NARRATIVAS SOBRE A MULHER EM FANY MPFUMO: possibilidades de resignificação de género
No full textAs this special thematic edition points out, “Perceptions about Fany Mpfumo: Society in its music”, our proposal reflects on the narratives about woman and the dynamics of gender relations in the wake of this Mozambican music icon, aspiring at reframing the images of woman. We explore the interface between music production and the social and human problems mentioned, from cultural, intersectionality, phenomenological and critical gender currents theoretical perspectives. Specifically, this article aims to understand the musician's social contribution, the dominant narratives of his music, the reinterpretations and social representations of women. Based on a qualitative methods and technics, such as online interviews with musicians, performers and producers, as well as the consultation of written sources, the meanings of the lyrics of four songs by the author, were analysed. The results of these analysis revel the respect and sublimation of women, rather than female subordination. The woman represented by the artist is not a fixed social category, powerless and without agency, but a hybrid being, like the musician itself and his music, in a permanent process of negotiation of their social roles. Fany Mpfumo's works contrast the toxic qualities of man and masculinity, allowing a constructive gender reframing that goes beyond the gender stereotypes. Translation, understanding, content analysis and research are necessary and recommended, to reveal the cultural values, the meaning and the multiple forms of being a woman, being a man, and the construction of identities.Como bem aponta esta edição especial, “Percepções sobre Fany Mpfumo: a sociedade na sua música”, a nossa proposta aflora as narrativas sobre a mulher e as dinâmicas das relações na esteira deste ícone da música moçambicana. Explora-se a interface entre a produção musical e os problemas sociais e humanos enunciados, em perspectivas teóricas culturais e da interseccionalidade, fenomenológicas e das correntes críticas de género. Procura-se compreender a contribuição social do músico, as narrativas dominantes das suas músicas, as reinterpretações e as representações sociais da mulher. Com base em métodos e técnicas qualitativas, como entrevistas online com músicos intérpretes e produtores, consulta documental e jornalística, analisamos os significados das letras de quatro músicas do autor. Os resultados da análise das narrativas da música, revelam a exaltação e sublimação da mulher, ao invés da subordinação feminina. A mulher representada pelo artista, não é uma categoria social fixa, sem poder e sem agência, mas é um ser híbrido, como o músico e sua música, em permanente processo de negociação dos seus papéis sociais. As obras de Fany Mpfumo, contrastam as qualidades tóxicas da masculinidade e possibilitam uma construtiva resignificação de género, para além dos estereótipos de género. Tradução, compreensão, análise de conteúdo e pesquisa são necessários e recomendados como reveladoras da valorização cultural, dos sentidos e das múltiplas formas do ser mulher, do ser homem, e da construção das identidades
PENCIPTAAN ILUSTRASI IKON BONDOWOSO SEBAGAI ELEMEN ESTETIK 2D DENGAN TEKNIK DIGITAL
No full textABSTRAK Ikon adalah sebuah media representasi ciri khas suatu daerah dengan menggambarkan cerminan masyarakatnya. Kebutuhan akan ikon sebagai identitas suatu daerah akan memberi pengaruh positif dalam berbagai bidang. Ikon itu sendiri masing-masing akan dibuat untuk menambah pengetahuan visual masyarakat Bondowoso khususnya di SMAN 1 Prajekan. Penulis memilih enam gagasan yang merupakan hal yang paling menonjol di Bondowoso nantinya akan divisualkan dengan teknik ilustrasi digital. Dalam memvisualkan keenam konsep tadi dibutuhkan seorang desainer ilustrasi yang dapat merealisasikan dengan baik, selain itu penulis ingin mengekspresikan potensi dalam diri sekaligus ingin menumbuhkan kesadaran generasi muda akan pentingnya mengetahui ikon-ikon Bondowoso sehingga penulis terinspirasi, berinisiatif, dan ingin memvisualkan menjadi sebuah karya digital yang berupa elemen estetik 2D (dua dimensi). Penelitian penciptaan ini menggunakan metode penciptaan desain yang prosedural dimana dimulai berawal dari latar belakang masalah, identifikasi masalah, analisis masalah, sintesis, konsep rancangan, konsep tata desain, dan desain final. Pada realisasi penciptaan ini berupa elemen estetik 2D dengan tema yang sama dengan judul yang berbeda dengan teknik digital pada media cetak spundbond paper fabric. Melalui penciptaan desain ini diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam latar belakang yang akan dijabarkan pada bab-bab dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu diharapkan melalui karya penciptaan desain ini dapat membantu mengangkat kembali ciri khas Bondowoso dengan visualisasi menarik menggunakan kreativitas penulis menjadi elemen estetik 2D (dua dimensi) yang menarik
La afectación del principio de objetividad por la utilización de la colaboración eficaz en la investigación fiscal
Get PDFNuestra investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar si la utilización de la
colaboración eficaz en la investigación fiscal quebranta el principio de objetividad,
donde el estudio fue realizado en la ciudad de Chimbote, teniendo como tipo de
investigación aplicada con un diseño basado en la teoría fundamentada. Con el fin
de recolectar información, se empleó la guía de entrevista y análisis doctrinario,
los cuales fueron validados por un experto metodológico y dos expertos en el
ámbito penal. Asimismo, se aplicó a tres expertos judiciales, tres expertos en
fiscalía y tres abogados litigantes.
