No full textUčinkovito vzdrževanje voznega parka je ena izmed ključnih sestavin poslovnega procesa uspešnih podjetij. Zraven različnih nepredvidljivih ekonomskih situacij, si uspešno podjetje danes ne more privoščiti, da se delovni proces ustavi zaradi okvare voznega parka, saj so izgube v trenutku lahko enormne.
Vzdrževanje voznega parka se je sicer skozi zgodovino kar precej spremenilo – od odpravljanja napak, ko so se te že zgodile, do mazanja sestavnih delov in do današnje vse večje elektrifikacije ter uporabe računalniških orodij in sistemov za učinkovito vzdrževanje.
Obstajajo različne vrste vzdrževanj, podjetje pa se samo odloči, glede na potrebe ter prednosti in slabosti vsakega, katero vrsto vzdrževanja bo izvajala pri svojem voznem parku. Hkrati je pomembno tudi, da podjetje preuči ali je stroškovno učinkovitejše imeti lasten vozni park ali pa dati to fazo poslovnega procesa v outsourcing.
V diplomski nalogi smo tako preučili teorijo s področja vzdrževanja voznega parka ter na podlagi teoretičnih osnov naredili še analizo voznega parka v poslovnem sistemu Mercator. Glede na ugotovitve smo podali nekatere predloge, za katere pa se bo podjetje samo odločilo ali jih bo v svoji praksi upoštevalo.Effective fleet maintenance is one of the key components of the business process in successful companies. A successful company cannot afford to stop working process due to the failure of fleet maintenance, because of unpredictable economical sistem on the market financial losses can be enormous.
Fleet maintenance is historically quite changed - the errors corrections when they have already happened to the engine lubrication system components and to today\u27s increasing electrification with use of computer tools and systems for efficient maintenance.
Due to various types of maintenance and according to the needs and the advantages or disadvantages the company decided what kind of maintenance will be carried out in its fleet. At the same time it is also very important to consider whether a company is more cost-effective to have our own vehicle fleet or provide this phase of the business process with outsourcing.
In this diploma, we examine a theory from the field of maintenance of vehicle fleet and on the basis of the theoretical information made another analysis of the vehicle fleet in company Mercator. Based on the findings we represented some suggestions to company which will decided it what they will take into account in their practice

No full textDuhovnost misionara naglašava osobni odnos s Bogom kao izvor snage, svetost kroz sakramente i služenje siromašnima. Bitna je inkulturacija evanđelja, tj. prilagodba različitim kulturama, te suradnja s lokalnim crkvama i zajednicama za uspješno poslanje i djelovanje. Sveti Ivan Bosco posvetio je život radu s mladima, posebno onima u potrebi, razvijajući preventivni sustav temeljen na ljubavi i razumijevanju. Osnivanjem salezijanskog reda omogućio je da se njegova misija širi globalno, posebno kroz odgojne, obrazovne i humanitarne ustanove. Don Danko Litrić u Ruandi je primjer kako misionarstvo nadilazi samo širenje vjere, postajući most između kultura i jezika te sredstvo pomirenja i obnove. Tijekom genocida 1994., don Danko je ostao vjeran svom poslanju, ostavljajući trajan utjecaj na misionarsku zajednicu u Ruandi. Misionarski rad obuhvaća vjersku, duhovnu, socijalnu i materijalnu dimenziju, naglašavajući da služenje nije samo širenje vjere, već i cjelovita briga za zajednicu.The spirituality of missionaries emphasizes a personal relationship with God as a source of strength, holiness through the sacraments, and service to the poor. Inculturation of the Gospel, i.e., adapting to different cultures, and cooperation with local churches and communities are essential for successful mission and action. Saint John Bosco dedicated his life to working with young people, especially those in need, developing a preventive system based on love and understanding. By founding the Salesians of Don Bosco, he enabled his mission to spread globally, particularly through educational and humanitarian institutions. Don Danko Litrić in Rwanda is an example of how mission work goes beyond merely spreading faith, becoming a bridge between cultures and languages, and a means of reconciliation and renewal. During the 1994 genocide, Don Danko remained faithful to his mission, leaving a lasting impact on the missionary community in Rwanda. Missionary work encompasses religious, spiritual, social, and material dimensions, emphasizing that service is not only the dissemination of faith but also comprehensive care for the community

No full textDanko Angjelinović je s većinom svoje braće pripadao onom naraštaju hrvatskih pisaca i političara koji su se u Dalmaciji vrlo odlučno suprotstavili Austriji u doba oko Balkanskih ratova. Za razliku od većine tih ljudi koji su se poslije rata orijentirali hrvatski ili su bili Jugoslaveni hrvatskog tipa kao Milan Marjanović, Angjelinović je prionuo uz jugoslavenstvo srpskog tipa i u tom je držanju ustrajao i poslije Drugog svjetskog rata, pa je to mogao biti jedan od razloga zbog kojih on nije proganjan poslije 1945. kao većina sudionika hrvatskog otpora protiv talijanske okupacije koji su poslije 1945. ubijeni, bačeni u tamnicu ili su morali bježati. Angjelinović je bio pisac sa uočljivim odrazima nadrealizma, ali je njegova poezija često rodoljubno-jugoslavenska što je znatno umanjilo njezinu vrijednost. On je književno preživio Drugi svjetski rat zahvaljujući prije svega Živku Jeličiću čija je riječ s okusom službenosti dala podršku Angjelinoviću.</jats:p
