No full textThis study aimed to describe and analyze the structure assets on the profitability, to measure the effects of liquidity ratio as a mediationg influence structure assets on profitability. The study was conducted in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2008 to 2012. The samples in this study were taken using purposive. The final samples in this study were 30 observations. This hypothesis was tested using path analysis. The results showed that the structure assets had no effect on the profitability and liquidity ratio was able to complete mediation influence structure assets on profitability

One of the novels that contain social criticism is novel order bride by Mya Ye. This novel tells of the struggle of a woman who becomes a mail order bride by marrying a Taiwanese man, in order to improve her standard of living. Experienced by the character Sinta who sacrificed for her family for the future. After marriage, the life that Sinta lived was not what she wanted. She continued to work hard, took care of her husband, in-laws, and continued her business at the Ban Tiao Shop. This study aims to express social criticism on gender issues contained in the novel bride order by Mya Ye. the author uses two theories, namely the fictional structure theory and the sociological theory of literature, which are used to express the social criticism contained in this novel. The object of this research is Mya Ye ordered bridal novel published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama in 2018. The method used in this research is a qualitative description, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques.
The research results are in the form of social criticism on gender issues contained in the novel ordered bridal by Mya Ye, which include: themes and messages, characters and charaterizations, settings, plot and distribution, as well as the social criticism of proverty, criticism of human trafficking, criticism of gender issues, criticism of division in the family, criticism of social and religiois limitations.

PENGARUH INFLASI DAN TINGKAT BUNGA TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN (IHSG) PADA BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
No full textThe unstable monetary situation as reflected in the interest rates and inflation resulting in chaos in the economy. This shows the close macroeconomics impact on stock price indices in the stock market. The purpose of this study is to assess and analyze the influence of the variables of macro-economic indicators of inflation and interest rates on stock price performance index over the period 2012 to 2014.Technique analysis in this study using multiple linear regression method using the independent variable inflation and interest rates on the Composite Index. Data obtained from the Monthly Statistic, Indonesia Stock Exchange, Economic Indicators of the Central Bureau of Statistic, Monthly Report of Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. The result showed that the Composite Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange has a relationship but not too significant to inflationary and interest rate variables. While inflation and interest rates simultaneously affect the JCI. Simultaneously the macro variables affect inflation and interest rates of 88.4% against 11.6% JCI rest explained by other factors

No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis apakah suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai buku berpengaruh pada harga saham pada perusahaan yang termasuk dalam LQ45 indeks tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang termasuk dalam daftar LQ45 sebanyak 45 perusahaan yang terdiri dari sembilan sektor di mana sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan asumsi klasik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah efek negatif yang signifikan dari inflasi terhadap harga saham, jika inflasi meningkat, harga saham akan menurun. Sementara suku bunga yang signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, jika suku bunga naik, harga saham akan naik. nilai buku berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham, jika nilai buku meningkat maka harga saham akan turun
Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Tolerance Risk, dan Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention
No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Tolerance Risk, and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship Intention. Respondents in this study were students of Tridinanti University Palembang at the Faculty of Economics. There are two methods used in this study, namely simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The first hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met and the calculated F value is 70,428 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurship Intention. The second hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met, and the calculated F value is 67,192 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of Tolerance Risk on Entrepreneurship Intention. The third hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met, and the calculated F value is 149,578 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship Intention. The fourth hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met, and the calculated F value is 52,374 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of Self Efficacy, Tolerance Risk, and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship Intention

No full textOrganisasi Ibu-ibu PKK Kecamatan Sako diharapkan dapat memberdayakan wanita untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan Kecamatan Sako. Dalam pelaksanaannya, organisasi Ibu-ibu PKK Kec. Sako Palembang sering menghadapi kendala ketika akan membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban dalam bentuk laporan keuangan bulanan maupun tahunan. Sedangkan apabila harus menyerahkan pembuatan laporan keuangan kepada pihak luar diperlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit, sedangkan organisasi Ibu-ibu PKK bukan merupakan organisasi yang mencari keuntungan sehingga dirasa sangat menyulitkan, Oleh karena itu kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan dan teknik pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana pada ibu PKK Kecamatan Sako agar ibu PKK Kecamatan Sako dapat mandiri dalam pembuatan laporan  keuangannya. Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa penyampian materi dan praktik/penerapan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pelaksanaan PKM Ibu-Ibu PKK Kecamatan Sako kurang menguasai mengenai laporan keuangan sederhana, namun setelah pelaksaan kegiatan diketahui Ibu-Ibu PKK Kecamatan Sako cukup menguasai dan dapat membuat laporan keuangan sederhana. Kegiatan PKM secara tidak langsung sangat berperan positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dan keterampilan peserta dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Kata kunci : Ibu PKK, Laporan, Keuanga

ABSTRACT
Research to determine the level of employee performance was carried out at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi, South Lampung Regency. The level of employee performance is proxied by a comparison of employee performance in this case teachers by age. The type of research used is quantitative with a comparative method. The researchers used a population of teachers from SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi as many as 78 teachers and a set sample of 34 honorary teachers. The sample is divided into teachers with an old age category of 18 honorary teachers and teachers in the young age category of 16 honorary teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques and independent t-Test data analysis. The result of this study is that there are differences in the performance of employees or teachers in the old age category and teachers with the young age category at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi Lampung Selatan

No full textThis study aims to measure and find out financial performance at PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA) for the period 2016 - 2020. This study uses this research using descriptive analysis method which aims to provide an overview of the actual financial performance of the company, where data collected, compiled, then analyzed and explained with existing theories and finally make conclusions and suggestions. Descriptive analysis method used in this study to describe in general PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk, by describing the results of the analysis conducted in this study. The design of this study is to use a qualitative approach, where with this approach the author seeks to understand the analysis of financial performance using EVA methods.
The conclusion of this study shows that the financial performance of PT. Surya Citra Media, Tbk based on the analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA) from 2016 to 2020 is not good, where the value of EVA <0, ie for five consecutive years the company EVA shows a negative value. In 2016 the value of EVA - Rp. 788,228,366 and in 2017 the value of EVA again decreased significantly by -Rp. 2,101,912,330 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 1,237,933,617 and decreased in 2019 to a figure of -Rp. 1,148,156,021 and in 2020 it fell to -Rp. 749,755,182. It is recommended for companies to increase EVA each year to reach a positive value by reducing or reducing the cost of capital while negotiating interest rates.
 
Analisis Pengaruh Bid Ask Spread, Market Value dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Holding Period Saham Perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia
No full textThis study aims to determine and prove the effect of bid-ask spread, market value, and earnings per share on the holding period of LQ45 company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 Index from 2017 to 2019. A sample of 30 companies with a total of 90 data was determined by purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data used in this study are closing price, number of outstanding shares, stock trading volume, and bid and ask prices. The results of the Adjusted R2 study indicate that holding period variations can be explained by three variables, namely bid-ask spread, market value and earnings per share. The results of the t test show that the bid-ask spread variable has a positive and significant effect on the holding period, market value has a negative and insignificant effect and earnings per share has a negative and significant effect on the holding period. The three results have been tested with a significance of = 5% and the most influential on the holding period is earnings per share. From the results of the F test, there is evidence that the bid-ask spread, market value and earnings per share simultaneously have an effect on the holding period of the stock
