Melek Zade Ahi Rustam Dara's work named "Sahname-i Ahi"
Konya Yusuf Ağa Kütüphanesindeki 10459 kayıt numaralı Şahnâme-i Ahî adlı eserin ortaya çıkarılarak günümüz Farsça yazım kurallarıyla elektronik ortama aktarılması amaçlanmıştır. Mesnevi tarzında yazılan bu eserle ilgili bilgiler verilmeye çalışılmış, ayrıca eserin müellifi ve müstensihi hakkında da bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Ahî Rustem Dârâ eserinde XV-XVI. yüzyılların Osmanlı İmparatorluğu döneminde, dönemin sultanlarından Sultan II. Mehmed ve Sultan II. Bayezid'in seferlerini ve fetihlerini şahname tarzında destansı bir dille anlatmış ve dönemin tarihi olaylarıyla ilgili bilgiler vermiştir. Eserin yazım tarihiyle ilgili kesin bir kayıt bulunmamasına rağmen zikredilen olaylar hangi dönemi kapsadığı ile ilgili bizlere ipucu vermiştir. Bu çalışmayla, bugüne kadar gün yüzüne çıkmamış olan bu eser hakkında okuyucunun bilgi sahibi olması istenmiştir.Shahname-i Ahi, numbered 10459 in the Konya Yusuf Aga Library, has been unearthed and transferred to the electronic medium with the current Persian spelling rules. Information about this work written in mesnevi style was tried to be given and short information about the author and the author of the work was also given. Ahi Rustam Dârâ in his work XV-XVI. century, during the Ottoman Empire, Sultan Mehmed II and Sultan Bayezid II and the conquests of the sultan in the style of epic narrative and gave information about the historical events of the period. Although there is no precise record of the writing date of the work, the mentioned events gave us a clue as to which period it covers. With this study, the reader has been asked to have information about this work which has not been revealed to date
Application of Tawarruq munazzam in Malaysia / Ismail Rustam
Nowadays, the development of Islamic Financial Institutions has given positive impact towards Islamic bank industry. Many new contracts have been introduced as
an alternative to conventional bank products. Tawarruq munazzam or known as commodity murabahah is one of the contracts. In this study, the author has set several
objectives which are to explain the concept of tawarruq munazzam, discussing the fuqaha’s opinions on this contract and explain the modus operandi of tawarruq
munazzam implements in Malaysia. The study founds that tawarruq munazzam is a contract that practice by Islamic bank to provide financing towards customers. The
practice of this contract is contrary to the conventional bank’s financing products. This is because the features of both contracts are different. In fact, tawarruq munazzam is a contract based on the trading transaction, meanwhile, the financing product offered by conventional banks is based on loans which containing riba. Majority of contemporary fuqaha permit the practice of tawarruq munazzam based on their ijtihad to provide maslahah among the society. Meanwhile, there are also fuqaha who prohibited this practice because it seems like a hilah to permit riba. Lastly, an Every Islamic bank in Malaysia is using a platform such as as-Sidq, London Metal Exchange, and Bursa Suq al-Sila to trade the commodity while practicing tawarruq

