Childfree is a decision not to have children in a marriage intentionally. Since 1500s, many married couples in England, France and Netherlands have voluntarily chosen not to have children (childfree). However, until now, the term of childfree is still considered taboo by Indonesian society. The pros and cons related to childfree are an issue that has been widely discussed by Indonesian society. The view that children are a complement to a marriage relationship can't be avoid. However, there are various logical reasons that can underlie a married couple's decision not to have children (childfree). Some of them are the potential for overpopulation, the high Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), as well as the personal reasons of each couple. Based on these conditions, society needs to understand the reasons why married couples choose not to have children (childfree), so this research will be carried out to find out the personal factors that influence people's choice to be childfree for employees at Husada Utama Hospital in Surabaya using the binary logistic regression method. Binary logistic regression was chosen because the response variable from this study, namely choice for childfree, is dichotomous, where the choice data for childfree and the factors thought to influence it are primary data obtained from a survey using a questionnaire with the sampling method used is Judgemental Sampling. From this research, it is known that the variables that influence the choice to be childfree for employees at Husada Utama Hospital Surabaya are the age of the wife and the age of marriage, where the higher the age of the wife, the higher the possibility of the household choosing to be childfree. Meanwhile, the higher the age of marriage, the lower the possibility of a household choosing to be childfree

Effect of donepezil on transcranial magnetic stimulation parameters in Alzheimer's disease
Introduction: There is a need for a reliable, noninvasive biomarker for Alzheimer's disease (AD). We assessed whether short-latency afferent inhibition (SAI), a transcranial magnetic stimulation paradigm that assesses cholinergic circuits of the brain, could become such a biomarker.
Methods: Nineteen patients with AD underwent four SAI testing sessions. The timing of their usual donepezil dose was altered to create different cholinergic states for each session. This was compared to the SAI results from 20 healthy subjects.
Results: SAI was not able to distinguish the different cholinergic states assessed in our study. There appeared to be a diurnal variation in cholinergic function in the control group, which was not present in the AD cohort.
Discussion: SAI does not appear to have a role in diagnosis and assessment of AD patients. The loss of diurnal variation, however, warrants further investigation as it may provide further biochemical insights about AD

Abstract
The adoption of biopesticides in Mediterranean agriculture is shaped by environmental, economic, and socio-cultural factors. This study explores the push and pull factors influencing farmers’ decisions in Spain’s Ebro Delta, Tunisia’s Nabeul region, and Turkey’s Adana province. Through qualitative fieldwork and comparative analysis, key barriers to adoption are identified, including high costs, limited market availability, skepticism about efficacy, and reliance on conventional pesticides. However, this study also highlights opportunities driven by regulatory changes, increasing market demand for sustainable products, and the potential of biopesticides to improve ecological sustainability. The research follows a comparative case-study approach and was conducted between January and November 2024. The methodology included a literature review, two rounds of qualitative interviews with farmers, and thematic analysis to identify barriers and enabling factors, ensuring methodological rigor and cross-validation. Findings indicate that farmers’ professional ethos and economic conditions significantly limit biopesticide adoption. Perceived inefficacy, high production costs, and low profit margins reinforce reluctance. Spain struggles with skepticism, Tunisia faces economic and informational barriers, and Turkey’s reliance on traditional practices slows innovation. Despite these obstacles, key drivers facilitate adoption, including improved agricultural education, cooperative support, and increasing consumer demand for sustainable products. Legal frameworks, particularly the EU’s “Farm to Fork” strategy, play a crucial role, though top-down policies risk local resistance. This study outlines a model for biopesticide adoption based on seven key factors, with legal frameworks and farm structure emerging as primary drivers. Addressing economic and educational barriers is crucial for widespread adoption. By implementing targeted policies, Mediterranean agriculture can become a model for sustainable practices, balancing productivity and environmental stewardship

Manifestations of the Title in Digital Poetry - Contemporary Modernist Experiences
Many poets chose to turn towards interactive literature, and various programs and applications that help in making this type of literature became required by the various poets who found in this modernist color the popularity of their literature in the
