    Pelayanan medik dewasa ini membutuhkan sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien, baik dalam penggunaan waktu, tenaga maupun sarana. Dalam pengelolaan rekam medik, kenyataan masih umumnya penggunaan rekam medik manual yang dinilai tak lagi andal menangani data medik melahirkan ide konversi rekam medik manual kertas ke rekam medik elektronik karena efektivitas dan efisiensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi rekam medik elektronik yang lebih dikenal sebagai EMR (Electronic Medical Record) dari rekam medik kertas di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Ananda Salatiga. Rekam medik elektronik dirancang dengan membuat form-form isian catatan-catatan medik dalam proses perawatan pasien selama dirawat. Data-data medik ini kemudian disimpan dalam basis data sistem dan dikelola secara digital. Setiap kali pengisian data medik pada form-form tertentu, sistem akan menghasilkan kode yang membawa informasi khusus. Pada akhirnya, sistem akan menghasilkan deret kode ICD (International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) dari kode-kode yang dihasilkan pada pengisian form-form catatan medik. Deretan kode-kode ini mampu menggambarkan perkembangan kondisi pasien dan penanganan medik yang diberikan selama perawatan. Data-data medik yang tersimpan dapat ditampilkan kembali dalam bentuk catatan medik digital. Kata kunci: rekam medik, rawat inap, EMR, IC

    ASEAN open sky is a policy designated to open ASEAN air space in the form of an ASEAN Single Aviation Market which is targeted to be completed in 2015. It is as an expression of the needs of the ASEAN Economic Community and has been commitment to by the heads of the ASEAN countries. Indonesia is a huge market, considering half of the ASEAN market is in Indonesia, giving rise to the opinion that the success of the ASEAN open sky policy depends on the participation of Indonesia. The Indonesian government had chosen five international airports in Indonesia with which to implement open skies. Among the five airports, Juanda�s position has the least potential. This is because the airport is not a major connecting airport in Indonesia, it has less potential for tourism than others, and the geographical position of the airport sees it flanked by two other major airports, Jakarta and Denpasar. Even with these weaknesses, the effect of applying the open sky policy will impact the Juanda Airport. Thus, this study analyses some of the possible effects that will occur at Juanda Airport include with the possible new routes and propose a strategy for Juanda Airport to deal with open skies. This study analyses some of the possible effects that will occur at Juanda Airport based on two scenarios. Each scenario discusses the possible effects of the open sky policy on the total passengers, frequency of flights, flight routes, and Juanda airport�s competence based on airport charge. The first scenario is that Juanda Airport will implement the open skies in the ASEAN region. Here the effects of open sky are shown, with regards to the weekly frequency of flights and annual total seats compared to prior to open sky policy being implemented. This section also analyses several possible new routes, including market share analysis and estimation of the number of passengers on these new routes. The second scenario is that Juanda Airport will implement the open skies outside the ASEAN region. With a methodology similar to the first scenario, this section analyses the effect of open skies on the total passengers, frequency of flights, and potential new routes to destinations outside the ASEAN region. The final section analyses the competence of Juanda Airport compared to other domestic airport competitors in Indonesia region and the ASEAN region based on airport charges. If open sky policy is adopted at Juanda Airport, the increase of the total number of passengers and frequency of flights in the ASEAN region is very significant compared to outside the ASEAN region despite also being increased. The new routes in to the China, Korea, and Australia region which indicates the possibility of success compared to new routes available in the ASEAN region