Por lo tanto, ante los resultados obtenidos se evidenció la vulneración del principio
de objetividad ante la utilización de la colaboración eficaz en la investigación
fiscal, ante ello existe afectación a sus derechos al rendir su declaración en la
investigación fiscal, por ejemplo, el derecho de defensa, el derecho al debido
proceso y el derecho a la presunción de inocencia.
En conclusión, el proceso de colaboración eficaz en la investigación fiscal procura
que el persecutor del delito debe legitimar el principio de objetividad y obtener
elementos de cargo y de descargo para formular su acusación. Cabe mencionar
que se perciben mucho en los delitos de corrupción de funcionario
Competencias transversales y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huancabamba – Piura, 2020
Get PDFLa investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre
las competencias transversales y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de
la Municipalidad Provincial de Huancabamba, Piura 2020, teniendo como
variables las competencias transversales y el desempeño laboral, el tipo de
estudio fue aplicada, el nivel de investigación correlacional causal y el diseño fue
no experimental, presentando un enfoque mixto. La muestra fue censal y estuvo
conformada por 100 colaboradores de la Municipalidad Provincial de
Huancabamba. Siendo la encuesta la técnica para recoger datos y como
instrumento al cuestionario conformado por 30 ítems para la variable
competencias transversales y 24 ítems para la variable desempeño laboral,
presentando una validez de contenido de 0,84 y 0,86, también un alfa de
cronbach de 0,909 y 0,906 confirmando la confiabilidad para su aplicación,
asimismo para el tratamiento de los resultados se utilizó el programa estadístico
SPSS 26. Dentro de las principales conclusiones se obtuvo que existe una
relación directa positiva entre las variables competencias transversales y
desempeño laboral , ya que mediante las pruebas estadísticas de correlación de
Pearson de los cuestionarios aplicados a los colaboradores de la Municipalidad
Provincial de Huancabamba se obtuvo un p = 0.05; con una significancia bilateral
de 0.01, además se evidencia que existe una relación positiva entre las
dimensiones competencias transversales instrumentales, competencias
transversales interpersonales, competencias transversales sistemáticas con
respecto a la variable desempeño laboral, por presentar un r menor a 0.05

No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku ženského psaní a vyhledávání jeho příznaků v románech Fany, Haldy a Alma mater české spisovatelky Anny Marie Tilschové. V prvních dvou kapitolách je problematika ženského psaní obecně představena; charakterizována jsou odlišná pojetí tohoto konceptu: tzv. écriture feminine Hélene Cixousové a ženské či "nefalogocentrické" psaní Jana Matonohy. Příznaky ženského psaní podle Jana Matonohy jsou následně identifikovány v konkrétním titulu A. M. Tilschové, a v jeho kontextu vždy zároveň detailně popsány. Obsah každého z vyjmenovaných titulů A. M. Tilschové je v rámci analýzy rovněž krátce zprostředkován. V závěru práce je prostor věnován nejen celkovému shrnutí zjištěných poznatků o konceptu ženského psaní, ale taktéž úvaze o jeho potenciálních nedostatcích či přínosech.This bachelor's thesis focuses on characterizing the concept of women's writing and identifying its signs in the novels Fany, Haldy and Alma mater by Czech author Anna Maria Tilschová. In the first two chapters, the concept of women's writing is introduced through a general overview of its properties and different approaches - specifically écriture feminine by Hélene Cixous and women's or non-phallogocentric writing by Jan Matonoha. Signs of women's writing, as defined by Jan Matonoha, are identified in each of the three novels by A. M. Tilschová and then thoroughly described. The storyline of these novels, as well as a brief introduction to Tilschová herself, is also included. The conclusion of the thesis focuses not only on a final summary of women's writing, but also on reflecting its possible limitations and potential

novel of the same title by Arumi E. Both novel and film told the story of a girl who has the
ability to see signs of another person's death after she herself experiences near death. The
author chose this topic because she wanted to know how much difference there was between
the novel Aku Tahu Kapan Kamu Mati and its film adaptation. The transformation from
the novel Aku Tahu Kapan Kamu Mati into a film form causes transformation, substitution,
deletion, and addition. These aspects were analyzed through data obtained from the novel
and film Aku Tahu Kapan Kamu Mati using a comparative literary study. The purpose of
this research is to reveal a comparison of the intrinsic elements of the novel and film Aku
Tahu Kapan Kamu Mati. This study uses the method of comparative literature to be able
to find a comparison of the intrinsic elements of the novel and film being analyzed. The
results of this study indicate that there are changes in the story, additions and omissions of
events, changes and omissions of settings, as well as the replacement and omission of
characters in the novel.

