Resilience of Religious Culture and Supply Chain Practices in Traditional Islamic Communities in Industrial Era 4.0 in East Java
Abstract-Supply Chain 4.0 - the application of the Internet of Things, the use of advanced robotics, and the application of advanced analytics of big data in supply chain management: place sensors in everything, create networks everywhere, automate anything, and analyze everything to significantly improve performance and customer satisfaction. The Islamic community in East Java is dominated by traditional Islamic community groups. They are the basis of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) organization. This base spreads from all corners of the village to the cities. This study aimed to examine the relationship between resilience, supply chain practices, religion and industrial age 4.0 with mediating effect of culture. Traditional Islamic societies maintain activities that are commonly carried out in NU organizational activities, among others in the form of; manaqiban, diba'an, selametan, and tahlilan that have continued to be carried out since now even though the socio-cultural life of the community has changed. These activities are religious traditions that have survived until now. In fact, this activity has become a kind of habit carried out in government institutions, government and private institutions in the community. Based on the background above, it is interesting to conduct research related to Islamic culture and traditions carried out by a group of traditional Islamic societies in the industrial era 4.0 today. This study aims to understand the understanding of traditional Islamic societies in carrying out and maintaining Islamic traditions in today's modern life. This study uses the social definition paradigm, qualitative approach, and by using descriptive analysis in supply chain strategies. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mendeskripsikan Penerapan Strategi TTW (Think-Talk-Write) dengan Metode Sam’iyah Syafawiyah dalam Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab untuk Meningkatkan Maharah Kitabah Bagi Kelas XI di Madrasah Aliyah Riyadlotut Thalabah Sedan Rembang, 2) untuk mendeskripsikan problematika Penerapan Strategi TTW (Think-Talk-Write) dengan Metode Sam’iyah Syafawiyah dalam Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab untuk Meningkatkan Maharah Kitabah Bagi Kelas XI di Madrasah Aliyah Riyadlotut Thalabah Sedan Rembang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan ditentukan melalui Purposive Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, memaparkan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian untuk pengecekan keabsahan data, penulis menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, dan pengecekan keakuratan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Penerapan Strategi TTW (Think-Talk-Write) dengan Metode Sam’iyah Syafawiyah dalam Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab untuk Meningkatkan Maharah Kitabah Bagi untuk Meningkatkan Maharah Kitabah Bagi Kelas XI di Madrasah Aliyah Riyadlotut Thalabah Sedan Rembang adalah dengan menyiapkan bacaaan, memahami bacaan, mempraktikan bacaan dan menulis bacaan, 2) Problematika Penerapan Strategi TTW (Think-Talk-Write) dengan Metode Sam’iyah Syafawiyah dalam Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab untuk Meningkatkan Maharah Kitabah Bagi Kelas XI di Madrasah Aliyah Riyadlotut Thalabah Sedan Rembang meliputi: kurangnya daya ingat siswa, kurangnya pembiasaan bahasa, dan kondusifitas kelas yang tidak optima

المسألة يقدمها الباحث في هذا البحث هي كيف فعالية استخدام طريقة الواجبات المنزلية على إنجاز تعلم اللغة العربية لتلاميذ الصف الخامس فى مدرسة نور الاسلام الابتدائية الإسلامية عاليان سمارانج. يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة. فعالية استخدام طريقة الواجبات المنزلية على إنجاز تعلم اللغة العربية لتلاميذ الصف الخامس فى مدرسة نور الاسلام الابتدائية الإسلامية عاليان سمارانج أما الطريقة التي قام بها الباحث لجمع البيانات في هذا البحث فهي طريقة المقابلة، وطريقة المشاهدة، وطريقة التوثيق. وفي تحليل البيانات، اتجه الباحث في تحليل البايانات إلى التحليل النوعي، وهو التحليل الذي يستخدم الكلمات المركبة في الجملة الموسعة.

