the air side. There is lot of airpot in Indonesia that operates over normal capacity, one of them is Juanda Airport Surabaya. For that reason its acquired investigating in order to figure out the capacity both of passenger terminal and air side in Juanda airport, Surabaya. The methods used in this research is FAA and DORATASK in order to measuring runway capacity, the method FAA for capacity of taxiway, the method of Jica and dynamic capacity for Apron. While for terminal capacity use methods SKEP, FAA and JICA. From the data of passenger aircraft, then running projection passenger movement and the plane in 2024. Results of the analysis shows that the capacity of runway 10 (VFR/IFR) is 51/39 movements per hour, and capacity of runway 28 (VFR/IFR) about 52/39with the method FAA, whilethere are 27 movement using methods DORATASK. Taxiway capacity through FAA method is 85 movements per hour. And the Apron capacity is 21 per hour at peak hour with JICA, while using dynamic capacity, the result performed 31 per hour for maximum dynamic capacity and 20 per hour for minimum dynamic capacity. The wider that needed to accommodate the movement existing passenger terminal is 53,531 m2 both of domestically and internationally with JICA, while using methods FAA needed area of 9,150 m2 for domestic and 166,347 m2for the international. Results of the analysis with the method SKEP shows 7 facilities domestic terminal meet the count and 6 facilities terminal has not fulfilled the count. And for the terminal international there are 10 facilities domestic terminal meet up the count and 5 facilities terminal has not fulfilled the count

    Dinas Tata Kota Bangunan dan Permukiman sebagai salah satu instansi pemerintah yang memberikan pelayanan serta informasi tentang Tata Letak Bangunan dan Permukiman. Berdasarkan UU No. 15 tahun 2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang dan Wilayah (RTRW) Tangerang Selatan, didalamnya terdapat tabel Garis Sempadan Bangunan yang mengatur Tata Letak Bangunan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada. Kota Tangerang Selatan merupakan kota baru hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2008. Perkembangan dan pembangunan di kota ini mengalami laju pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto 8-9% per tahunnya. Kecamatan Ciputat merupakan salah satu pusat perkembangan dan perekonomian Kota Tangerang Selatan, juga merupakan salah satu akses penghubung kota-kota besar seperti Tangerang, Bogor, dan Jakarta, maka kemacetan pun tak bisa terelakan. Tata letak bangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada juga menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kemacetan di daerah tersebut. Oleh karena itu maka perlu adanya sistem informasi geografis mengenai tata letak bangunan terhadap sempadan jalan. Informasi-informasi ini dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah sebagai penunjang pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengembangan sistem yang digunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), dengan pengujian pendekatan Black-box. Rekayasa sistem dan analisis merupakan permodelan berorientasi objek dengan notasi Unified Modelling Language (UML), dan perangkat lunak dalam mendukung implementasi menggunakan Opensource OpenGeo Suite dengan database server PostGIS serta PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tata letak bangunan di sepanjang jalan Dewi Sartika dan JL. Ir. H. Juanda adalah sebesar 9% masuk dalam kategori ?Sesuai?, dan 91% dengan kategori ?Tidak Sesuai?. Dengan demikian, diketahui bahwa bangunan di sepanjang jalan tersebut masih banyak yang tidak sesuai dengan perda yang ada

    As lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study.     This research discusses the translation problems of synonymous words in the Arabic novel Al-Hubb Daiman. This novel written by Amil Muhamad Syata, consists of ten episodes and published in 2009 by خوارزم العلمية للنشر والتوزيع Jeddah. In addition to the story, this novel also mentions several events and situations in the city of Mecca and the surrounding area, its food, culture and so on. So, this novel is interesting to be translated into Indonesian. After the researcher translated the entire text of the novel into Indonesian. One of the problems that faced by the author in translating the novel Al-Hubb Daiman the translation of several words that are synonymous. Literally the word synonym is another name for the same thing. Synonym is a phrase which is more or less the same meaning as another expression. The research results that there are three ways to translate synonymous words: 1). Two words that are synonymous translated with one word. The words that are synonymous in this initial step the author found as many as 33 words, 2.) Reduce the words that are synonymous. In this second step synonyms are found as many as 7, and 3). Two words that are synonymous with both. In this step the writer found 8 words. The total number of words synonymous in the Al-Hubb Daiman novel that the author found was 48 words

    This research has 2 objectives. First objective is to explore the concept of ergonomics and second objective is to investigate the awareness of ergonomics among the FSKM students. Data collected includes general respondents information such as age, gender, taken HCI course, Program of studies, knowledge about ergonomics and average hours use computer . Only 60 respondents were involved to conduct this research. Methods that are used in this research is survey and 60 questionnaire was distributed among UiTM Shah Alam students focusing on students from Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Science (FSKM). In this paper, the author used both primary and secondary data in information gathering. The sample design used is probability sampling in which researcher used convenience sampling to collect data. This research shows that the students who have taken HCI courses are more aware on physical ergonomics which is 0.64 correlations. The ergonomics awareness and HCI knowledge are statically significant
