PANDANGAN TOKOH AGAMA TENTANG HIBAH SEBAGAI PENGGANTI WARIS DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM (Studi di Pekon Way Manak Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus)

tentang pemindahan hak pemilikan harta peninggalan pewaris, ketika
terjadi pristiwa kematian yang terjadi pada seorang anggota keluarga
misalnya ayah, ibu atau anak. Ketentuan mengenai kewarisan dalam
al-Qur‟an dijelaskan dengan sangat rinci dan mendetail. Dalam Islam
hukum waris adalah suatu hal yang harus dipatuhi sebagai
penyelesaian atas harta yang telah ditinggalkan oleh orang yang telah
meninggal dunia. Namun seiring berkembangnya zaman yang juga
berpengaruh terhadap perubahan masyarakat secara individu maupun
budaya yang ada pada masyarakat, terdapat sejumlah masyarakat yang
meembagi warisan yang berbeda dengan konsep awal hukum waris
Islam, secara umum dalam hukum waris Islam harta warisan dapat
dibagikan kepada ahli warisnya apabila pewaris telah meninggal
dunia. Namun, terdapat praktik di masyarakat yang justru
membagikan harta waris sebelum pewaris meninggal dunia yaitu
dengan memberi hibah sebagai gantinya. Hal ini terjadi pada
masyarakat Pekon Way Manak Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten
Tanggamus rata-rata dari masyarakatnya membagikan harta kepada
anak-anaknya ketika masih hidup dengan memberi hibah yang
dimaknai sebagai pembagian waris.
Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan
penelitian yang difokuskan pada 2 (dua) rumusan masalah. Pertama,
Faktor apa yang melatarbelakangi dilakukannya hibah sebagai
pengganti waris dalam pembagian harta waris di Pekon Way Manak
Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus, kedua, Bagaimana
menurut hukum islam atas pandangan tokoh agama Pekon Way
Manak Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten Tanggamus atas hibah sebagai
pengganti waris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dalam
bentuk penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif
kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan
dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian penulis menganalisis
menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitataif dengan metode berfikir
deduktif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa
diberikannya hibah sebagai pengganti waris dalam pembagian harta
warisan di Pekon Way Manak Kecamatan Pugung Kabupaten
Tanggamus dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu:
faktor ekonomi anak dimana setelah menikah mereka belum mampu
memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya dan keluarganya, kemudian adanya
faktor kecemasan orang tua apabila harta yang ditinggalkanya akan

menjadi rebutan yang dapat memicu terjadinya perpecahan dalam
keluarga, serta kurangnya pendidikan dan pemahaman masyarakat
terhadap hukum waris. Menurut pandangan tokoh agama diberikanya
hibah sebagai pengganti waris dalam pembagian harta warisan bukan
mutlak sebagai pengganti waris melainkan hibah adalah metode atau
alternatif dalam membagikan harta yang dapat menolak kemadhorotan
dan menarik kemaslahatan. Sehingga hibah sebagai pengganti waris
dalam pembagian harta waris menurut para tokoh agama setempat
diperbolehkan.

Analisis Pengolahan Data Morbiditas Guna Menunjang Mutu Pelaporan Rawat Inap di Unit Rekam Medis RS Hermina Arcamanik
The quality of morbidity reports in hospitals is strongly influenced by the accuracy and completeness of data recorded in the medical record system. In the digital era, the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is expected to improve both efficiency and accuracy in reporting. However, in practice, various challenges remain, particularly to due to incomplete data entry by medical staff. This study aimed to analyze the inpatient morbidity data processing at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital and to evaluate the impact of incomplete diagnosis entries on the quality of reporting. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys with medical record officers. The results showed that although the HINAI WEB system had been implemented, inconsistencies in diagnosis entry by physicians led to inaccurate morbidity data. Chronic diseases were dominant in outpatient services, while acute infections were more common in inpatient cases. Caesarean section was the most frequently performed inpatient medical procedure. Utilization of beeswax trigona sp. as a biosolar addition to increase supply of raw biodiesel friendly in the future / Vita Lutfiah ... [et al.]
