Scientific aims to find out about the performance indicators used in the realization of government revenue and expenditure budget in the Board of Investment and Promotion (BPMP) DKI Jakarta. The method used preformance of this study is a rasio analysis of the methods of sampling and data collection through literature study and observation.
Based on the results penilitian performed, the authors conclude that revenue performance of existing shopping related Expenditure Analysis has been effective this can be seen from the absorption of substantial budget. In the financial performance of the ratio of capital expenditure activity harmony and development is very effective, but it is not supported by the absorption of funds per semsester relatively small in the first half. And there is the efficiency ratio imbalance resulting in inefficient levels of effectiveness. Drama musikal memaparkan tentang aksi heroik terhadap kepedulian lingkungan melalui tokoh Sherina. Teori yang dipakai dalam memerankan tokoh Sherina adalah acting in musical. Acting in musical merupakan penggabungan antara akting, tari, dan nyanyian. Ini yang menjadi tantangan bagi aktor, di mana harus menyeimbangkan ketiga unsur tersebut. Metode akting yang dipakai dalam memerankan tokoh Sherina adalah metode akting presentasi. Metode akting presentasi aktor berusaha mengidentifikasi perilaku dan intelektual dirinya sendiri dan juga tokoh yang akan diperankan. Oleh karena itu, capaian aktor bukan kapasitas menjadi ‘orang lain’ namun merupakan ‘penyesuaian’ terhadap situasi dan kondisi baru, melalui tabungan- tabungan emosi yang dimiliki penulis secara pribadi. Drama Musical “The Adventure of Sherina 2” is an adaptation of the movie “The Adventure of Sherina 2”. The drama musical describes the heroic action towards environmental awareness through the character Sherina. The theory used in portraying Sherina's character is acting in musical. Acting in musical is a combination of acting, dance, and singing. This is a challenge for actors, who must balance these three elements. The acting method used in playing the character Sherina is the presentation acting method. Presentation acting method actors try to identify the behavior and intellect of themselves and also the character they will play. So that the actor's achievement is not the capacity to become 'someone else' but is an 'adjustment' to new situations and conditions, through the emotional savings that the author personally has. No full textPoster merupakan sebuah media komunikasi penyampaian pesan secara visual. Visual pada sebuah poster sangat berpengaruh terhadap apa yang akan disampaikan. Maka dari itu perlulah sebuah rancangan dan rencana sebelum membuat sebuah poster, termasuk untuk poster film. Pemilihan elemen-elemen poster yang sesuai sangatlah diperlukan untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat dan menyampaikan cerita singkat dari isi film yang bersangkutan secara visual. Menarik tidaknya sebuah poster film sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan film itu sendiri, karena poster merupakan promosi utama dari rilisnya sebuah film. Poster film yang dikaji adalah poster film drama pendidikan hasil sutradara Riri Riza produksi Miles Films 2005-2013. Poster film yang dikaji diantaranya poster film Gie, Laskar Pelangi, Sang Pemimpi, Atambua 39 Derajat Celcius, dan Sokola Rimba. Film-film tersebut merupakan film yang sudah mendapatkan apresiasi baik dari masyarakat berupa penghargaan dari dalam dan luar negeri, maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk meneliti secara visual dari poster-poster tersebut. Rumusan masalah dari kajian poster film ini adalah bagaimana ilustrasi, tipografi, tata letak dan klasifikasi yang terdapat pada poster film drama pendidikan sutradara Riri Riza produksi Miles Films 2005-2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penulis adalah instrumen kunci dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen lain yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, wawancara dan analisis sesuai teori yang sudah dipilih sebelumnya. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: Ilustrasi yang digunakan pada sampel penelitian ini banyak menggunakan jenis atau teknik fotografi, serta pemilihan pemeran utama sebagai fokus ilustrasi poster. Tipografi yang digunakan dalam sampel penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi huruf cursive, display/dekoratif, dan sans serif dengan pemilihan warna netral (putih). Layout yang digunakan yaitu tipikal layout Band dan penggunaan center paragraph. Penggunaan warna banyak menggunakan warna hangat dan warna dingin. ---------- Poster is a medium of communication is visual messaging. Visually on a poster is very influential on what will be delivered. Therefore it is necessary a plan and plan before making a poster, including movie posters. Selection elements corresponding poster is required to attract the public's attention and convey the brief story of the contents of the film in question visually. Interesting whether a movie poster is very influential on the success of the film itself, because the poster is a major promotion of the release of a movie. Movie posters drama studied is education director Riri Riza results Miles Films production from 2005 to 2013. Movie posters that were examined include Gie, Laskar Pelangi, Sang Pemimpi, Atambua 39 Derajat Celsius, and Sokola Rimba. The films are films that have been getting a good appreciation of the public in the form of awards from home and abroad, therefore the authors are interested in examining visually from the posters. Formulation of the problem of this study is how the movie poster illustration, typography, layout and classifications contained in educational drama movie posters director Riri Riza Miles Films production from 2005 to 2013. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, in which the author is a key instrument in this study. Another instrument used is literature study, interviews and analysis according to the theory that has been previously selected. The findings of this study are: The illustrations used in this study many samples using a type or technique of photography, as well as the election of the protagonist as a focus illustration poster. Typography sample used in this study is the classification of the letters Cursive, display / decorative, and sans serif with the selection of a neutral color (white). Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide peptide prevents renal ischemia reperfusion injury via counteracting oxidative stress
