The research was conducted in January-Februari 2015 in coastal waters of Jago-Jago, North Sumatera. The aims ofthis study were to determine the nutrient content of sediment in seagrass ecosystem and to determine the ratio of C:N:P in the sediments by different sediment characteristics and determine the relationship of nutrient with density and biomass of seagrass. The parameters measured were included physical and chemical parameters of marine waters. The density was computed using a quadratic transect, while seagrass biomass was calculated by measuring dry weight of shoot. The value ratio of C:N:P in the sediment was obtained through the determination of carbon (C) in total by the method of Walkley & Black, total of nitrogen by Kjehdahl method and phosphorus total with Double Acid method. The results showed the average carbon content was 1.32117 to 2.47813%, the average nitrogen content was 0.63114 to 1.5468% and the average phosphorus was from 0.00002 to 0.0004%. The density of seagrass in the village of Jago-Jago was between 29 to 56.3 shoots/m2 and biomass of seagrass was between 651.26 to 1261.34 g/m2. Station III had a ratio of C:N:P =12011:14062:1 and provided good leverage, this can be indicated also by the total biomass and density of seagrass at this station was the highest. The C-organic, Nitrogen and Phosphorus in the sediment with density and biomass of seagrass had a weak relationship, there are other factors that might affect the density and biomass of seagrass in which were not measured in this study

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of brand experience, brand uniqueness, and service quality on customer satisfaction for Kopi Jago consumers in Jakarta. Kopi Jago carries a unique concept as a mobile café that operates using an electric bike. Established in late 2019, Kopi Jago exists without physical outlets and utilizes mobile baristas called “Sobat Jago” to deliver coffee directly to customers through ordering in the app or digital delivery services. A nonprobability purposive sampling technique was applied to select respondents. The variables measured in this study include brand experience, brand uniqueness, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.0. The results showed that brand experience, brand uniqueness, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining excellence service, taste, and ensuring customer satisfaction. F. Brand experience, brand uniqueness, service quality, customer satisfaction G. A Late Middle Cambrian damesellid trilobite cranidium from Beaconsfield, Tasmania

A recent discovery confirms the presence of damesellid trilobites in a late Middle Cambrian fauna from near Beaconsfield. Jago (1980) illustrated and briefly discussed a poorly-preserved late Middle Cambrian fauna from near Beaconsfield, which was discovered by Green (1959). In February 1980, Professor D. Green, Dr M.R. Banks and a party of geology students from the University of Tasmania collected further fossils from this locality. The fossils include the best preserved specimen (Plate 1, figs. 1 and 2)so far found at this locality. It is a substantially complete trilobite cranidium of a member of the Damesellidae; both the internal and external moulds are available. Of the specimens figured in Jago (1980) the cranidium figured in pl.1, fig. 17 and the pygidium figured in pl.1, fig. 21 probably belong in the same species as the newly discovered cranidium. As far as can be determined, the Beaconsfield specimens probably belong in a new genus of the Damesellidae, which is characterized by a substantial spine emerging from the posterior margin of the occipita1 ring and a glabel1a, with a broadly rounded anterior, which stops well short of the anterior margin of the cranidium. However, the preservation is not adequate to warrant formal description of the material and the erection of either a new species or a new genus