The growth of the world's population is increasing every year, it is comparable to the use of motor vehicles is increasing as well. Thus, causing energy needs derived from petroleum for each sector increases.But this is not offset by the quantity of fossil fuels continues to decline. Improved fuel consumption and lower oil production greatly affect the world economy, this is evidenced by the increase in fuel prices that occurred during the last 10 years, which was followed by rising prices of basic foodstuffs variety. The solution has been implemented in response to the problem of fuel oil (BBM) that is by making the substitution of fuel oil (BBM) and Biofuel (BBN) as an alternative fuel, one example Biofuel (BBN), which is biodiesel. Biodiesel is an alternative fuel that is derived diesel vegetable and animal oils. Biodiesel has a lower emission levels compared with fuels derived from petroleum, even with the addition of 1% biodiesel in conventional diesel oil (diesel) can improve the lubrication of almost 30%. Biodiesel currently in development that biodiesel made from palm oil which is a product of palm oil. But this raises a new problem in the form of diversion forests into oil palm plantations and palm oil are still not cover the needs of the community will be biodiesel. One example of potential raw material for biodiesel that is beeswax Trigona Sp. Beeswax Trigona Sp. a product of the honey bee which is a constituent component of the honeycomb Trigona Sp and biodiesel derived from wax Trigona Sp. far more than other types of beeswax, and does not need large area in its development. thus, quite effective and efficient if it is used as a raw material for biodiesel. Based on this background, the author creates opportunities Trigona Sp use of beeswax as a biodiesel additive to provide an alternative to the production of biodiesel in the world. With the results the percentage of bees Trigona Sp. beeswax produce more than others which is about 44.74%. This suggests that the potential of beeswax can be used as an alternative raw material for biodiesel
Manajemen Pelayanan Pajak Di KPP Pratama Jakarta Matraman
The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of tax services at KPP Pratama Jakarta Matraman, the obstacles that arise in the management of tax services at the Primary Tax Office of Matra-man, Jakarta, and the efforts made by the Primary Tax Office of Matraman, Jakarta in overcoming these obstacles. In this study, the author analyzed the data using a qualitative descriptive method based on a case study, where the author conducted in-depth inter-views with informants and collected as much data as possible for re-view. The results of this study indicate that the management of tax services carried out by the Primary Tax Office of Matraman, Jakarta is good in terms of organization but not optimal in terms of planning due to new policy constraints that require taxpayers to reduce inter-actions with tax office employees due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The author suggests that the Primary Tax Office of Matraman, Jakarta pay attention to the performance of its employees, especially in tax services to the community, one of which is by controlling every achievement of the performance of its employees who work in the office or from home in order to realize optimal service to the commu-nity
Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Tn."S" Dengan Gangguan Sistem Kardiovaskular : Hipertensi Di Paviliun Antonius Kamar 1.4 Charitas Hospital KM 7 Palembang
Hypertension is a condition in which there is an abnormal and continuous increase in blood pressure on several blood pressure checks caused by several risk factors that do not work properly in maintaining normal blood pressure.
The general purpose of this scientific paper is so that the author is able to know the theoretical concepts and apply and implement nursing care to the patient Mr. "S" with disorders of the cardiovascular system: Hypertension. Specific objectives include: the nurse is able to understand basic theoretical medical concepts, conduct assessments, decide nursing diagnoses, compile nursing plans, take nursing actions and evaluate nursing care that has been done. Writing Scientific Writing uses the Case Study method: Interview, Physical Examination, Observation for 3 days. After direct nursing care, three diagnoses were found, namely: decreased cardiac output associated with changes in heart rhythm, acute pain associated with physiological injury agents: increased blood pressure, nausea associated with biochemical disorders: increased uremia. The conclusion that can be drawn from this scientific paper is that on diagnosis 1: Decreased cardiac output is associated with changes in heart rhythm, problems are resolved. Diagnosis 2: Acute pain associated with physiological injury agents. Blood pressure Increased problem resolved, interventions discontinued the patient to go home. Diagnosis 3: Nausea associated with biochemical disturbances: Increased uremia problem resolved, interventions discontinue the patient going home. Suggestion After being given knowledge about hypertension, it is hoped that the patient will be able to adopt a healthy lifestyle and take medication regularly
IMPLEMENTASI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X DI SMA NEGERI 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG TA 2022/2023
ABSTRAK
Problematika yang sering terjadi pada peserta didik yaitu rendahnya
motivasi belajar, yang menjadi faktor penyebab utama kegagalan peserta didik
dalam mencapai prestasi yang baik. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan jika motivasi
belajar peserta didik rendah, peserta didik akan sulit untuk menguasai pelajaran
yang diberikan oleh guru. Maka peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
gambaran, pelaksanaan, hasil dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam
pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok yang diterapkan pada peserta didik
kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar.
