Me-Liyan-kan Perempuan dalam Filsafat Relasionalitas Armada Riyanto dan Ata Pe’ang dalam Budaya Manggarai
Focus this paper is comparing the concept of othering women in Armada's Relational Philosophy and the concept of ata pe'ang (outsider) in Manggarai culture. The method used is a critical analysis with a comparative approach between the concept of othering women in Armada's Relational Philosophy and the concept of ata pe'ang in Manggarai culture. The author finds that the label of ata pe'ang has shackled women, thus viewing them as the other. This shackling is rooted in a misunderstanding of the concept of ata pe'ang as intended by the Manggarai ancestors. Relational Philosophy can serve as a critical lens for this reality. Relational philosophy provides a new contribution, namely that ata pe'ang must be viewed as relational subjects, and it critiques the marginalization of women in Manggarai culture. Furthermore, Armada's philosophical concept helps reconstruct unequal cultural practices and affirms that women, as ata pe'ang, can be agents of change in communal life.AbstrakFokus tulisan ini adalah membuat komparasi konsep me-liyan-kan perempuan dalam filsafat Relasionalitas Armada dan konsep ata pe’ang (orang luar) dalam budaya Manggarai. Metode yang digunakan ialah analisis kritis dengan pendekatan komparatif antara konsep me-liyan-kan perempuan filsafat Relasionlitas Armada dan konsep ata pe’ang dalam budaya Manggarai. Penulis menemukan bahwa pelabelan ata pe’ang telah membelenggu kaum perempuan sehingga perempuan dipandang sebagai liyan. Keterbelengguan tersebut berakar pada kesalahpahaman terhadap konsep ata pe’ang sebagaimana dimaksudkan oleh para leluhur orang Manggarai. Filsafat Relasionalitas dapat menjadi lensa kritik terhadap realitas tersebut. Filsafat relasionlitas memberikan sumbangan baru bahwa Ata pe’ang harus dipandang sebagai subjek relasional, filsafat relasionlitas memberikan kritik marginalisasi perempuan dalam budaya Manggarai. Selain itu, konsep filosofis Armada membantu untuk merekonstruksikan kembali praktik budaya yang timpang serta memberikan penegasan bahwa perempuan sebagai ata pe’ang dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam kehidupan bersama.

Penerapan Metode Support Vector Machine pada Sistem Deteksi Intrusi secara Real-time
Abstrak
Sistem deteksi intrusi adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat mendeteksi serangan atau intrusi dalam sebuah jaringan atau sistem komputer, umum pendeteksian intrusi dilakukan dengan membandingkan pola lalu lintas jaringan dengan pola serangan yang diketahui atau mencari pola tidak normal dari lalu lintas jaringan. Pertumbuhan aktivitas internet meningkatkan jumlah paket data yang harus dianalisis untuk membangun pola serangan ataupun normal, situasi ini menyebabkan kemungkinan bahwa sistem tidak dapat mendeteksi serangan dengan teknik yang baru, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membangun pola atau model secara otomatis.
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem deteksi intrusi dengan kemampuan membuat sebuah model secara otomatis dan dapat mendeteksi intrusi dalam lingkungan real-time, dengan menggunakan metode support vector machine sebagai salah satu metode data mining untuk mengklasifikasikan audit data lalu lintas jaringan dalam 3 kelas, yaitu: normal, probe, dan DoS. Data audit dibuat dari preprocessing rekaman paket data jaringan yang dihasilkan oleh Tshark.
Berdasar hasil pengujian, sistem dapat membantu sistem administrator untuk membangun model atau pola secara otomatis dengan tingkat akurasi dan deteksi serangan yang tinggi serta tingkat false positive yang rendah. Sistem juga dapat berjalan pada lingkungan real-time.

Abstract
Intrusion detection system is a system for detecting attacks or intrusions in a network or computer system, generally intrusion detection is done with comparing network traffic pattern with known attack pattern or with finding unnormal pattern of network traffic. The raise of internet activity has increase the number of packet data that must be analyzed for build the attack or normal pattern, this situation led to the possibility that the system can not detect the intrusion with a new technique, so it needs a system that can automaticaly build a pattern or model.
This research have a goal to build an intrusion detection system with ability to create a model automaticaly and can detect the intrusion in real-time environment with using support vector machine method as a one of data mining method for classifying network traffic audit data in 3 classes, namely: normal, probe, and DoS. Audit data was established from preprocessing of network packet capture files that obtained from Tshark.
Based on the test result, the system can help system administrator to build a model or pattern automaticaly with high accuracy, high attack detection rate, and low false positive rate. The system also can run in real-time environment.

