JOB DESCRIPTION OF A RECEPTIONIST AT KUSUMA SAHID PRINCE HOTEL SURAKARTA

image to differentiate themselves from others. This is important in luring travelers
which will directly affect the development of the hotel itself. This can be achieved
only through the efforts of all elements of the hotel which are divided into several
departments. The front office department, especially, should have good
cooperation among its staffs because the front office has most direct contact with
the guests. The receptionist as a part of the front office department has a large
responsibility as a representative of the hotel which should create a good image.
This paper sets out to describe the job scope of a receptionist at
Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, Surakarta based on the job training undergone by the
author. The receptionist plays important role in handling the guests’ needs. To
give the best service, a receptionist must have good knowledge about all sectors in
the hotel and also the information external to the hotel related to the guests’ needs.
It is also supported by good and professional grooming based on appropriate hotel
standards.
From the data, one conclusion that can be drawn from this study is
that the job description of a receptionist in Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel includes
various aspects. The receptionists of Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel have a large
responsibility to know the job scope and do it to the best of their ability in order to
build an attractive image of the hotel

Buying and selling transactions and management still depend on processes that are carried out manually. This reliance on manual processes not only has the potential to cause long lines, but can also hinder the efficiency of cashier performance, allow errors in recording, and extend the time to complete transactions and management. In the modern era and increasingly fierce market competition, the process of buying and selling transactions and management by using manual methods will be considered less efficient, so the author makes a computerized cashier and management system with a case study of Kusuma Electric Shop located in Pucangan Village, Ngrambe District, Ngawi Regency. This system was created with the aim of accelerating and simplifying the process of buying and selling transactions as well as management management at Kusuma Electric Shop. The author uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method of the waterfall model with several stages including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and
maintenance. In addition, the author uses the Laravel framework and PHP and JavaScript programming languages with MySQL as a database server. With this website-based cashier
and management system, it is expected to be able to complete the buying and selling transaction process and management management at Kusuma Electric Shop, thereby reducing the potential for long lines, increasing the efficiency of cashier performance, reducing the risk of errors in recording, and shortening transaction time and management
management. This system was tested using two tests, namely black box testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). Black box testing shows good results on every input and output of
the system, while the results of SUS testing show a score of 79 from a total of 30 respondents, which means the system is in the acceptable category with grade B and good rating

Ibu hamil dengan LILA < 23,5 cm dinyatakan mengalami Kurang Energi Kronis (Dinkes Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2015). Di Kota Pekalongan, prevalensi ibu hamil KEK sebesar 14,14% atau berjumlah 898 pada tahun 2018. Ibu hamil yang kekurangan nutrisi dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan, keselamatan, serta kualitas ibu dan bayinya.Tujuan Penelitian : Menggambarkan Asuhan Keperawatan Defisit Nutrisi Pada Ibu Hamil dengan Kurang Energi Kronis (KEK). Metode Penelitian : Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan menggunakan proses pendekatan keperawatan. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x kunjungan pada kedua responden, defisit nutrisi teratasi dengan kriteria hasil: porsi makanan yang dihabiskan meningkat, pengetahuan tentang makanan dan minuman yang sehat meningkat, sikap terhadap makanan dan minuman sesuai dengan tujuan kesehatan, nafsu makan membaik, berat badan naik 1 kg.Saran : Ibu hamil dianjurkan untuk mengkonsumsi nutrisi yang cukup kualitas dan kuantitasnya, tablet FE dan vitamin lainnya, serta melakukan antenatal care secara rutin agar kesehatan ibu dan janin tetap terpantau. Pregnant women with mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) < 23.5 cm were declared Chronic Energy Deficiency (Health Office of Central Java, 2015). In Pekalongan city, the prevalence of pregnant women with CED was 14,14% or amounted 898 in 2018. Malnourished pregnant women can affect the health, safety, and quality of her and her babies, even death can occur.Research Goal : Describing Nursing Care of Nutrition Deficit In Pregnant Women with Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Research Method : The author used descriptive methods with case study approaches and used nursing approaches. Result : After three time visits to both respodens, the nutrition deficit was addressed with the criteria for results: the portion of food spent increased, knowledge of healthy foods and beverages increased, attitudes towards food and beverages in accordance with health goals, appetite improved, weight gain 1 kg.Suggestion : Pregnant women are recommended to consume adequate nutrition quality and quantity, FE tablets and other vitamins, as well as conduct antenatal care regularly so that the health of the mother and fetus remains monitored. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, because production costs are one of the calculation tools in decision making, and to explain the determination of the selling price at PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. To find out the cost and selling price of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma, conducted by means of interviews, which were then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that there are several differences between production costs and selling prices at PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma with the author. The selling price of PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma follows the market price of Rp. 20,000 while according to the author's calculations using accounting theory that is equal to Rp. 22,300. PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Kusuma can follow the market price as long as the price is not higher than the cost of production because it will ensure that the company suffers a loss

Suggestion: Companies are more concerned about health insurance and annuities as well as companies providing training - training for employees to hone the abilities and skills and experience needed in order to complete the job properly