Motivasi belajar adalah kekuatan yang menggerakkan seseorang untuk
berperilaku dan berfikir yang menimbulkan kegiatan belajar serta memberikan
arahan kepada kegiatan belajar sehigga mencapai tujuan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif
maka penelitian yang penulis gagaskan hanya ditujukan untuk menggambarkan
atau melaporkan kenyataan-kenyataan yang berfokus pada layanan bimbingan
kelompok oleh guru BK dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas
X di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan
Teknik pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang
bersumber dari guru BK. Untuk memeriksa keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan
triangulasi data.
Hasil Implementasi Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dan Faktor pendukung
dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan kelompok dalam
meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar
Lampung hasil dari pemberian layanan juga sangat baik yang ditunjukan dengan
semangat peserta didik dan keinginan peserta didik untuk memiliki motivasi yang
tinggi dalam belajar. untuk faktor pendukung dari pihak sekolah dan kerja sama
peserta didik dan guru BK juga sedangkan hambatan yang dialami yakni
terkadang ada peserta didik yang masih tertutup dalam mengungkapkan apa yang
ia rasakan dan pikirkan, namun sejauh ini hambatan ini bisa di selesaikan dengan
baik.

ABSTRACT
The problem that often occurs in students is the low motivation to learn,
which is the main factor causing the failure of students to achieve good
performance. This becomes a problem if students' learning motivation is low,
students will find it difficult to master the lessons given by the teacher. So this
researcher aims to find out the description, implementation, results and supporting
and inhibiting factors in the implementation of group guidance services that are
applied to class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung in increasing
learning motivation. Motivation to learn is the force that moves a person to
behave and think which gives rise to learning activities and provides direction to
learning activities so as to achieve goals.
This study uses a qualitative method, a descriptive research type, so the
research that the author suggests is only intended to describe or report facts that
focus on group guidance services by counseling teachers in increasing the learning
motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Data collected
using data collection techniques from observation, interviews, and documentation
sourced from the counseling teacher. To check the validity of the data researchers
used data triangulation.
Results of Implementation of Group Guidance Services and Supporting
and Inhibiting Factors in the implementation of guidance and group services in
increasing the learning motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar
Lampung the results of providing services are also very good which is indicated
by the enthusiasm of students and the desire of students to have motivation high in
learning. for the supporting factors from the school and the cooperation of
students and guidance counselors as well while the obstacles experienced are that
sometimes there are students who are still closed in expressing what they feel and
think, but so far these obstacles can be resolved properly.

