This research aim to to know influance of Cash Flow from Operation, Firm
Size, Earnings and Economic Value Added variable as simultanly and partially to the
rate of return in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Sample the taken from 32 (thirty two) banking emiten in the listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample taking with purposive method sampling with
period of research between of 2003 up to year of 2007. Analysis method the used is
Multiple Linear Regression.
Analysis result indicate that from some variable used in this research Cash
Flows from Operation, Firm Size, Earnings and Economic Value Added simultanly
there are the influence significant to the represented by Rate of Return. Partially
shown only Cash Flows from Operation (X1) variable with explained by variation the
expressed in Adjusted R2 equal to 9,9 % is represented while the rest equal to 90,1 %
influenced by other variable which is not explained by this research model. Where as
other variable not influence with models is Firm Size, Earnings and Economic Value
Added.
Research result pursuant to hypothesis test indicate that between some factors
influence the Rate of Return at the banking emiten of listed in Indonesia Stock
Exchange is Cash Flows from Operation (X1). Thereby, finance manager and
investor have to can listen carefully to see changes that happened in company
especially for fundamental analysis as well as for investor in doing decision of

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris pengaruh Arus Kas
Operasi, Firm Size, Earnings, Economic Value Added secara simultan dan secara
parsial terhadap terhadap return saham emiten perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 23 (dua puluh tiga) emiten perbankan yang
terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive
sampling dengan periode penelitian antara tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2007.
Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda (Multiple Linear
Regression).
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Arus Kas Operasi, Firm Size,
Earnings, Economic Value Added secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan
terhadap Return Saham. Secara parsial menunjukkan hanya variabel Arus Kas
Operasi (X1) dengan variasi yang terjelaskan yang dinyatakan dalam Adjusted R2
sebesar 9,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 90,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang
tidak dijelaskan oleh model penelitian ini. Sedangkan variabel lain yang tidak
berpengaruh terdiri dari Firm Size, Earnings dan Economic Value Added.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diantara beberapa beberapa faktor yang
paling dominan mempengaruhi Return Saham pada emiten perbankan yang terdaftar
di Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah Arus Kas Operasi. Dengan demikian bagi investor
dan manajer keuangan dalam analisis dapat mempertimbangkan variabel Arus Kas
Operasi sebagai alat pertimbangannya dalam memperoleh return saham (gain dan

Mapping the Energy ADE to CityGML 3.0
No full textIn order to limit the global warming to well below 2 degrees Celsius, all sectors have to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and become more sustainable. This also includes the building sector, which is in Europe responsible for 40% of the total energy consumption (European Commission, 2020). A way to work towards this goal is by retrofitting the existing building stock to become more energy efficient. Urban Building Energy Modelling (UBEM) can help in this endeavour by identifying energy-saving potentials and thus to effectively allocate the required resources (Horak et al., 2022). Yet, UBEM involves many stakeholders which is why standards are crucial to facilitate data exchange and interoperability among them. In this context, the Energy ADE v1.0 was developed as an extension for the semantic 3D city model standard CityGML 2.0. It serves two purposes, first by storing energy related information on the individual building level, and second by providing the necessary input data for UBEM simulations (Agugiaro et al., 2018). However, in September 2021 CityGML 3.0 was released. The introduced changes directly affect the structure of the Energy ADE, which is why it cannot fully function on it anymore. This thesis therefore answers the question, how and to what extent the Energy ADE for CityGML 2.0 needs to be adapted to be conformant with the new CityGML 3.0 standard. It is accomplished by following a model-driven approach, where the UML class diagrams for the mapped Energy ADE are created first, before automatically deriving the corresponding XSD schema file. Through the lossless mapping itself, the Energy ADE is integrated as much as possible into CityGML 3.0, while also maintaining a logical symmetry. As such it accounts for the introduced changes of CityGML 3.0, by making use of the space and geometry concept, the versioning possibilities as well as the provided structures to model time-dependent data. The result is eventually tested and verified by converting a sample dataset to the Energy ADE for CityGML 3.0. This work provides an example on how other ADEs can be adapted to fit the new CityGML 3.0 standard and thus hopefully to the further establishment of it.Geomatic
A metadata ADE for CityGML
No full textWhile there exist international standards for geospatial metadata (ISO 19115), these are rarely used in practice for 3D datasets, and one of the OGC standards for 3D city models, CityGML, does not offer a mechanism to store metadata in a structured way. Having metadata in CityGML files, which are in practice often very large and complex, would provide us with the ability to quickly understand the nature of a dataset and to determine if it is relevant for a specific task. Alack of metadata introduces uncertainty into models that are already full of assumptions and estimations. In this paper, we first examine the metadata needs that are specific for 3D geographical datasets and propose ISO 19115compliant categories. We then describe how these can be used within CityGML by defining an Application DomainExtension (ADE), which allows us to store metadata for existing city objects of CityGML, as well as objects in other domain-specific ADEs. Our ADE, its schema in both UML and XSD, and sample datasets is openly accessible, and it can be easily extended to support application specific metadata. In addition the metadata elements have been added to the core of CityJSON. We also offer software to generate automatically many of the metadata categories and we propose coupling it with the source 3D dataset.Urban Data Scienc

