ANALISIS KEKERASAN YANG DIALAMI IQBAL RAMADHAN DITINJIAU DARI PERSPEKTIF PANCASILA SILA KEDUA
Full text linkThis research analyzes the violence experienced by Iqbal Ramadhan, an assistant lawyer, during a demonstration against the Revision of the Regional Election Law in Jakarta. The repressive actions by security forces against Iqbal, which included physical and psychological violence, showed a deviation from the principle of "Just and Civilized Humanity" in the second principle of Pancasila. In this research, the author examines the arrest process, the forms of violence experienced, as well as the physical and psychological impacts experienced by Iqbal. This case reflects the tension between the right to express an opinion and the authorities' efforts to maintain public order. This research highlights the importance of respecting human rights and peaceful and civilized conflict resolution, as mandated in Pancasila. The violence experienced by Iqbal Ramadhan not only violated human rights, but also violated the values of humanity and justice contained in Pancasila. This incident demands an evaluation of the way the authorities handle demonstrations so that they are more based on human values and justice.Penelitian ini menganalisis kekerasan yang dialami Iqbal Ramadhan, seorang asisten pengacara, selama aksi demonstrasi menolak Revisi Undang-Undang Pilkada di Jakarta. Tindakan represif oleh aparat keamanan terhadap Iqbal, yang meliputi kekerasan fisik dan psikologis, menunjukkan penyimpangan dari prinsip "Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab" dalam Pancasila sila kedua. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengkaji proses penangkapan, bentuk kekerasan yang dialami, serta dampak fisik dan psikologis yang dialami Iqbal. Kasus ini mencerminkan ketegangan antara hak menyampaikan pendapat dan upaya aparat dalam menjaga ketertiban umum. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penghormatan terhadap hak asasi manusia dan penyelesaian konflik secara damai serta beradab, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Pancasila. Kekerasan yang dialami Iqbal Ramadhan tidak hanya melanggar hak asasi manusia, tetapi juga mencederai nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan keadilan yang terkandung dalam Pancasila. Peristiwa ini menuntut evaluasi terhadap cara aparat menangani demonstrasi agar lebih berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan keadilan

LEGAL MEMORANDUM TENTANG HAK DAN KEDUDUKAN ANAK LUAR KAWIN SEBAGAI ANAK SAH MENURUT HUKUM SETELAH ADANYA PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI NOMOR 46/PUU-VIII/2010 TERHADAP AYAH BIOLOGISNYA DIKAITKAN DENGAN HUKUM POSITIF DI INDONESIA
Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam putusannya No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 tanggal 13 Februari 2012 telah mengabulkanpermohonan uji materil (judicial review) dari pemohon Aisyah Mohtar alias Macicha Mochtar dan Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan bin Moerdiono, yang dalam amar putusannya menyatakan bahwa Pasal 43 ayat (1) Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan tersebut bertentangan dengan UUD 1945. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara khusus bagaimana hak dan kedudukan Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan anak biologis dari Macicha Mochtar dan Moerdiono yang menikah secara sah tapi tidak dicatatkan, lalu juga untuk mengetahui upaya hukum apakah yang harus dilakukan Macicha Mochtar berkenaan dengan ditolaknya penetapan permohonan pengesahan Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan sebagai anak sah.
Penulisan legal memorandum ini besifat deskriptif analitis, yaitu menekankan pada ilmu hukum dan juga menelaah kaidah-kaidah hukum tentang status dan kedudukan anak dan orangtua dalam pemeliharaan anak. Serta juga menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normative, yaitu melakukan pengumpulan data baik primer dan sekunder diantaranya peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai perkawinan dan hukum positif di Indonesia dan juga seminar-seminar mengenai hal yang berkenaan dengan masalah ini guna memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai asas-asas hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan yang berlaku. Metode analisis data dengan yuridis kualitatif.
Berdasarkan penulisan legal memorandum ini dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa hak dan kedudukan Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan menurut hukum positif di Indonesia adalah sesuai dengan hak anak luar kawin yang diakui seperti yang ada di pembahasan sebelumnya, tetapi perlunya pengakuan sudah tidak begitu penting asalkan pihak Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan dapat membuktikan dengan cara dan sesuai aturan di Putusan MK tersebut. Kemudian setelah permohonan pengesahan anaknya ditolak Macicha Mochtar dapat melakuan upaya hukum kasasi, kemudian jika ditolak Macicha Mochtar dan Muhammad Iqbal Ramadhan bisa menerimanya atau melakukan upaya hukum peninjauan kembali ke Mahkamah Agun
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
ASEAN-China Cybersecurity Cooperation: Challenges and Opportunities
No full text<p>Southeast Asia's technological achievements and economic prosperity have become the key drivers of the development of both regional and worldwide dynamics. As an organisation that represents all Southeast Asian member countries, ASEAN, as one of the region's primary actors, plays an essential role. ASEAN's attempts to fulfil its objectives include engagement with important partners outside of the area, termed "ASEAN Plus." China is one of ASEAN's key regional allies. In this scientific essay, the author wishes to comment on the potential and problems that ASEAN-China face, notably in establishing cybersecurity collaboration. Cyber security is a serious concern in Southeast Asia. The expansion of the digital economy is assisting Southeast Asia's economic progress. On the one hand, China invests in artificial intelligence and profits from open commerce in Southeast Asia. However, ASEAN lacks policies and a framework to combat cyber threats, which are akin to non-traditional threats such as drugs, human trafficking, and terrorism. In this article, the author expands on cybersecurity challenges such as the lack of cyber threat mitigation policies and the Southeast Asian region's large technology disparity. The author also examines the opportunities for ASEAN and China to expand their cybersecurity cooperation. Cooperation between ASEAN and China can focus on developing cybersecurity rules, increasing human resource capability, and transferring technology.</p>