PERAN KEPALA MADRASAH SEBAGAI SUPERVISOR DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU DI MIN 3 BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Peran kepala madrasah sebagai supervisor menjadi penentu
kualitas dari seorang guru untuk menstimulasi, mengkoordinasi, dan
membimbing secara berkelanjutan. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan
potensi yang guru miliki di Madrasah baik secara individual maupun
secara kelompok sangat berperan penting dalam mewujudkan seluruh
fungsi pengajaran serta mampu mengembangkan proses pendidikan
yang lebih baik. Kepala Madrasah MIN 3 Bandar Lampung dituntut
untuk memahami peran sebagai seorang supervisor dalam
meningkatkan profesionalisme guru untuk membina dan memperbaiki
proses belajar mengajar guru. Dilihat dari peran kepala madrasah
sebagai supervisor, masih terdapat peran kepala madrasah yang belum
optimal yaitu pada bagian kunjungan kelas yang masih perlu di
tingkatkan lagi, kemudian terdapat cara mengajar guru yang belum
efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kepala
Madrasah Sebagai Supervisor dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme
Guru di MIN 3 Bandar Lampung.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif
dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yakni sumber data yang
dikumpulkan langsung dari informan yaitu kepala madrasah, waka
kurikulum dan guru yang menjadi objek penelitian. Sumber data
sekunder yakni sumber data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung
seperti, catatan, laporan dan arsip. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari,
reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data
yaitu, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis tentang peran kepala
madrasah sebagai supervisor dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme
guru di MIN 3 Bandar Lampung yaitu Kepala Madrasah mampu
melaksanakan perannya sebagai supervisor. Kepala madrasah
mengimplementasikan perannya kepada tenaga pendidik dengan
melakukan kunjungan kelas untuk peningkatan efektivitas
pembelajaran, observasi bagi guru yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui
hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam proses belajar mengajar,
menentukan metode dan teknik belajar mengajar dengan mengadakan
rapat dan bimbingan, mempertinggi mutu dan pengetahuan guru
dengan melakukan pelatihan, evaluasi, KKGM (kelompok kerja guru
madrasah) bagi guru.

ABSTRACT
The role of the madrasa head as a supervisor determines the
quality of a teacher to stimulate, coordinate and guide on an ongoing
basis. The growth and development of the potential that teachers have
in Madrasah, both individually and as a group, plays an important
role in realizing all teaching functions and being able to develop a
better educational process. The head of Madrasah MIN 3 Bandar
Lampung is required to understand the role of a supervisor in
increasing teacher professionalism to foster and improve the teacher's
teaching and learning process. Judging from the role of the madrasa
head as supervisor, there is still a role of the madrasa head that is not
optimal, namely in the class visit section which still needs to be
improved, then there are teachers' teaching methods that are not yet
effective. The aim of this research is to describe the role of the
Madrasah Head as Supervisor in Increasing Teacher Professionalism
at MIN 3 Bandar Lampung.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative with field
research type. The data source in this research uses primary data,
namely data sources collected directly from informants, namely the
head of the madrasah, the head of the curriculum and the teacher who
is the object of research. Secondary data sources are data sources
obtained indirectly, such as notes, reports and archives. Data analysis
techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions.
Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and
documentation.
The results of research conducted by the author regarding the
role of the madrasah head as a supervisor in increasing teacher
professionalism at MIN 3 Bandar Lampung are that the Madrasah
Head is able to carry out his role as a supervisor. The madrasa head
implements his role with teaching staff by conducting class visits to
increase the effectiveness of learning, conducting observations for
teachers to find out the obstacles faced by teachers in the teaching
and learning process, determining teaching and learning methods and
techniques by holding meetings and guidance, increasing the quality
and knowledge of teachers by conducting training, evaluation, KKGM
(madrasah teacher working group) for teachers.

Analisis Pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Usability terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada Aplikasi MyPertamina
Aplikasi MyPertamina merupakan layanan keuangan digital untuk mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pembayaran Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) secara non-tunai. Aplikasi ini juga digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk menjawab kebijakan Presiden No. 191 tahun 2014 dan Surat Keputusan (SK) BPH Migas No. 4 tahun 2020 terkait penyaluran, ketentuan konsumen yang dapat menerima BBM bersubsidi serta kuota BBM yang bisa didapatkan. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara aplikasi ini masih belum berjalan sesuai dengan harapan pengguna, berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Usability Terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada Aplikasi Mypertamina dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan jumlah responden 143 dan mengalami pengurangan menjadi 137 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa E-Service Quality, Usability, dan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang disarankan berupa meningkatkan kepekaan perusahaan terhadap potensi dampak buruk dari fitur desain aplikasi yang canggih terhadap system availability, meningkatkan data security, meningkatkan standar call center, dan meningkatkan variasi rewards.