In the investigation the hypothesis assumed was that the humor which critics see in George Ade\u27s work and the local color contribution which he made to national literature were of secondary importance to the author\u27s personal intention to be a realist.
The presupposition which has been adopted is that George Ade endeavored to be one of the exponents of the realistic movement. He recreated with his works what perhaps might be described as an authentic expression of realism in American literature. Whether Ade did or did not accomplish the realism he set out to convey in his writings, he remains a minor figure in the American annals of literature

Pada PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Iskandar Muda. Variabel independen yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah BOPO dan LDR terhadap variabel
dependen ROA.
Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik
yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan
autokorelasi, regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis dan untuk
menguji hipotesis digunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.
Berdasarkan pengujian asumsi klasik yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil
yaitu persamaan regresi telah memenuhi asumsi normalitas, tidak ada problem
multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas dan autokorelasi. Hasil analisis dengan uji
statistik bahwa secara parsial BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.
Sedangkan LDR berpengaruh positif tehadap ROA. Secara simultan berdasarkan
hasil uji F statistik variabel BOPO dan LDR secara bersama-sama berpengaruh
terhadap ROA. Nilai R sebesar 0,420 yang menunjukkan bahwa hubungan BOPO
dan LDR mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sedang

Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan metode deskriptif analisis komparatif yang merupakan inti dari cara kerja pendekatan sastra bandingan dan teori semiotika intertekstual. Oleh sebab itu, metode penelitian ini pun dapat disebut sebagai metode semiotika dan cenderung menggunakan prinsip metodologi kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan atau studi dokumentasi terhadap kedua novel. Langkah-langkah pengumpulan data adalah membaca novel secara cermat, mencatat data yang sesuai, mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasi data, membuat tabulasi data dan membandingkannya. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis semiotik. Dalam menganalisis struktur menggunakan teori AJ Greimas, analisis budaya berdasarkan teori Koentjaraningrat. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa novel Wastu Kancana dan novel Niskala Gajah Mada Musuhku memiliki beberapa persamaan dan perbedaan dari segi unsur dan nilai-nilai budayanya. Semua unsur merupakan satu kesatuan utuh. Begitu pula dalam hal nilai budaya yang membangun novel berhubungan erat dengan lima masalah dasar dalam kehidupan manusia, yaitu hakikat hidup, hakikat karya, persepsi manusia tentang waktu, pandangan manusia terhadap alam, dan hakikat hubungan manusia dengan sesama. Hasil kajian bandingan kedua novel dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran apresiasi sastra khususnya novel di sekolah SMP. Hal itu sesuai dengan tujuan satuan pendidikan Kurikulum 2013 yaitu membangun landasan bagi berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang memiliki ahlak mulia dan karakter bangsa.

The study was a comparative analytical description, that is the core of inter-textual semiotic theory and comparative literature approach. The study used semiotic method and applied qualitative methodology principles. To gain the data, literary and documentation study on the novels Wastu Kancana and Wastu Kancana were conducted. The steps of collecting data were reading the novels accurately, making note of relevant data, identifying and classifying the data, making data tabulation and comparing them. In analyzing the data, semiotic analysis was applied. In analyzing the structure, AJ Greimas theory and cultural analysis based on Koentjaraningrat theory were adopted. The result of the study showed that the novels Wastu Kancana and Niskala Gajah Mada Musuhku Wastu Kancana had similarities and differences in their elements and cultural values. All elements formed a whole unity. Besides, the cultural values found in the novels were closely related to the five basic components of human life, that is, the truth of life, of creation, of time, of nature, and of inter-human relationship. The result of comparative study on both novels can be used as a teaching material for Literary Appreciation, especially at junior high school. It is in line with the goal of the 2013 Curriculum, that is, to build a foundation for the growth of the learners’ potency in order to become people who own noble morals and nation characters.

No full textThe Application Domain Extension (ADE) is a built-in mechanism of CityGML to augment its data model with additional concepts required by particular use cases. The goal of this paper is to provide an overview of the ADE mechanism and a literature review of developments since its introduction a decade ago. The discovery of publications found that currently there are 44 ADEs supporting a wide range of applications, but also application-agnostic purposes such as harmonisation with national geographic information standards.
