    Esse trabalho tem como eixo principal o resgate histórico e a premissa de registrar a trajetória da Ocupação Vulverística na lona, projeto do qual aconteceu entre os anos de 2017 a 2019, dentro do espaço da lona de Circo da UNESP, localizada no Instituto de Artes da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio Mesquita Filho” (IA – UNESP). A autora em questão, realiza um breve contexto histórico da origem da Lona de Circo da UNEPS e se debruçando no período de 2016 a meados do fim do ano 2019. E para registrar a trajetória da Ocupação Vulverística na lona se utiliza as próprias vivencias como integrante, materiais documentais e realização de cinco entrevistas com ex-integrantes do projeto. Documentando assim a origem, trajetória, feitos, modo de organização, acontecimentos até o encerramento do projeto. Propondo reflexões críticas acerca do histórico de posicionamentos e modos operandi do projeto a partir de perspectiva educacional.This work has as main axis the rescue and the premise of registering the trajectory of the Ocupação Vulverística na lona, which took place between the years 2017 to 2019, within the space of the tent of the Circo da UNESP, located at the Instituto de Artes da São Paulo State University “Júlio Mesquita Filho” (IA – UNESP).     Caractérisation des risques agroclimatiques liés à la culture du maïs (Zea mays) au nord du Togo sous la variabilité climatique

    The present study focuses on the analysis of climate risks that can compromise maize (Zea mays) cultivation in northern Togo in this context of climate variability and change. In order to reduce the vulnerability of maize producers in the Savanah and Kara regions of northern Togo, the characterization of agro-climatic risks with a view to planning adaptation measures is based on climate data from 1981-2017. The methodology used is based on the deterministic nature of the risks through the detection of trends and variability in rainfall and local thermal variations. The results reveal risks of early start and late end of the rainy season. The advent of heavy rains and dry days at the beginning of the season (April-May-June) showed an increase in the risk of flooding, a decrease in rainfall quality and potential risks of droughts in the early season (vegetative phase). Overall, increases in temperature and thermal extremes highlighted risks of high climatic demand in both regions, leading to increased heat stress, fertilization failure, increased water requirements and shortened cycle times, resulting in lower yields in most of the study area. La caractérisation des risques agro climatiques dans l’optique de stratégies d’adaptation sont faites sur la base des données climatique de 1981 à 2017. L’analyse est basée sur le caractère déterministe des risques à travers la détection des tendances et de la variabilité de la pluviosité puis des variations thermiques locales. Les résultats révèlent des risques de démarrage précoces et fin tardive de la saison pluvieuse. L’avènement des fortes pluies et des jours secs en début de saison (Avril-Mai-Juin) ont montrés un risque d’inondation, de baisse de la qualité pluviométrique et des risques de sécheresses en début de saison. Globalement, les hausses des températures et des extrêmes thermiques révèlent des risques stress hydrique dans les deux régions, accentuant ainsi le stress thermique, l’échec de la fécondation, l’augmentation des besoins en eau et le raccourcissement du cycle du maïs entrainant ainsi la baisse des rendements dans la majeure partie de la zone d’étude.     Bullying is a kind of long termed physical and psychological violence conducted by a person or group of persons towards someone who is incapable to self-defense in a situation wherein a passion to hurt or intimidate or bring pressure to someone, trauma or depression and unstressed. From some researches and surveys conducted by various level shows that Yogyakarta is listed as a region wherein there happen the most cases of bullying. Thus. the author formulated problem on factors causing bullying towards children in school, the implementation of legal protection and insurance given towards children as victim of bulling in school in Yogyakarta City and the role of school in solving up bullying.. The author also found that legal protection and insurance given towards a children as bullying victim in school in Yogyakarta City has not gained legal insurance certainty, by reason legal regulation concerning on bullying has not been clear and insufficient to regulate, on how the victim should gain compensation is ordinarily based on agreement between the bullying perpetrator to the victim. It is often founded that perpetrator who is incapable to give compensation for the detriment suffered by the victim. The role of school in concluding the bullying problem is by giving religious education, educational service appropriately to the skill, interest, and capability, Pancasila education and counseling to the students and alternative of solution by conducting elucidation to the students. In this final part of legal writing the author uttered some suggestions, i.e. it is better for the school to focus also on the studying and comprehension to the children on the bad impact of bullying has clear regulation on bullying/anti-bullying policy and teacher needs to be given competence to communicate for preventing/concluding bullying case

    Évaluation des tendances futures des précipitations au Togo et dans la région des savanes pour les horizons 2050 et 2080

    Au Togo, le changement climatique est une des préoccupations majeures pour les populations locales et l’ensemble des écosystèmes. L’objectif de la présente étude est de contribuer à l’amélioration de la prise de décision dans la lutte contre les changements climatiques. La méthodologie est basée sur l’analyse de données journalières de précipitations de dix modèles climatiques régionaux de 2021 à 2080. Les résultats montrent que d’incertitudes allant de 1 à 9% dans les zones des savanes et de -6 à -1% pour celles de montagnes. Cependant, de 2051 à 2080, l’analyse projetée présente -1 à -3% de baisse sur les monts Togo et 12% d’augmentation au Nord Togo. Ce qui atteste que les tendances futures des précipitations dans la région des savanes sont précaires et peu encourageant pour les activités socioéconomiques des populations locales. A cet effet, il est recommandé l’agriculture et l’élevage intelligents face au climat, l’agroforesterie et les bonnes pratiques de gestion des ressources en eau comme solutions d’adaptatives plus appropriées dans cette péjoration climatique

    From Cultural Industries to Entertainment and Creative Industries. The Boundaries of the Cultural Field