Foreigners in the Empire of Trebizond (the Case of Orientals and Italians)
This article provides a comparative analysis of the two largest groups of foreigners in the Empire of Trebizond : those from the East (primarily Turks), and Italians. In particular, it contains the etymology of seven Oriental names and prosopographic analysis of the holders that have not previously been discussed in the literature. The article poses the problem of the presence of naturalized Italians and their descendants in rural areas of the Empire of Trebizond. The author concludes that although the number of Italian migrants was considerably smaller than the number of newcomers from Muslim Asia, the Italians had a more prestigious status in the Trapezuntine society.Shukurov Rustam. DERADIKALISASI AGAMA DALAM PEMAHAMAN TEKS-TEKS LITERATUR PENDIDIKAN PESANTREN
The author’s interest in researching on de-radicalization of religion in the literature of islamic boarding school education was driven by the fact that religion de-radicalization are now starting to touch many aspects of society. Religious radicalism is often associated with terrorism, such as suicide bombers under the pretext of jihad (martyrdom), violence in the name of amar ma'ruf-nahy munkar (commanding the good and forbidding the evil), even now starting to organize religious radicalism in the establishment of the state. Ironically, some of the perpetrators of terrorism are graduates of boarding schools. This is due to the fact that there are several texts in the literature of boarding school education that are vulnerable to radical behaviors, such as jihad, commanding the good, or fighting against non-Muslims. It makes boarding schools are negatively affected despite the fact that they are institutions of Islamic education in Indonesia who spread the teachings of Islam which is rahmatan lil Alamin (blessing for the universe), tolerant, and contextual. Therefore, this study wanted to know about de-radicalization of religion in the understanding of texts in the literature of boarding school education, particularly related to the meaning of jihad, commanding the good, and Islam as the blessing for the universe.This research uses library research, which is a pure literature research. This method is used for obtaining data on de-radicalization in the view of boarding schools using descriptive approach. This research is a study on religious teachings in relation to society, nature, character, and the influence of the thoughts and ideas in forming the character of a group.De-radicalization of religion in the literature of boarding schools includes several things. First, boarding schools should not teach jihad with war, but with education. Next, the applications of amar ma'ruf-nahy munkar must be done through certain stages, so that the direction fits the condition of the object of the missionary endeavor. Violence must not be used as long as it is still possible to use subtle ways since violence is only legalized when the situation is extremely urgent.Keywords: De-radicalisation of Religion, Text, Literature, Boarding Schoo
Pesantren Dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (Studi Kasus Pondok Pesantren Dawar Boyolali)
Abstract: When boarding schools are faced with community service, some of them are not willing to accept it. Survey of BPPM Maslakul Huda Islamic School, in collaboration with the P3M Jakarta concluded that three (25%) of the 12 pesantrens in Central Java do not receive community service. It is an irony, because pesantren was born and raised from the public. One of pesantrens that was born from community service is PP DawarBoyolali. PP Dawar proved that pesantren had a great contribution to the community. This study wanted to uncover the devotion PP Dawar to community, both in religious and economic empowerment, as well as the main reason of PP Dawar in performing community service. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method using case study design. Based on the research, it was found that PP Dawar was a community-based boarding school which had done community services by performing routine religious activities such as routine verses recitation, recitals of Qur’an for the orphans, and also serving the demand of societies that need Islamic teachers and religion teachers graduating from PP. DawarBoyolali. PP Dawar also helped the economy of the surrounding communities, by providing cheap labors, helping traditional broom and cracker home industry, and organizing donations to 500 orphans. The ideas or thoughts underlying PP Dawar’sdevotion are a sense of sincerity, an implementation on the religious science, a spirit of self-reliance, and a promotion for PP Dawar Boyolali itself. الملخص: عندما تُوجّه البسانترينات إلى وجود الخدمة الإجتماعية، كان بعضها لم يقبلها. دلّت الدراسة المسحية التي قام بها BPPM بسانترين "مسلك الهدى " بالاشتراك مع P3M جاكرتا على أن 3 أو (%25) من 12 بسانترين في أنحاء جاوة الوسطى لم تقبل الخدمة الإجتماعية. وهذا مؤسف، لأن بسانترين هو مؤسسة تربوية توّلدت وتطوّرت في المجتمع. ومن البسانترينات الذي تولّد من المجتمع هو معهد "داوار " بويولالي جاوة الوسطى. دلّ هذا المعهد على أن بسانترين له دور فعّال واسهام كبير في المجتمع . سيكشف هذا البحث عن الخدمة الإجتماعية التي قام بها هذا المعهد في المجال الديني ومجال ترقية الجانب الإقتصادي والأسباب الدافعة له في القيام بهذه الخدمة. سلك هذا البحث منهج البحث الكيفي بنوع دراسة حالة. دلّت نتائج البحث على أن معهد " داوار " هو البسانترين المؤسس على المجتمع ويقوم بالخدمة الإجتماعية في شكل المحاضرات الدينية المكثّفة، والمحاضرات الدينية في مناسبة " Yatiman” وإرسال الدعاة والأساتذة للجهات المحتاجة إليهم وهم متخرّجو معهد "داوار" نفسه. ولهذا المعهد اسهام اقتصادي في المجتمع المحيط به بإعداد العمّال بأجرة رخيصة (صناعة منزلية) كصناعة المكنسات والأطعمة الإندونيسية وكفالة الأيتام ( 500يتيم ) . والأسس الفكرية لهذه الخدمة – التي قام بها المعهد داوار - هي الإخلاص ونشر العلوم الدينية وروح الإعتماد على النفس والدعايات والتعريف بالمعهد. Abstrak: Ketika pesantren dihadapkan dengan pengabdian masyarakat, beberapa pesantren belum dapat menerima. Survey BPPM Pesantren Maslakul Huda, bekerja sama dengan P3M Jakarta menyimpulkan bahwa 3 (25%) dari 12 pesantren se-Jawa Tengah tidak menerima pengabdian masyarakat. Sungguh ironis, karena pesantren merupakan pendidikan yang lahir dan besar dari masyarakat. Salah satu pesantren yang lahir dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah PP Dawar Boyolali, PP Dawar membuktikan bahwa peran pesantren sangat besar dalam berkontribusi di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap pengabdian PP Dawar, baik dalam keagamaan maupun pemberdayaan ekonomi, serta alasan utama PP Dawar melakukan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bukti bahwa PP Dawar adalah pesantren berbasis masyarakat, yaitu dengan melaksanakan pengabdian keagamaan seperti pengajian rutin, pengajian yatiman, juga melayani permintaan masyarakat yang membutuhkan ustadz atau guru agama lulusan PP Dawar Boyolali. PP Dawarjuga ikut membantu ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, yaitu menyediakan tenaga murah, membantu home industry pembuatan sapu, krupuk, dan menyelenggarakan santunan 500 anak yatim. Pemikiran yang mendasari Pengabdian PP Dawar adalah rasa keikhlasan, mengamalkan ilmu agama, semangat kemandirian, dan promosi bagi PP Dawar Boyolali. </p

The curriculum content is mainly dominant in strengthening Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). Second, Postgraduate does not provide alternative curriculum so there is no flexibility.┬á Curriculum of the master program in Islamic Religious Education must be able to strengthen the content knowledge of Islamic education

A CEFR-Oriented Probe into Culture: Implications for Language Learners
The Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR), adopted by the Council of Europe (2001), is an action-based framework for language education, teaching and assessment in Europe. CEFR's descriptions of language skills across all skill levels can guide language learners, educators, and assessors. Alongside language-related issues, one phenomenon considered highly by the CEFR is culture – a concept intricately connected with language. Given the significance of culture and related concepts for language education, this study evaluated the CEFR and Companion Volume to draw inferences about culture and explore the possible implications for language learners. To this end, the two volumes were subjected to content analysis. Findings indicated several types of cultural awareness (n=7), knowledge (n=4), competence (n=8), and strategy (n=1) that language learners must adopt for successful cross-cultural interactions. These cultural expectations might also be considered under plurilinguistic awareness, knowledge, competence, and strategies. The study is expected to contribute theoretically and practically since it intends to bridge the literature gap. Prospective research, however, is urged to corroborate the findings. Furthermore, the study is expected to guide future studies tackling the significance of culture for language learners within the CEFR
