However, the challenge in developing upland rice is disease attack, especially blast disease caused by Pyricularia grisea (Cooke) Sacc. The precaution that can be taken to reduce yield losses due to this disease is using resistant cultivars. A number of local rice germplasm is known to be resistant and tolerant to biotic and abiotic stress. So that local rice has the potential to be candidate parent crosses. This study aims to determine the level of resistance of local rice as candidate parent crosses especially local rice collected from Tabalong, South Kalimantan. Resistance information can be used to create resistant cultivars. This research was using eleven local rice (Jalapkin, Siam Rambung, Tambak Wangi, Mu'uy, Siang Tipung, Tipung, Mayas, Siam Sumut, Siam Jambul, Cantik Manis, and Lampung Gajah Putih). Research was performed at 18 days old plant and the treatment was repeated 4 times. Cultivar Asahan was used as resistant control, while Kencana Bali as susceptible control. Based on the study result, it is known that all of the local Tabalong rice has the potential to be used as parent crosses to create plant resistance except for Jalapkin and Tambak Wangi. However, Siam Rambung, Mu'uy, Tipung, Siam Jambul, Cantik Manis and Lampung White Elephant were more potential because resistant to 4 blast race
CEPF Western Ghats Special Series: Fish fauna of Indrayani River, northern Western Ghats, India
The freshwater fish fauna of the Indrayani River, a northern tributary of the Krishna River system in the Western Ghats of India was studied. A total of 57 species of freshwater fish belonging to 18 families and 39 genera were recorded. However, based on the previous literature it is possible that the Indrayani River harbours around 67 species. Out of the 57 species in the present collection, 12 are endemic to the Western Ghats while six are endemic to the Krishna River system. Neotropius khavalchor, an endemic fish of the Krishna River system, was recorded for the first time from the northern tributaries. The fish fauna of the Indrayani River is threatened due to seven introduced species and anthropogenic activities such as deforestation leading to siltation, tourism, sand mining, over fishing and organic and inorganic pollution. Since the Indrayani River hosts endemic and threatened species, including Glyptothorax poonaensis, conservation measures to ensure habitat protection in the river are essential

ABSTRACT MARKETING STRATEGIES APPLIED IN THE SRI INDRAYANI PEKANBARU SYARIAH HOTEL IN INCREASING THE NUMBER OF VISITORS By: ETIKA 175210670 The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the Marketing Strategy of the Sri Indrayani Hotel Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study is the population of all consumers of the Sri Indrayani Hotel, Pekanbaru. While the sample is 20 respondents. The technique used is purposive sampling. This research data collection technique using a questionnaire accompanied by an interview with one of the employees of the Sri Indrayani Hotel, Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique uses frequency distribution, the analysis tool of this research is quantitative descriptive and uses SPSS Version 22. From the data analysis carried out, it can be concluded that based on the recapitulation of respondents' responses regarding the Marketing Strategy variable at the Sri Indrayani Hotel, Pekanbaru, are categorized as good. From the results of this study, it was obtained that r count> r table was declared valid and feasible for research to carry out a scientific research. Thus it can be concluded that these variables can affect the Marketing Strategy

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena hotel Syariah Sri Indriyani Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu hotel syariah dan hotel tertua di Pekanbaru dan dengan melihat kondisi persaingan bisnis perhotelan yang cukup besar di Pekanbaru pada saat ini , justru hotel Syariah Sri Indriyani masih tetap bersaing dalam bisnis perhotelan hingga saat ini dengan menerapkan prinsip hotel syariah dengan brand halal tourism. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model komunikasi Public Relations hotel Syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru dalam membangun Brand Image Halal Tourism. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua jenis sumber data untuk melaksanakan penelitian, yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah dua orang informan kunci dan tiga orang informan tambahan, sedangkan objek penelitian yaitu penerapan model komunikasi Public Relations hotel Syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru dalam membangun Brand Image Halal Tourism. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model komunikasi Public Relations hotel Syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru dalam membangun Brand Image Halal Tourism menggunakan model Public Relations James E. Grunig dan Todd Hunt yaitu Model Agen Press Agentry (agen pemberitaan) dan Public Information (Informasi publik). Dari data yang penulis dapatkan Public Relations hotel Syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru telah melaksanakan model Public Relations dalam membangun Brand Image Halal Tourism. Dengan kata lain berbagai aktivitas untuk membangun brand image dilakukan dengan cara menarik perhatian tamu hotel dengan cara propaganda (mempengaruhi) serta bekerja sama dengan pihak eksternal hotel. Kemudian dengan cara memberikan informasi kepada publik tentang Brand Halal Tourism di hotel syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru, dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, dan lain-lain. Dengan membangun Brand Image Halal Tourism oleh Public Relations hotel Syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru dapat meningkatkan tamu hotel yang menginap di hotel serta dapat menyediakan sarana hotel yang memiliki brand syariah bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan hotel berbasis syariah yang bernuansa keluarga.

Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Tamu Hotel Dalam Menginap Di Hotel Syariah Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sociodemographic factors, service quality, facilities and location on Hotel Guest Decisions in Staying at Sharia Hotel Sri Indrayani Pekanbaru. Samples were taken with non-probability sampling techniques, in this case the selected respondents were respondents who stayed at Sri Indrayani Sharia Hotel as many as 100 people. Based on the decision of guests staying at the Syariah Hotel Sri Indrayani influenced by sociodemography, service quality, facilities, and location by 42.7%. Partial test results show that: (1) there is a significant influence between sociodemography on guest decisions in staying with a significance value of 0.015 (<0.05), (2) there is a significant influence between service quality on guest decisions in staying with a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05), (3) there is a significant influence between the facilities on the guest decision to stay with a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05), and (4) there is a significant influence between the location of the guest decision on staying with a significance value 0.014 (<0.05) ,. The results of this study provide suggestions to the Sri Indrayani Syariah Hotel in order to improve the facilities contained in the Hotel, because the results of the regression coefficients obtained indicate that the facility variable has the lowest value. Facilities that need to be improved, for example, are architecture and interior design that can attract and make guests comfortable
TINDAK TUTUR ILOKUSI DALAM NOVEL PASTELIZZIE KARYA INDRAYANI RUSADY DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif apa saja yang terdapat pada novel Pastelizzie karya Indrayani Rusady, penulis juga ingin mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan bentuk tindak tuturnya serta implikasinya terhadap Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukan adanya bentuk serta penggunaan tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif dalam novel Pastelizzie karya Indrayani Rusady, yaitu ilokusi ekspresif meminta maaf sebanyak 47 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 21%, ilokusi ekspresif memuji sebanyak 39 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 18%, ilokusi ekspresif terima kasih sebanyak 38 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 17%, ilokusi eskpresif menyalahkan sebanyak 38 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 17%, ilokusi ekspresif mengkritik sebanyak 29 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 13%, ilokusi ekspresif mengeluh sebanyak 26 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 12%, dan ilokusi ekspresif ucapan selamat sebanyak 4 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 2%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif yang dominan dalam novel Pastelizzie karya Indrayani Rusady adalah ilokusi ekspresif meminta maaf sebanyak 47 tuturan dengan presentase sebesar 21%

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Alat Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Lineir Berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Beban Pajak Tangguhan Berpengaruh positif Terhadap Manajemen Laba. nilai t hitung beban pajak tangguhan yakni sebesar 10.334 dengan signifikansi 0.000. Nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.000 0.05), maka dapat dikatakan bahwa profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap manejemen laba. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Manajemen Laba. nilai t hitung ukuran perusahaan yakni sebesar -0.365 dengan signifikansi 0.716 Nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0.05 (0.716 > 0.05), maka dapat dikatakan bahwa ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manejemen laba. Nilai R Square koefisien korelasi antara ukuran perusahaan, beban pajak tangguhan, profitabilitas adalah sebesar 0.748 atau 74.8%. Koefien korelasi ukuran perusahaan, beban pajak tangguhan, profitabilitas dengan manajemen laba sebesar 0.748 bertanda positif. Hal ini menunjukkan arah korelasinya positif.