Because one of the most important tools and sources of financing in international trade is the foreign exchange reserve for the country itself. Because of the importance of foreign exchange reserves for a country, where foreign exchange reserves always fluctuate, a number of factors can be tested that can affect the position of foreign exchange reserves, namely the amount of export activity. This article was created with the aim of knowing the export potential of fishery products, more precisely the types of shrimp fisheries in Indonesia. Indonesia itself exports shrimp to various countries, one of which is Japan. By using the descriptive method the author tries to explain the importance of agreements in an engagement, especially activities in international buying and selling along with the legal basis regarding international trade activities carried out by the Indonesian state. Then the results of this article study show that exports have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves for countries that carry out export activities and the importance of agreement clauses in determining which law will be enforced if one of the parties commits a default in order to protect the rights and obligations of the parties, given the activities International trade is prone to acts of abuse of rights and obligations
The Identification of Infrastructure Characteristics Influencing Travel Speeds on Single-carriageway Roads to Promote Self-explaining Roads
No full textAbstractRoad design characteristics should deliver a clear message to drivers on the appropriate speeds. This approach is known in the literature as “self-explaining roads” (SER). In Israel, new guidelines for setting speeds on the road network were introduced aiming at a balance between the target and actual travel speeds on various road types and, thus, supporting the SER concept. However, engineering tools are needed to implement the new approach. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between travel speeds and road infrastructure characteristics, on single-carriageway roads, aiming to identify the features influencing the travel speeds’ selection by Israeli drivers. Statistical relations between road characteristics and speed indicators were explored using multivariate classification methods and regression models. The design speeds were reconstructed based on the infrastructure characteristics, and analyzed in relation to the travel speeds. Among the road characteristics most influencing the travel speeds were found: shoulder width and the recovery-zone width, where lower values of both characteristics were associated with lower speeds; junction density and road curvature, where higher presence of these characteristics had a moderating effect on speeds. It was concluded that changing shoulder width, recovery-zone width or junction density may be applied for promoting the SER concept and may affect travel speeds, yet a fine-tuning of existing design guidelines is required
The Use of Mobility Scooters by the Elderly – A Feasibility Study in Israel
No full textAbstractStudies worldwide indicate that an active lifestyle, including mobility, is essential for the quality of life of the elderly. Given the decline in elderly people's ability to serve as vehicle drivers and their physical limitations for long walks or cycling, the possibilities of using alternative transport means, e.g. mobility scooters (MS), are considered. This study aimed at exploring the feasibility of wider use of the MS by the elderly in Israel and its possible implications regarding road safety. The study included a review of knowledge worldwide on MS use by the elderly, an opinion survey of the elderly population and field observations of MS riders in urban areas. The survey was conducted using face-to-face interviews, where the questionnaire included background characteristics, health status and travel habits of the elderly, and their attitudes towards MS. The field observations were conducted by video-recording. The study found that MS are known to most elderly people in Israel, where the majority of respondents agreed that MS can improve their mobility and quality of life. However, they expressed a relatively low willingness to use MS, mostly, due to the preference for private cars but also the lack of appropriate infrastructure for MS travel in the city. Among elderly characteristics increasing the potential for MS use were: ages 70-84; people with health problems but maintaining an active lifestyle; living independently and appreciating MS benefits. The observations showed that MS users are careful in choosing travel routes, with an intuitive preference for slow traffic conditions that probably contributes to preventing accidents. Admitting an upward trend in the MS use for daily activities, appropriate infrastructure solutions for their travel are required