    Arahan Pemanfaatan Ruang untuk Aktivitas Pendukung Bandar Udara Juanda

    Sistem transportasi yang layak dan efisien merupakan komponen fundamental dan penting bagi perekonomian wilayah mana pun. Perkembangan Bandar Udara Juanda meningkat pesat dan memiliki peran yang vital bagi perekonomian Indonesia, baik dari segi komersial maupun militer. Bandar Udara Juanda juga berperan penting sebagai pintu gerbang Indonesia ke perekonomian dunia melalui penerbangan internasionalnya. Besarnya peran yang dimiliki bandara ini membuat ditetapkannya Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus perdagangan di sekitar Bandar Udara Juanda yang berada di Kecamatan Sedati, guna mendukung keberadaan dan peran bandara. Namun, di wilayah tersebut, perdagangan yang tumbuh masih berskala lokal. Selain itu, muncul berbagai permasalahan ruang, seperti banjir, kemacetan, dan kawasan kumuh. Sehingga perkembangan kawasan sekitar tidak dapat mendukung keberadaan bandar udara. Perlu adanya penelitian yang mengkaji bagaimana arah pemanfaatan ruang sehingga aktivitas yang ada dapat mendukung bandar udara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Delphi, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), analisis komparasi deskriptif, dan triangulasi data. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa ada 20 aktivitas pendukung Bandar Udara Juanda, dan terdapat lima aktivitas yang paling penting, yaitu Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Jaringan Jalan, Sistem Persampahan, Jalur Kereta Api, dan Minimarket. Adapun arah pemanfaatan ruang untuk lima aktivitas tersebut, yaitu perlunya dilakukan penambahan luas RTH pada bagian Barat dan Timur Bandar Udara yang masuk ke dalam kawasan kebisingan tingkat tiga, pelebaran jalan untuk aksesibilitas internal kawasan sekitar Bandar Udara Juanda, yakni di Jalan Sedati Gede, Garuda, Rajawali, Pulungan, dan Buncitan, pengembangan teknologi dalam sistem pengolahan persampahan, pengembangan jalur kereta api, serta penambahan pengembangan minimarket secara lebih spesifik dalam rencana tata ruang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) bagi pengguna sepeda motor di persimpangan bersinyal Jalan Ir. H. Juanda-Jalan Sisingamangaraja dan Jalan Ir. H. Juanda-Jalan Brigjend katamso. Dan untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas lalu lintas pada persimpangan bersinyal Jalan Ir. H. Juanda-Jalan Sisingamangaraja dan Jalan Ir. H. Juanda-Jalan Brigjend katamso sesuai dengan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) Tahun 1997. Perilaku lalu lintas persimpangan kondisis eksisting Jalan Ir. H. Juanda-Jalan Sisingamangaraja XII (pendekat selatan) adalah, volume (Q) 855 smp/jam, kapasitas 1919 smp/jam, DS (Derajat Kejenuhan) 0,446, panjang antrian 106,1 m, jumlah kendaraan terhenti 568 smp/jam, dan tundaan rata-rata 180,5 det/smp. Sedangkan Perilaku lalu lintas persimpangan kondisis eksisting Jalan Ir.H. Juanda-Jalan Brigjend Katamso (pendekat utara) adalah volume (Q) 419 smp/jam, kapasitas 1337 smp/jam, DS (Derajat Kejenuhan) 0,314, panjang antrian 72,5 m, jumlah kendaraan terhenti 290 smp/jam, dan tundaan rata-rata 362,7det/smp. Ruang Henti Khusus persimpangan Jalan Ir. H. Juanda-Jalan Sisingamangaraja XII pada pendekatan utara yaitu 2 lajur dan luasnya 58,76 m 2 ; pada pendekat selatan yaitu 2 lajur dan luasnya 60,9 m 2 , pada pendekat barat yaitu 2 lajur dan luasnya 64,2 m 2 , pada pendekat timur yaitu 2 lajur dan luasnya 61,8 m 2 , sedangkan pada PersimpanganJalan Ir.H.     Maģistra darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz apgrozāmo līdzekļu uzskaites teorētisko aspektu jautājumu izpēti, analizēt un novērtēt SIA „Getliņi EKO” apgrozāmo līdzekļu uzskaiti un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to uzskaites pilnveidošanai. Pētot sabiedrību SIA „Getliņi EKO” darba autore, konstatē, ka pastāv virkne nepilnības, kas saistītas ar apgrozāmo līdzekļu uzskaiti. Nav ieviesta kvalitatīva analītiskā uzskaite, kases aparātu uzskaitē nav ievērots vienlīdzīgas uzskaites princips, siltumnīcas ražas uzskaite ir primitīva. Pētījuma rezultātā, pamatojoties uz SIA „Getliņi EKO” esošo uzskaiti un iegūto informāciju pētot pieejamos literatūras avotus, darba autore izstrādā priekšlikumus uzskaites nepilnību novēršanai. During the research of “Getliņi EKO” Ltd., the author finds several gaps in accounting of business assets. There is no qualitative analytical accounting, the accounting of cash registers lacks the principle of equal accounting, the greenhouse harvest accounting is primitive. As a result of the research, basing on the current accounting at “Getliņi EKO” Ltd., acquired information and available sources of literature, the author of the paper formulates suggestions for correction of accounting flaws.     The Lagos coast - Investigation of the long-term morphological impact of the Eko Atlantic City project