No full textGanoderma lucidum polysaccharide peptide (GLPP) scavenges oxygen free radicals that are a key factor in the pathogenesis of renal ischemia reperfusion injury (RIRI). The aim of this study was to determine whether GLPP could attenuate RIRI by counteracting the oxidative stress. The mechanism involved was assessed by an in vivo mouse RIRI model and an in vitro hypoxia/reoxygenation model, and tunicamycin-stimulated NRK-52E cells were used to explore the GLPP-mediated alleviation of ER stress. Experimental results showed that renal dysfunction and morphological damage were reduced in GLPP-treated group. The imbalance of redox status was reversed and production of ROS was reduced by GLPP. RIRI-induced mitochondrial-and ER stress-dependent apoptosis were dramatically inhibited in GLPP-treated group. Intriguingly, JNK activation in the kidney with RIRI or hypoxia/reoxygenation was inhibited by GLPP. Of course the distribution of these funds must be managed and accounted for by the village apparatus properly and also on target in use. The purpose of the research carried out is whether the Application of Accounting in Piobang sub-District of Payakumbuh District of 50 Cities is in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles. From the problem occurred in Piobang that in completing this study the authors sought to obtain data relating to: General Cash Book (BKU) and Village Assets Report. The next stage with the data obtained by the author can be analyzed by Descriptive method is to analyze and collect data in order to explain the conditions as well as the conditions that the authors encountered in research in the field, and compare with the theory that the authors get to be drawn conclusions to be able to solve the obstacles encountered. In the analysis of the data carried out in the constraints obtained in the study, it can be concluded that in the Application of Accounting in Piobang sub-District Payakumbuh District 50 City not yet fully in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles. So in the results of this study, the author will try to provide input, solutions and also advice to the Piobang sub-District Payakumbuh District 50 City that in the future it is expected that in financial implementation will be better and also in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles

An Analysis of Property Development Projects: HIGH HILLS Setiabudi & DERMA JAYA Samudera Jaya

This research combines the basic principles of project management, with strategic management and marketing management. It’s been conducted in a very simple way, but trustfully to be workable in property development sector. Even though there are numerous elements affecting a property development project, but this research will focus on the application of SWOT analysis in strategic management, 4Ps in marketing management and TQC in project management. Through process of observing neighborhood condition and analyzing competitor’s property development projects, author took a conclusion that mid-low customers are the most appropriate segment for DERMA JAYA’s project in Samudera Jaya, Bekasi Utara. Employees of a lot of industries in surrounding areas from supervisor to manager level are potential buyers for DERMA JAYA’s property products. Through process of observing neighborhood condition and analyzing competitor’s property development projects, author took a conclusion that mid-up to premium customers are the most appropriate segments for HIGH HILLS’ project in Sersan Bajuri, Bandung. Local people of Bandung and people from outside Bandung who have interest to own classy properties in North Bandung are very potential to be HIGH HILLS’ product buyers. In order to improve its system, DERMA JAYA and HIGH HILLS are recommended to create sort of standardized forms to control all steps of construction since the early constructing foundation to finishing process, in order to assure that all works are being done in accordance with company quality standards and government regulation. Another recommendation is to create a solid marketing team, in order to make sure that all products are feasibly marketed. Marketing team is to be actively involved in future development process. Ekofeminisme Dalam Novel Si Anak Cahaya Karya Tere Liye
No full textThis research is motivated by several things, namely the lack of studies of ecofeminism in Indonesian novels. Ecofeminism research on novels written by female writers has been done, while ecofeminism research written by male writers is rare. Based on this, the problem described in this study is "How is ecofeminism in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Cahaya?". The theory used is Tong's ecofeminism theory in wiyatmi," namely (1) natural ecofeminism, (2) social ecofeminism, (3) spiritual ecofeminism. The approach used is a qualitative approach, the type of research used is library research. The method used is descriptive method. The technique used is the Hermeneutic technique. The results showed that there was a flow of ecofeminism in the novel Si Anak Cahaya by Tere Liye. The most dominant ecofeminism in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Cahaya is the nature ecofeminism. Basically, women have a strong connection and instinct to nature. The relationship is described by the author in the form of female interactions that are directly related to nature, such as understanding the instincts of an animal, processing, and utilizing various natural products. Meanwhile, the least ecofeminist flow in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Cahaya is social ecofeminism. Feminism comes along with the awareness that women have both in the personal and public spheres, they realize injustice and take steps that are better known as women's emancipation. Therefore, the author describes that women are able to play an active role in various fields including government, business, social organizations, politics, education and so on
Counseling on nutritious food and healthy snacks for children at course institutions
No full textIt is important for students to have the knowledge to make nutritious and safe snack choices. Providing children with an understanding of healthy and unhealthy foods is crucial. We understand that what a person understands can impact their actions and views. Knowledge plays a significant role in shaping behavior. Adequate and high-quality nutritional intake is crucial to support the optimal growth and development of school-age children. Malnutrition can cause disorders in various organ systems in their bodies. At school age, children begin to show a desire to make their own food choices. Holding health education activities regarding healthy snacks and the dangers of unhealthy foods is one solution that can be implemented. Therefore, the author conducted education activities about nutritious foods and healthy snacks for children at a course institution, with the aim of providing knowledge to school-age children studying at the Universal Technology Computer course institution, so that these children understand nutritious foods and healthy snacks and no longer eat or snack carelessly. The methods used were interactive lectures, discussions and questions and answers, pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results of the counseling conducted at the Universal Technology Computer course institution showed that the counseling program was able to improve the knowledge of the participants. The highest score was 86.7% after the counseling, compared to only 20% before the counseling. Therefore, with the knowledge gained, the counseling participants were able to choose nutritious foods and healthy snacks for their consumption