    This article analyzes the current trend towards dilution of the concept of «cultural industries» and the increasing usage of terms such as «entertainment industries», «leisure industries» or even «creative industries». We review recent specialized literature, identify overlapping between the above terms and conclude that this change is a new turning point in the concept of culture, closely associated with new spaces and times for its enjoyment, with the technological evolution of cultural products, changes in the ownership of their suppliers as well as with the shifting roles of author, actor and spectator. To understand this change, we identify and explain three factors: 1) from the strong, closed materiality and textuality of the classic cultural product to the malleability and convertibility permitted by new technologies; 2) from an essentially contemplative, reverent cultural experience to participant experimentation and play; 3) from a desire for permanence and intensity to constitutive contingency and super ficiality. We conclude by suggesting wider implications that go the scope of this work: the melting pot that blurs the boundaries between culture and entertainment, which undermines the autonomy of the disputed cultural «field» situated between work and leisure (more pleasant than the first, more demanding than the second), and which also erases the boundaries between cultural entertainment and work (a merged environment of «otium and negotium»,«homo ludens» and «homo laborans

    Judges as the main actors in the court must maintain their independence. Article 24B of the 1945 Constitution states that the Judicial Commission is an institution that has the authority to propose the appointment of Supreme Court judges and the authority to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges. One of the tasks of the authority to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges is to take legal and/or other steps against individuals, groups of people, or legal entities that degrade the honor and dignity of judges, which is referred to as advocacy. In the period 2020-2023, there were acts of degrading the honor and dignity of judges in the Riau Region. The distribution is in 5 (five) courts, namely Rengat District Court, Tembilahan District Court, Bengkalis District Court, Pasir Pengaraian Religious Court, and Pekanbaru State Administrative Court. The problem formulations in this research are: First, How is the implementation of advocacy by the Judicial Commission Liaison Riau Region on acts of degrading the honor and dignity of judges in the Riau Region; Second, what are the obstacles in the implementation of advocacy by the Judicial Commission Liaison Riau Region on acts of degrading the honor and dignity of judges. The research method used in this research is Empirical law which in this method, the author go directly to the field to find data and information that has a legal relationship that runs in the community. The results of this research are 4 (four) cases that can be resolved by the Riau Region Judicial Commission and 1 (one) case, namely at the Tembilahan District Court, which cannot be implemented because the informants and related parties in the incident cannot be contacted

    “Relax into laughter”: Jane Austen’s Emma and the Sentimental Novel

    This dissertation argues for the value of studying Jane Austen’s Emma (1816) in context, not as a singular masterpiece by a singular author, but as a book with a plot constructed upon the tropes of the typical domestic-sentimental novel as published between 1780 and 1815. Modern interpretations of Austen sometimes overlook the critical insights to be derived from comparing her work to her contemporaries. Although many Austen scholars have examined her work in relation to other pre-eminent writers of her age such as Maria Edgeworth and Charlotte Smith, comparatively little attention has been paid to the now-obscure novelists who produced domestic-sentimental novels for the reading public. Emma Woodhouse’s deluded attempts at matchmaking are derived from the tropes of the sentimental genre. Austen parodies novel clichés in Emma, and sometimes she substitutes prosaic everyday situations for melodramatic novel scenarios, but she does not overthrow the essential conventions of the marriage-plot novel. Compared to the overt parody of Northanger Abbey (1818), Emma is markedly more subtle. Textual clues suggest that Emma may have begun as a spoof of the domestic-sentimental novel which Austen revised in her artistic maturity into a pathbreaking experiment in domestic realism. A close reading of Emma reveals many allusions to popular domestic-sentimental novels, which were widely read but widely derided during Austen’s lifetime. Examining Austen’s work in the context of both the popular novels of her time as well as in the context of the debate around popular novels reveals her deep engagement with the popular literature of the day. In Emma, Austen found a way to marry her love of burlesque to her commitment to realism

    This article presents a queer reading of Henrik Ibsen’s Pillars of Society (1877). This reading of the “gender trouble” in the play arises out of what might be called its “genre trouble”; the author claims that Ibsen makes use of the ambiguities of the lystspill genre in order to satirize idealist discourses regarding patriarchy and capitalism. Building on reflections on queerness in Judith Jack Halberstam’s The Queer Art of Failure (2011) and Sara Ahmed’s The Promise of Happiness (2010), the article then explores forms of resistance to heteronormativity visible in the characters Lona Hessel, Marta Bernick, and Hilmar Tønnesen

    The 'true use of reading' : Sarah Fielding and mid eighteenth-century literary strategies.

    PhDThe aim of this thesis is to explore, by examining her life and works, how Sarah Fielding (1710-68) established her identity as an author. The definition of her role involves her notions of the functions of writing and reading. Sarah Fielding attempts to invite readers to form a sense of ties by tacit understanding of her messages. As she believes that a work of literature is produced through collaboration between the writer and the reader, it is an important task in her view to show her attentiveness toward reading practice. In her consideration of reading, she has two distinct, even opposite views of her audience: on the one hand a familiar and limited circle of readers with shared moral and cultural values and on the other potential readers among the unknown mass of people. The dual targets direct her to devise various strategies. She tries to appeal to those who can endorse and appreciate her moral values as well as her learning. Her writings and letters testify that she is sensitive to the demands of the literary market, trying to lead the taste of readers by inventing new forms. The thesis opens with an overview of Sarah Fielding's career, followed by a consideration of her critical attention to the roles of reading. I go on to examine the narrative structures and strategies she deploys, with a particular emphasis on her use of the epistolary method. The following chapter deals with her attention to the reading of the moral message tangibly embodied in her educational writing. It is followed by an analysis of the activity which earned her a reputation as a learned woman. Various as the forms of her works are, they invariably reflect her attempt to balance herself between the two demands of inventiveness and familiarity