Effects of kernels and the proportion of training data on the accuracy of SVM sentiment analysis in lecturer evaluation
Support vector machine (SVM) is a known method for supervised learning in sentiment analysis and there are many studies about the use of SVM in classifying the sentiments in lecturer evaluation. SVM has various parameters that can be tuned and kernels that can be chosen to improve the classifier accuracy. However, not all options have been explored. Therefore, in this study we compared the four SVM kernels: radial, linear, polynomial, and sigmoid, to discover how each kernel influences the accuracy of the classifier. To make a proper assessment, we used our labeled dataset of students’ evaluations toward the lecturer. The dataset was split, one for training the classifier, and another one for testing the model. As an addition, we also used several different ratios of the training:testing dataset. The split ratios are 0.5 to 0.95, with the increment factor of 0.05. The dataset was split randomly, hence the splitting-training-testing processes were repeated 1,000 times for each kernel and splitting ratio. Therefore, at the end of the experiment, we got 40,000 accuracy data. Later, we applied statistical methods to see whether the differences are significant. Based on the statistical test, we found that in this particular case, the linear kernel significantly has higher accuracy compared to the other kernels. However, there is a tradeoff, where the results are getting more varied with a higher proportion of data used for training
SISTEM DETEKSI INTRUSI JARINGAN DENGAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE
Intrusion detection system is a system for detecting attacks or intrusions in a network or computer system, generally intrusion detection is done with comparing network traffic pattern with known attack pattern (misuse) or with finding unnormal pattern of network traffic (anomaly). The raise of internet activity has increase the number of packet data that must be analyzed for build the pattern that will be used for detect the intrusion, this situation led to the possibility that the system can not detect the attacks with a new technique or hidden. Using data mining methods are expected can solve this problem. This research having a goal to build an intrusion detection system in real-time environment by applying support vector machine method as a one of data mining method for classifying network traffic audit data (connection record) in 3 classes, namely: normal, probe, and DoS. Connection record was established from preprocessing of packet data header information that extracted from network packet capture files that obtained from network monitoring tools (tshark). Connection record is created in two forms, that is complete if the connection duration occurred less than 2 seconds and incomplete if the connection duration occurred more than 2 seconds. According to offline test using external data test, model from dataset DARPA KDD�99 give results accuracy 96,20%, attack detection rate 77,68%, and false positive rate 0,76%, and for model from simulation dataset obtained accuracy 90,14%, attack detection rate 66,60%, and false positive rate 3,50%. From the test in real-time condition, system successfully detect the intrusion action with accuracy 89,68%, attack detection rate 78,37%, and false positive rate 8,63%
SELEKTIVITAS JARING INSANG DASAR IKAN BARONANG (Siganus canaliculatus) DI TELUK KOTANIA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menduka selektivitas ukuran mata jaring insang dasar 2,0 dan 2,5 inch terhadap ukuran ikan Siganus canaliculatus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di teluk Kotania Seram Barat selama bulan Juni sampai Juli 2022 melalui percobaan penangkapan selama 8 kali seting dan hauling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ikan S canaliculatus yang tertangkap dengan ukuran mata jaring 2,0 inch terdistribusi dari ukuran panjang total 11-25 cm dengan frekuensi tertangkap terbanyak pada ukuran panjang total 15-17 cm, sedangkan pada ukuran mata jaring 2,5 inch terdistribusi pada ukuran panjang total 12-25 cm dengan frekuensi tertangkap terbanyak pada kelas panjang total 16-19 cm. Hasil pendugaan tingkat selektivitas ukuran ikan S canaliculatus yang optimum tertangkap dengan ukuran mata jaring 2,0 inch adalah pada kelas panjang total 14-15 cm (peluang tertangkap relative 50% 11-12 cm dan 17-18 cm). Ukuran ikan yang optimum tertangkap dengan ukuran mata jaring 2,5 inch adalah pada kelas panjang total 18-19 cm (peluang tertangkap relative 50% 15-16 cm dan 21-22 cm)

This researh aims to find out how much the leadership style that applied in the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli influence on Employee Productivity. The object of this research were all employees of the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli . The research method that is used by the author in the conduct of this research is descriptive method . Descriptive method is a method of seeing and describing the state of the company in a systematic , factual and accurate by collecting data from companies , analyze it and finally take a conclusion . To analyze the data that the author get from the company , then the next, the author do a statistical calculations by using SPSS .
In general, it can be concluded that the most dominant leadership style on the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli is a participation leadership style. Employee Productivity in CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli can be categorized as high, demonstrated by 3,55 average value which is within 3.40 to 4.19 interval . The Leadership Style on the CV . Pulo Samosir Nauli have a significant impact on Employee Productivity . This fact can be evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test , 2.65 > 1.701 ( t count > t table ) , which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . So the hypotheses in the Chapter I " If the leadership style that is applied to companies favored by the employee , the Employee Productivity will be high " was acceptable . Besides that, determination coefficient of The Leadership Styles againt Employee Productivity was 20.07 % , while 79,93% remaining was influenced by other factors, with 44,8% relationship level ( rs ) between the two variables, which means that the variable of leadership style and the variable of Employee Productivity has a fairly strong relationship
Contribution Of The Sociology Of Religion In The Perspective Of Dogmatic Theology
In this article the author offers an idea about contribution of the sociology of religion to theology. Traditional approach of doing theology often considers culture and all its elements just as an object of theological enterprise. The biblical text is the only valid and authentical source of theological reflection. As a result, people tends to underestimate the value containing in people religious expressions and experiences. The author does not accept such a view. He is of the opinion that people religious expressions and experiences must be regarded as one of authentic source of doing theology. Equal attention and honor must be given to both: biblical text and cultural text if we want to find a meaningful expression and experience of God’s love and salvation work in our daily activity. From this perspective the author throws a new light to reconsider the task of theological reflection. It is not just to repeat or to receive meaning which has alredy been formulated both in the bible and in the history of theological discussion. Theology must be understood more as an attempt to create or to make a meaning which help people in every given time. Theology is for the author has to be considered more as a meaning making exercise, not just as a meaning receving work