This research seeks to make people aware of the environment, because many people do not care about their surroundings. Therefore, the need for studies that discuss the environment such as ecological literature research. This is what makes this research interesting to do. The problem in the study is how ecological literary criticism is in the manuscripts of the drama Pasar Malam for Brojo by Dhianita Kusuma Pertiwi. The theory used is the ecological literary theory by Endraswara (2016), Wiyatmi (2017), Sikana (2005), et al, and other supporting theories. The data source in this study is a collection of manuscripts of Pasar Malam for Brojo by Dhianita Kusuma Pertiwi published by Pelangi Sastra in 2016. The approach used is a qualitative approach, with the type of library research and methods used in content analysis using hermeneutical techniques. Meticulous data are words, phrases, clauses, sentences and paragraphs contained in the manuscripts of the drama Night Market for Brojo by Dhianita Kusuma Pertiwi. The results of the data that have been classified and analyzed are 61 data containing ecological literary concepts, namely (1) Pollution totaling 9 data, (2) Wilderness with 1 data, (3) Disaster with no data, (4) Housing / residence numbering 42 data, (5) Animals totaling 1 data, and (6) Earth totaling 10 data. There are data on two ecological literary concepts in one quotation. However, the implementation of a curriculum still having a lot of trouble, especially on a right-hand techniques such as the achievement of picking techniques apoyando and tirando also left hand techniques such as frame finger, position, (crossing finger) and other fingering techniques. These troubles have caused some problems to the teacher and the student in the teaching-learning process when applying and implementing a curriculum in teaching guitar at Chandra Kusuma School. The application of a technic that curriculum desired by a symbol located on transcription notation. This problem makes a teacher must understand the issues contained in a curriculum to be taught to students in practice learning the instrument. Moreover, the problems of internal and external factors studied, such as: interest, discipline, intellectual, attention, confidence, fatique, talent and other things of the external factors: facilities, assessment, curriculum, methods, materials, environment, parents and the another highly inhibit and slow the learning guitar process at Chandra Kusuma School.
So in this case the author conducted a study, by examining teachers and students in the teaching-learning process is carried out in Chandra Kusuma School, as well as analyzing the three (3) songs of the guide books are taken through the ABRSM curriculum and offering learning solutions to provide the particular training in order to be able to play a song from technical difficulties of song books ABRSM curriculum guide. This is done in order to see the issues limiting factor in addition to techniques such as internal and external problems of learning, then the author look at the solutions provided by the school, the teachers, and the problems can not be solved Chandra Kusuma School, in this case the author will also try to offer a solution.
Through these problems the author uses the theory of behaviorism approach through behavioral changes that build a strong individual with the ability to search for a solution (problem solving) in learning guitar at Chandra Kusuma School. This theory proposed by Gage and Berliner in the book “Educational Psychology” Second Edition, (Chicago Rand Mc. Nally), 1979. In this study the author hope to find, troubleshoot and resolve problems learning at Chandra Kusuma School, either techniques in playing a song or internal and external factors inhibiting the practice of learning the guitar.Pembelajaran praktik instrumen gitar di sekolah Chandra Kusuma memakai buku panduan kurikulum ABRSM. Namun, penerapan sebuah kurikulum masih mengalami banyak kesulitan, terlebih pada sebuah pencapaian teknik tangan kanan seperti teknik petik apoyando dan tirando serta teknik tangan kiri seperti frame jari, posisi, krosing (crossing finger) maupun teknik penjarian lainnya, hal ini mengakibatkan permasalahan dalam proses belajar-mengajar yang dilakukan seorang guru dan murid ketika mengaplikasikan dan menerapkan sebuah kurikulum dalam pembelajaran gitar di sekolah Chandra Kusuma. Penerapan sebuah teknik yang diinginkan kurikulum melalui sebuah simbol terdapat pada transkripsi notasi balok. Permasalahan ini menjadikan seorang guru harus mengerti persoalan yang terdapat pada sebuah kurikulum untuk diajarkan kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran praktik instrumen gitar. Terlebih permasalahan dari faktor internal dan eksternal belajar, seperti: minat, disiplin, intelektual, perhatian, disiplin, percaya diri, kelelahan, bakat dan hal lainnya dari faktor eksternal : sarana, penilaian, kurikulum, metode, materi belajar, lingkungan, orangtua dan hal lainnya yang sangat menghambat dan memperlambat proses pembelajaran gitar di sekolah Chandra Kusuma.
Maka dalam hal ini penulis melakukan sebuah penelitian, dengan meneliti guru dan murid dalam proses belajar-mengajar yang dilakukan di sekolah Chandra Kusuma School, serta menganalisis 3(tiga) buah lagu dari buku panduan yang diambil melalui kurikulum ABRSM serta menawarkan solusi pembelajaran dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan khusus, untuk dapat memainkan sebuah lagu dari kesulitan-kesulitan teknik dari lagu buku panduan kurikulum ABRSM. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat melihat permasalahan faktor penghambat selain teknik seperti permasalahan internal dan eksternal belajar, kemudian penulis melihat solusi yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah, guru, dan permasalahan yang belum dapat dipecahkan sekolah Chandra Kusuma, dalam hal ini penulis juga akan mencoba menawarkan sebuah solusi.
Melalui permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut penulis menggunakan pendekatan teori behaviorisme melalui perubahan tingkah laku yang membangun sebuah kemampuan individu yang kuat dengan mencari solusi (problem solving) dalam pembelajaran gitar di sekolah Chandra Kusuma. Teori ini dicetuskan oleh Gage dan Berliner dalam buku “Educational Psychology” Second Edition, (Chicago Rand Mc. Nally), tahun 1979.