    The Lagos coast has been suffering high rates of erosion since the construction of three harbour moles, i.e. the West Mole, East Mole and the Training Mole, at the tidal inlet connecting the Lagos Lagoon to the South Atlantic Ocean. To provide for a permanent erosion mitigation measure and to create residential and commercial area for circa 400,000 people, the Eko Atlantic City project has been initiated in 2008. In front of the eroded coast, approximately 9 km² of land will be reclaimed and protected by a revetment. In this study the long-term and large-scale morphological behaviour of the Lagos coast is investigated and subsequently the long-term morphological impact of the Eko Atlantic City project is assessed. First, a conceptual model is created, in which the historical development of the coast is discussed. The long-term morphological behaviour of the coast downstream of the inlet is determined by two main factors: sediment accumulation at the West Mole and sediment import into the tidal inlet and the lagoon, induced by disturbance of the morphological equilibrium by sea level rise and dredging activities. Using the numerical simulation model Unibest, the long-term impact of Eko Atlantic City is assessed. It is concluded that the construction of Eko Atlantic City will not change the total erosion volumes occurring downstream of the inlet. However, as the revetment of the project retains the coast, the erosion will be shifted towards downstream. Downdrift of the project, the erosion rates are locally relatively high. The shape of the sea defence has been designed to minimize the local erosion effect.     Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kinerja organisasi dapat dicapai dengan adanya kinerja karyawan. Faktor yang dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat berasal dari komitmen organisasional dan sikap sebagai karyawan yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh antara komitmen organisasional dan OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura I Bandar Udara Juanda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura I Bandar Udara Juanda. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji pada data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa komitmen organisasional berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan OCB memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara bersama-sama komitmen organisasional dengan OCB berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dengan kata lain, OCB dan Komitmen organisasional dapat saling mendukung dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura

    REVIEWING THE CAPITAL BUDGETING STUDY OF AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC RECOVERY

    The Juanda Airport ranks third in terms of overall traffic among airports in Indonesia and holds the second position in passenger volume among the 15 airports managed by PT Angkasa Pura I. Between 2017 and 2021, PT Angkasa Pura I undertook investments aimed at enhancing the level of support provided to clients utilizing air transportation, through the expansion of Juanda Airport. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the number of passengers utilizing Juanda Airport in Indonesia, resulting in a 59.1% decrease. This decline can be attributed to the ongoing pandemic that has adversely affected the country since the start of 2020. Thus, the observed passenger flow diverged from the passenger projections employed in the project's planning. The aim of the present investigation is to perform a comprehensive examination and evaluation of the capital budgeting aspect of the Juanda Airport Investment Project. The present inquiry employs computations related to capital budgeting. These calculations include the internal rate of return (IRR), discounted payback period (PP), net present value (NPV), and profitability index (PI). The profitability of the Juanda Airport investment project has been demonstrated across three distinct financial scenarios, even in the midst of the Covid-19 recovery period
