Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fenomena kontemporer yang dengan mudahnya baik individu maupun kelompok mengkafirkan yang lain. Justifikasi kekafiran tersebut akan berdampak serius bagi tervonis. Dalam rangka mengkaji secara mendalam tema tersebut, telaah perspektif ulama' moderat yakni Quraish Shihab dalam tafsirnya Tafsir al-Mishbah. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah (1) Apa makna kufr dalam al-Qur’an ? (2) Bagaimana penafsiran Quraish Shihab terhadap ayat kufr dalam al-Qur'an? (3) Bagaimana kontekstualisasi penafsiran Quraish Shihab atas ayat kufr ?. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah memaparkan makna kufr dalam al-Qur'an, penafsiran Quraish Shihab terhadap ayat kufr, dan kontekstualisasi penafsiran Quraish Shihab atas ayat-ayat kufr.
Metode penelitian ini kepustakaan digunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menelaah referensi dari karya-karya Quraish Shihab yang berkaitan dengan tema kufr. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi yakni dengan menganalisa penafsiran-penafsiran Quraish Shihab atas ayat kufr.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)makna kufr dalam al-Qur'an bisa disimpulkan menjadi dua golongan yakni makna kufr dalam akidah dan makna kufr dalam amal perbuatan. (2) Quraish Shihab dalam penafsirannya menyebutkan lima makna kufr. Pertama, kufr ingkar yakni mengingkari atau tidak mengakui wujud Allah. Kedua, kufr juhud yang bearti menolak kebenaran Tuhan. Ketiga, kufr nikmat yakni tidak mensyukuri karunia Allah. Keempat, kufr karena meninggalkan atau tidak mengerjakan tuntunan agama kendati tetap percaya. Kelima, kufr bara'ah yang berarti tidak merestui dan berlepas diri dari tanggung jawab. (3) Mengenai kontekstualisasi penafsiran Quraish Shihab atas ayat kufr yakni menjauhi sifat orang kafir, memanfaatkan sumberdaya alam, dan kebebasan menganut kepercayaan.

No full textAbstractThis research aims at describing the characters in the novel Cinta 3 Benua by Faris BQ and Astrid Tito, describe how the author describes the character to the character, and to know the implementation of the character in the learning process of Bahasa Indonesia at senior high school / MA. The research method used descriptive method with a qualitative form of research. The approach used structural approach. The source of this research data is the novel Cinta 3 Benua by Faris BQ and Astrid Tito. The techniques and data collection tools used in this research are the study of documenters and researchers themselves. Data validity testing techniques used persistence of observation, triangulation, and adequacy of references. The results of this research on character characters contained in the novel Cinta 3 Benua by Faris BQ and Astrid Tito on data analysis are done by looking at the characters owned by the main characters and auxiliary characters who play an active role in the novel, as well as the way the author describes the character to the character analytically or directly through the technique of using the character's name, character appearance technique, and the author's speech technique. Dramatically or indirectly, namely through the taknik of the character, the technique of the character's deeds, the technique of the reaction of the character, and the rekasi technique of other characters. The implementation of the characters contained in the novel for Indonesian language learning is seen from aspects of curriculum, learning objectives, selection of teaching materials, and level of readability worthy of being used as learning materials for ninth grade students of Senior High School / MA.Keyword: Character, Novel, The character

This is in the context of the author’s experience in the Northern Ireland Law Commission. The paper assesses the importance of independence in any law reform body and the particular impact which law commissioners may bring to the law reform process. The paper looks at the history of law reform in Northern Ireland leading to the establishment of the Commission with a brief overview of the work of the Commission. The conclusion is that there is a role for effective law reform driven by commissioner led independent law commissions. The author makes a strong case for the need for independent law commissions to promote high quality law reform. His article gives an idea about how law reform works in practice with law commissions providing one route for reforming the law

The Actualization of cultural elements in novel Guru Onyeh by Salman Faris

One of the local novels that succeeded in attracting sympathy through the local cultural picture is Salman Faris's novel, Guru Onyeh. Salman Faris is a writer born in Lombok. Salman Faris explores the reality that exists in life of the surrounding community into a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Guru Onyeh. The culture of society explored in this novel is the cultural elements of Sasak people who inhabit the island of Lombok. This novel also discovers the culture of the Sasak community in the reality of life. In order to uncover the actualization of cultural elements in the Sasak society, the novel Guru Onyeh will be studied based on the theory of literary anthropology. This discover the cultural elements contained in the novel and how the actualization of those cultural elements in the novel of Guru Onyeh in the Sasak community is. This study reveals that there are seven elements of culture in the novel Guru Onyeh namely: human life equipment, livelihood, societal system, language, art, knowledge and religion. Each element of the culture still exists in Sasak society.</jats:p

No full textThis research aims to (1) describe the congruence between the intrinsic elements of the short story “mengapa orang gila membunuh ustaz?†by Faris Alfaisal, and (2) to describe the moral value in the short story. This research was analyzed using qualitative method with descriptive approach. The short story “mengapa orang gila membunuh ustaz?†Faris Alfaisal work was researched through data collection steps; (1) reading the short story “mengapa orang gila membunuh ustaz?†intensively, (2) analyzing the intrinsic link between short stories and describing it, then (3) analyzing the moral elements that the author wishes to convey to the short story and describing it. After going through the process of research structural analysis and moral values, can be seen Faris Alfaisal combine the interinsic elements of the short story well, so that the moral massage contained in the short story can be up to the reader of them: wise in understanding every news, no intimidation against any religious leaders, and strengthen ukhuwah/ unity in the community

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh
kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna, (2) pengaruh kualitas informasi
terhadap kepuasan pengguna, (3) pengaruh kepuasan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan
pengguna, pengaruh secara simultan antara kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan
kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini berjumlah 116
responden yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi android “KAI Access” PT. Kereta
Api Indonesia (Persero) di Kota Malang. Metode pengumpulan data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan
analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kualitas sistem
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. (2) variabel kualitas
informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. (3) variabel
kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. (4)
variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.
Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bagi pihak PT. Kereta Api Indonesia
(Persero) untuk (1) mengantisipasi banyaknya pengguna aplikasi KAI Access yang
mengakses secara bersamaan yang akan berpotensi membuat aplikasi akan berjalan
lambat. (2) menambahkan pengumuman seputar kereta api di halaman depan atau
home page aplikasi seperti, informasi promosi, event, perubahan harga, dan siaran
pers terbaru tentang PT. KAI agar membuat pengguna aplikasi lebih mudah
mengetahui informasi-informasi yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. KAI seputar promosi,
event, perubahan harga dan lain-lain. (3) menyediakan sumber daya manusia yang
ditempatkan di bagian customer service online dan menambahkan fitur chat pada
aplikasi KAI Access agar penanganan keluhan pelanggan dapat maksimal