MyPertamina application is a digital financial service that facilitates customers in making non-cash payments for fuel. This application is also used by the government to respond to Presidential Decree No. 191 of 2014 and Decree of the BPH Migas No. 4 of 2020 related to the distribution, consumer eligibility for subsidized fuel, and the quota of subsidized fuel that can be obtained. However, based on observations and interviews, it is found that this application still does not meet users' expectations. Based on these issues, the author conducted a study on the influence of E-Service Quality and Usability on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction in the MyPertamina application using the PLS-SEM method. The expected outcome of this research is that the MyPertamina application can receive improvement recommendations and increase its users' satisfaction. Based on the results of research with 143 respondents and reduced to 137 respondents, the results show that E-Service Quality, Usability, and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Improvement recommendations are suggested in the form of increasing the Company’s sensitivity to the potential adverse effects of sophisticated application design features on system availability, increasing data security, improving call center standards, and increasing the variety of rewards
PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN LITERASI KESEHATAN TERHADAP PERILAKU PENCARIAN INFORMASI TENTANG COVID-19 PADA MAHASISWA UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA
The objective of this research are to : (1) determine the level of health literacy skills
among UIN Sunan Kalijaga Students; (2) determine the informaion searching
behaviour about COVID-19 among UIN Sunan Kalijaga students; and (3)
determine the influence of health literacy skills on information seeking behaviour
about COVID-19 in UIN Sunan Kalijaga students. The quantitatif and assosiative
descriptive methodologies are used in this research. The participants in this
research were UIN Sunan Kalijaga class 2018 students. The variable in this
research were health literacy skills (X) and COVID-19 information seeking
behaviour (Y). The population in this research consisted of 3.610 students from UIN
Sunan Kalijaga’s 2018 class. A total of 360 people were sampled using a
proportionate stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire with four
possible answers was used to collect daya. Product moment correlation is used to
assess validity, and cronbach alpha is used to test reliability. Desvriptive statistics
and basic linear regression were utilized in the data analysis. The IBM SPSS
Statistics 26 tool was used to process the data. The result revealed that UIN Sunan
Kalijaga student’s health literacy skills were categorized as good, as shown by the
grand mean value of the health literacy variable of 3,22. The students of UIN Sunan
Kalijaga have good information seeking behaviour about COVID-19, with grand
mean value of 3,11 for the variable for information seeking behaviour on COVID-
19 by 31,2 %, according to a simple linear regression analysis. The information
seeking behaviour variable about COVID-19 has regression coefficient of 0,536,
which means that if the health literacy skills variable increase by 1%, there will be
a 0,536 rise in information seeking behaviour about COVID-19. Based on the
hypotesis test, it is clear that the factors of health literacy skills have a substansial
impact on information seeking behaviour. Student should strengthen their abilities
in creating health information, according to the author
Freezing Of Single Woman's Egg Cells According To Sadd Al-Dzari'ah Analysis
Egg freezing is a form of artificial insemination method legally permitted in emergencies. Still, the current phenomenon is that many women use it to postpone marriage and postpone having children at a young age with the desire to have children in their old age. Therefore, the author is interested in studying and discussing egg freezing with sadd dzari'ah analysis. This discussion aims to discover how egg freezing is carried out in women and how to analyze sadd dzaro'i in women who use the egg-freezing method. This research uses normative research that examines document studies using secondary data from legislation and legal theory. This normative research uses qualitative analysis from books, journals, and relevant articles to collect data using literature study techniques to find research results based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. As a result of this research, the author examines that egg freezing is permitted with syar'i conditions. However, what happens when it is used is non-shar'i washilah, so the impact on the mafsadah is greater than the benefit. Thus, the author concludes that it is better to abandon egg freezing to prevent greater harm, such as mixing egg cells. So, preventing something is better than bringing about forgiveness
