Pengaruh Pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap Self-Efficacy, Burnout, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, dan kinerja Individu (Studi Terhadap Pramuwisata di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat)
Tujuan penelitian ini acialan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh: 1) pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap self-efficacy, 2) pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap buttumi, 3) pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap kecerdasan emosional, 4) pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap kinerja individu, 6) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap burnout, 7) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kecerdasan emosional, 8) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja, 9) pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja individu,10) pengaruh burnout terhadap kecerdasan emosional, 11) pengaruh burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja, 12) pengaruh burnout terhadap kinerja individu, 13) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, 14) pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja individu, dan15) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja individu. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang pramuwisata di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan Stratified Proportionate random sam-pling. Angket merupakan instrument utama untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 20.0, dan analisis inferensial menggunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Temuan dalam penelitian ini, adalah: 1) Pemberdayaan psikologis mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap self-efficacy, 2) Pemberdayaan psikologis mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap burnout, 3) Pemberdayaan psikologis mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kecerdasan emosi-ona1,4) Pemberdayaan psikologis mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5) Pemberdayaan psikologis mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja individu, 6) Self-Efficacy mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap burnout, 7) Self-Efficacy mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kecerdasan emosional, 8) Self-Efficacy mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 9) Self-Efficacy mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja individu, 10) Burnout mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap kecerdasan emosional, 11) Burnout mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 12) Burnout mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja individu, 13) Kecerdasan emosional mempunyai pengruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 14) Kecerdasan emosional mempunyai pengruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja individu, dan 15) Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja individu
Green Work Engagement Can Moderate The Effect Of Green Human Resource Management Variables On Employee Performance
Abstract
This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from distributing online questionnaires to 500 PTPN employees throughout Indonesia. The data obtained was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Green Human Resource Management variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values value is below the minimum acceptance standard and the significant level is 0.05, namely 0.002. This is because environmental/green-based Human Resource Management in companies can make the environment comfortable, the quality of workers increases, costs related to potential environmental damage are reduced, and income remains stable. Apart from that, the second hypothesis in this research also shows the same thing if the Green Work Engagement variable can strengthen the influence of the Green Human Resource Management variable on employee performance because the P-Values value is below the acceptable level and below the significance level. With employee involvement in HR management, the Company can create indicators or causes that explain the reasons why Green Human Resource Management variables can influence employee performance to become stronger. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi membawa atmosfir perubahan pada semua aspek kehidupan manusia terutama perubahan pola hubungan manusia, tadinya saling berjabat tangan saat bertransaksi, berhadap-hadapan wajah (face to face) berubah drastis transaksi hanya cukup dengan sentuhan melalui layar hand phone, berkomunikasi tidak cukup mendengarkan suara tetapi bisa juga saling bertatapan wajah melalui screen to screen, dengan dalih mudah dan efesien. Ini merupakan pertanda telah hadir era revolusi industri keempat atau industry 4.0. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang teknologi turut memberi warna tersendiri bagi perkembangan dunia usaha, sebab beberapa jenis industri telah menggunakan teknologi internet dalam proses produksinya tidak terkecuali industri dibidang pariwisata, cukup dengan mesin pencari google bertipe voice search atau aplikasi tertentu sudah bisa mem-bantu untuk menemukan yang dibutuhkan, seperti hotel, travel, restoran, bahkan jarak tempuh suatu destinasi wisata, harga makan dan minuman dan lain sebagainya dapat ditemukan dengan cepat. This is a sign that there has been a fourth industrial revolution era or industry 4.0. The progress of science in the field of technology also gives its own color for the development of the business world, because some types of industries have used internet technology in the production process, including the industry in tourism, with the google search engine type voice search or certain applications can help find what is needed, such as hotels, travel, restaurants, even the distance of a tourist destination, the price of food and drinks and so on can be found quickly. Kiai Kharismatik dan Hegemoninya (Telaah Fenomena Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf)
