    Kerrong Batik berdiri sejak Desember 2015, namun pada bulan Juli 2017 Kerrong Batik mengalami pecah kongsi dan dikelola oleh keluarga Iqmal. Sistem promosi yang dilakukan Kerrong Batik dengan cara mendatangi event yang diikuti oleh keluarga Iqmal. Persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk Kerrong Batik kurang bagus yang mengakibatkan penjualan Kerrong Batik tidak stabil. Kerrong Batik ingin memperbaiki kualitas produk sesuai dengan ekspektasi konsumen supaya penjualan Kerrong Batik stabil dan meningkat.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk Kerrong Batik. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk Kerrong Batik secara keseluruhan indikator dengan nilai rata-rata nilai 36,5 sehingga persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk Kerrong Batik dikatakan baik. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan pada 10 pernyataan yang valid, dimana 4 butir penyataan mendapatkan persepsi sangat baik dan 6 butir pernyataan dengan persepsi baik dari konsumen

    Purpose on doing the research is to help user to save the electrical energy usage at home, especially at night and this research is focusing on the light use in the house. This research presents the performance of the smart lamp system that allow user to interact with the system from mobile device by connect the system with Wi-Fi. The suitable component to use for the research is studied to gain the best outcome. The methodology that been use is studied to give the best flow of the research. The method uses in the research to create an application that allow user to control the system from the mobile device is studied. The design of the system is studied to create the best possible flow of the system to achieve the objective. Development of the system has followed the research study in methodology. The result of the research determines by user testing the system by themselves after the system has been completed. As for the result gain, the feature of the system could be added in the future research to allow user control most of the home appliances

    Currently, the most common method of activation for lights and lamps is through the use of wall-mounted switches. These switches however could prove to be troublesome for some individuals especially to those who are disabled or the elderlies as they have limited physical movements to move to the switches. Utilising Internet of Things (IoT) technologies could be very beneficial to create the ability to control and monitor a lighting system via mobile. Thus, the purpose of this project is to assist people with limited mobility with lighting control and deliver added values for general consumers. The objective of this project is to identify the user requirements for the mobile app development, design the mobile application and develop the lighting system and its mobile app. Interview sessions has been conducted to identify the user requirements for this project. An adapted version of the Mobile Application Development Lifecycle (MADLC) methodology was used for the mobile app development. The app prototype was designed using MarvelApp while the mobile application was developed using Android Studio. This IoT-based voice-controlled light is an ecosystem consisting of mobile application and an Arduino-based, Bluetooth-connected lightbulb. The mobile app enables users to connect the mobile phone to the light via Bluetooth, provides voice-control features through vocal commands for the lighting activation and deactivation as well as creating visual monitoring features of the user’s usage patterns in a form of graphics. The app however has limited range of control from the light itself and only allows for switching lights on or off. In the future, both the mobile application is recommended to support data visualisation and illustration feature to improve data digestion among users while the lighting system is recommended to support Red. Green, Blue (RGB) colour gamut. In short, IoT-Based voice-controlled light improves the convenience in a household by providing wireless and meaningful solution to light activation and monitoring with the emergence of IoT

    Sharpening a knife nowadays can be a difficult and time-consuming task. People are currently employing the old way, such as slicing the blade with the sharpener stone. This conventional method necessitates a cyclic movement of the hand with added pressure. This action requires a lot of energy from the user all the time. The continual cyclic procedure occasionally resulted in damage to the user. Aside from that, users have difficulty determining whether the knife is sharp enough. Because of the problems mentioned, the goal of this project is to address all of them. This project will concentrate on developing a product that will ease the process, reduce the danger of injuries, and ensure that the knife is sharp enough after the sharpening process. Data from the user will be collected and analyzed in this project. The information gathered will be used to build the Product Design Specification (PDS). In terms of selecting the conceptual design, I used a Pugh chart to compare the concept designs generated based on several parameters. Each design will be rated based on numerous criteria, and the total number of points earned will determine the best design for this project. The chosen concept design will then be produced in Solidworks to be utilized as the final design. Later, the SolidWork analysis was used to the final design to forecast the product's real-world behaviour. Following this was the most essential step, fabrication, which is where the product production process takes place. Finally, the finished product must be tested to ensure that everything works as it should.     The Malaysian airline sector has become increasingly competitive in the past decade especially in the low cost carrier industry. The growing competition has prompted the airline management to focus on generating favorable customers' perceptions of their service as favorable perceptions encourage repeat purchase. It is very important for the airline to retain existing customers and attracting new customers to ensure they remain profitable in the Malaysia aviation industry. Upon the preliminary stage of this study, the researcher found a limited conceptual gap in marketing literature as there has very limited been publishing research on service quality, customer satisfaction or behavioral intentions on the low cost airline industry in Malaysia. By identifying the dimensions of service quality, and empirically examining the interrelationships among the service quality, passenger satisfaction and behavioral intentions, this study hopefully will fill the gap found. The purpose of this study is to empirically identify and examine the relationships of service quality dimension, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions in passengers of low-cost carriers in Malaysian market. A sample of 272 passengers who had travelled on LCCs in Malaysia few hours after their flight are surveyed in order to identify the sub-dimensions of service quality in Malaysia and test hypothesised relationships among the constructs of service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. The data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.Using exploratory factor analysis , the study finds the importance of the dimensions of service quality such as; assurance, aircraft tangibles, personal, terminal tangibles, special offers and freebies, reliability, and ground service contribute to their satisfaction level of low cost airline in Malaysia. The result of regression analysis revealed that the passenger satisfaction with the service-quality dimensions that were found in this study showed to be very important in explaining behavioral intentions. Satisfied passengers are mostly influenced by airport tangibles, personnel professionalism and ground arrangement. Such customers engage in positive word-of mouth communication have fairly repurchase intentions. This study provides a framework in understanding the effects of the proposed service quality sub-dimensions of satisfaction and behavioural intentions of low cost airline in Malaysia. Satisfaction was also supported as a mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and behaviour intentions. Practically, the research will benefits the manager in understanding of perceived passengers importance of the service quality of their airline, the level of satisfaction and behavioural intentions off a low cost carrier in Malaysia

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