THE CHANGE OF RELIGIOUS UNDERSTANDING FROM IDEAL-RATIONALITY TO PRAGMATIC-MATERIALISTIC
The study is conducted because of the appearance of many new beliefs in Islam, which has had considerable influence for Indonesian Muslims, regardless the fact that the beliefs have mostly been classified as a cult. The purposes of this study are to investigate the new phenomenon in the religious act, involving the change of understanding from ideals-rationality view to pragmatic-materialistic view, and to focus on the phenomenon of the emergence of new faiths in Islamic society in Indonesia. This study is aimed to answer the following questions: (1) What motives lie behind the change of religious understanding from ideals-rationality view to pragmatic-materialistic view in today's Muslim group?; (2) How does the changing process of religious understanding occur in the Muslim group?; (3) Why do religious people today tend to be pragmatic-materialistic oriented and leave the religious teachings that have been previously understood? Qualitative approach is used to examine the research questions. The research result shows that there are three kinds of typology of Muslim groups which experience a shift in religious understanding from ideality-rationality belief to pragmatic-materialistic belief. This happens because there is a gap between the quality of faith and the desire to become instantly rich.

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada fenomena munculnya kelompok-kelompok atau aliran-aliran baru dalam masyarakat Islam di Indonesia. Secara rinci penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyan berikut ini. Moral Education in View of Al-Ghazali and Emile Durkheim
Modern society is familiar with capitalism and the rationalization of social relations. Today, they face a complicated problem related to social identity. Atomistic, impersonal and competitive society in the market and capitalism cause society does not find their individual identity in social identity. This study aimed to determine the views of Al-Ghazali and Emile Durkheim about the differences and similarities of moral education as well as the relevance of the two figures’ thoughts. This study used the Library Research type. The data collection used primary and secondary sources. Data are analyzed using historical, descriptive, analytical and comparative methods. The results indicate that moral education based on Al-Ghazali\u27s view is to configure humans who are saintly to get closer to God. The sources of al-Ghazali’s moral education are revelation and strict guidance from the sheikh so it does not optimize the function of reason. Meanwhile, moral education of Emile Durkheim is a social means to realize social goals. The purpose of moral education is the creation of social solidarity and social equilibrium in society
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam dalam Budaya Rimpu di Kabupaten Bima: Islamic Educational Values in the Rimpu Culture in Bima Regency
Rimpu represents one of the local cultures that has undergone acculturation with Islamic teachings and has become an identity for Muslim women in the Bima area. This study aims to identify the Islamic educational values contained within the Rimpu. The research method used is qualitative, with data obtained through interviews and documentation and data analysis performed using data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that Rimpu embodies values of morality, worship, and aesthetics. Rimpu reflects a personality that preserves, maintains courtesy, and upholds modesty between men and women in terms of morality. In terms of worship, the use of Rimpu signifies compliance in covering one’s aurat, reflecting devotion and worship to Allah SWT. Aesthetically, the colors and motifs on tembe nggoli, the main material of Rimpu, hold deep meanings and philosophies in line with Islamic teachings. This study concludes that Rimpu is not just clothing but also a medium that integrates religious, social, and aesthetic aspects, reflecting the identity and values within the Bima community society.
AbstrakRimpu mewakili salah satu budaya lokal yang telah mengalami akulturasi dengan ajaran Islam dan menjadi identitas bagi Muslimah di daerah Bima. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung di dalam Rimpu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi serta analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rimpu menggambarkan nilai-nilai akhlak, ibadah, dan estetika. Dalam aspek akhlak, Rimpu mencerminkan kepribadian yang terjaga, sopan santun, dan menjaga pandangan antara perempuan dan laki-laki. Secara ibadah, penggunaan Rimpu menandakan kepatuhan dalam menutup aurat, merefleksikan bentuk penghambaan dan ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Dari segi estetika, warna dan motif pada tembe nggoli, bahan utama Rimpu, memiliki makna dan filosofi mendalam sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Rimpu tidak hanya sebagai pakaian, tetapi juga sarana yang mengintegrasikan aspek keagamaan, sosial, dan estetika yang merefleksikan identitas serta nilai-nilai dalam komunitas masyarakat Bima