Abstract This paper discusses the pattern of kiai hegemony as a charismatic leader. Kiai have a strategic position, are very respectable, and even have a big influence on the development of a community. The author examines the phenomenon of Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf as one of the charismatic kiai. Kiai is not a person who is experienced and has professional skills, but is socially proven to be able to spearhead the process of social change in society. The functionalist perspective presented by William F. Ogburn the author uses as an approach in interpreting the kiai's charismatic leadership. This perspective considers social change as something that can disrupt the balance of society. Kiai not only restricts the flow of culture, but the kiai seeks to spearhead change. The main finding in this paper is that compliance that is formed from a charismatic kiai is able to consciously obey his followers and without coercion. Kiai not only restricts the flow of culture, but the kiai tries to spearhead changes. On the other hand Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf tends to create restrictions on relations to a political party activity. In a functionalist perspective, change is integrated in culture. The culture of sholawatan that has grown very strong among the NU community, is another supporting aspect in the creation of charismatic permanence Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf as a Kiai. Charismatic leadership is raised on the emotional involvement of an individual in identifying the psychological individual of his followers in an effective way, which leads to cultural constancy adopted by certain community groups.Keywords : kiai, leadership, charismatic, hegemonyAbstrak Tulisan ini membahas tentang pola hegemoni kiai sebagai pemimpin kharismatik. Penulis melakukan telaah terhadap fenomena Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegaf sebagai salah seorang kiai kharismatik. Kiaibukanlah sosok yang berpengalaman dan memiliki kemampuan profesional, tetapi secara sosial terbukti mampu memelopori proses perubahan sosial dalam masyarakat. Perspektif fungsionalis yang disampaikan oleh William F. Ogburn penulis gunakan sebagai sebuah pendekatan dalam memaknai kepemimpinan kharismatik kiai.Perspektif ini menganggap perubahan sosial sebagai suatu hal yang dapat mengacaukan keseimbangan masyarakat.Kiai bukan hanya membatasi arus budaya yang masuk, namun kiai berupaya memelopori perubahan Temuan utama didalam tulisan ini adalah kepatuhan yang terbentuk dari kharismatik seorang kiai mampu menghegemoni pengikutnya dengan sadar dan tanpa suatu paksaan. Kiai bukan hanya membatasi arus budaya yang masuk, namun kiai berupaya memelopori perubahan. Disisi lain Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegafcenderung menciptakan pembatasan hubungan terhadap suatu aktivitas partai politik. Dalam perspektif fungsionalis perubahan terintegrasi dalam kebudayaan.Budaya sholawatan yang sudah tumbuh sangat kuat dikalangan masyarakat NU, menjadi aspek pendukung lain dalam penciptaan kelanggengan kharismatik Habib Syech bin Abdul Qadir Assegafsebagai seorang Kiai. KAJIAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESTINASI WISATA DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA
ABSTRACTLombok tourism development shows an increase in the number of significant tourist visits until August 2018 totaling 2,469,026 wisnu and foreign tourists. The increase in visits has not been offset by the participation of local communities in the development of tourist destinations in North Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study is (1) to examine the forms of past local community participation in supporting the development of Gumantar North Lombok tourist destinations; (2) to study the current forms of community participation of local and village governments in supporting the development of Gumantar North Lombok tourist destinations; (3) to study the future forms of Community Participation and provide recommendations for involving the community in participating in the development of tourist destinations in the Gumantar tourism village of North Lombok. The research method used is a collaboration between qualitative and quantitative approaches using data collection techniques through direct observation (observation), in-depth interviews (depth interviews), data processing using qualitative descriptive analysis presented in narrative form. The results of the study show that differences in community participation from the past tend to be very simple participatory, obedient to the rules of custom / awig law, ethical and polite in expressing opinions so that past participation is very strong in the development of tourist destinations. The participation of today's society still shows adherence and adheres to the rules of customary law / awig, ethics and courtesy in expressing opinions is more critical because the influence of information technology that has penetrated into the village and the role of the government began to show its existence, so that the participation of today's society tends to experience weakening in the development of tourist destinations. Recruitment Analysis Of The Cooperative Labor Force In Improving Human Resources
Employment recruits of an organization have not improved the standards of selection so that the resulting workforce does not meet the qualifications for the jobs offered. This phenomenon also applies to cooperatives as business organizations. Co-operatives are one of the forums that are quite developed in increasing their business. Currently, the existing human resources are managed simply, the function of personnel management is charged as Manager as the manager of the cooperative. The recruitment process is the earliest stage in personnel management, so if it is ignored it can disrupt the company's performance.The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the labor recruitment process that has been implemented so far. 2) To find out the existing workforce recruitment process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely as a research process that produces qualitative data in the form of written or spoken words from the observed person or actor.The results showed that the recruitment process in cooperatives was carried out in a simple but complete and selective manner. The process includes forecasting work needs, selection, an orientation that is still simple but complete enough and based on criteria, standards, or specifications for the real needs of the existing job or position. Recruitment sources are utilized optimally so that professionalism is established. Analysis of the Influence of the Tourism Economic Sector in Increasing Original Income Karo Regency area
This research aims to analyze the influence of the tourism economic sector on increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Karo Regency. Tourism has become an important sector in regional economic growth, and Karo Regency as a potential tourist destination is attracting attention in efforts to optimize tourism's contribution to PAD.
The analytical method used by the author in this thesis is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the variable number of tourist attractions has an insignificant positive effect on Regional Original Income. The variable number of domestic tourists has a positive and insignificant effect on Regional Original Income.
The variable number of foreign tourists has a significant positive effect on Regional Original Income. The variable number of restaurants has a significant positive effect on Regional Original Income.
