Network marketing yang menggunakan jasa pendistribusian barangnya melalui jaringan anggotanya yang dilakukan dengan merekrut dan mensponsori anggota lainnya dan begitu selajutnya untuk melanjutkan lewat satu atau beberapa tingkat pemasukan. Salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan sistem mlm adalah PT. Tiensi yang telah berbasis syariah dan didasarkan pada Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/VII/2009. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti akan memaparkan sistem praktis mlm pada PT. Tiensi dalam pandangan hukum Islam.
Penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan yang mana data yang diperoleh sesuai dengan keadaan asli di lapangan. Data primer di dapat melalui wawancara dengan stokis tiensi, dan pemuka agama setempat. Kemudian data sekunder diambil dari dokumen, jurnal, buku, majalah, web site yang berkaitan dengan yang diteliti. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan penelitian normatif sosiologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai penerapan hukum Islam dalam Praktek mlm syariah PT. Tiensi.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem mlm PT. Tiensi dari segi produk, perekrutan member, penjualan produk, dan jenjang karir sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/VII/2009, terdapat praktik multi akad yang mana sistem iwadnya tidak sesuai, dan skema piramida, serta exercise mark up atau ghabn fahisy yang mana hal ini tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam yang berlaku.
ABSTRACT
Network marketing uses the distribution of goods through a network of members which is done by recruiting and sponsoring other members and so on to continue through one or several income levels. One company that uses the MLM system is PT. Tiens which has been based on sharia and is based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 75/VII/2009. In this study, researchers will describe a practical MLM system at PT. Tiens in the view of Islamic law.
The author of this study used field research where the data obtained were in accordance with the original situation in the field. Primary data was obtained through interviews with stockists, and local religious leaders. Then secondary data is taken from documents, journals, books, magazines, web sites related to the research. The analysis was carried out by using a sociological normative research approach. This study aims to determine the application of Islamic law in the practice of sharia MLM PT. Tiens.
This research shows the MLM system of PT. Tiens in terms of products, member recruitment, product sales, and career paths in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 75/VII/2009, there are multi-contract practices in which the iwad system is not appropriate, and pyramid schemes, as well as exercise mark-ups or ghabn fahisy which are not in accordance with applicable Islamic law.

violence is provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and provide protection in the form
of counseling to strengthen and provide security for victims, providing information on the rights
of victims to obtain protection, as well as delivering coordination with institutions and agencies –
agencies. If the victim’s lack of support from fmily and gets a serious threat then the victim will
be placed in shelter cooperation between the private parties and government. With a good
relationship good in will lead to better protection again. So that later is expected that domestic
violence will not happen again in a household

No full textUniversitas Telkom memiliki Direktorat Sistem Informasi (DITSISFO) yang bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan layanan sistem infomasi untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh sivitas Univeritas Telkom. Banyaknya layanan sistem informasi yang dimiliki Ditsisfo menyebabkan seringnya dilakukan perubahan dan pengembangan terhadap layanan sistem informasi guna mengikuti perkembangan dan kebutuhan sivitas Universitas Telkom. Perubahan yang dilakukan dapat berupa perubahan berskala besar maupun kecil sehingga hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya melakukan pengolahan dan pelacakan perubahan atau pengembangan yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah aplikasi pengolahan konfigurasi database aplikasi guna memfasilitas pegawai Ditsisfo dalam melakukan pengolahan konfigurasi item dan pelacakan perubahan yang terjadi pada konfigurasi item dan relasi konfigurasi item.
Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP dan framework CodeIgniter dalam pembangunan logika aplikasi serta menggunakan Boostrap dan javaScript untuk membangun tampilan aplikasi dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai penyimpanan database aplikasi. Aplikasi ini menggunakan tata cara penyimpanan data CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

So the statement that Tiktok started as an application that only contained useless video content has now turned into an application that contains spiritual and Islamic educational content which has a positive impact and response for its users, one of which is da'wah to compete with content that is deviant or not. useful for Muslims as a method of delivering da'wah that is relevant in the current technological era. For this research, the author used qualitative research methods, where this qualitative research is descriptive and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning are more emphasized in qualitative research. The next method that the author uses in writing this article is a literature review, which has two stages in writing, the first is the selection stage or choosing articles, the second is the stage of analyzing the content of the article in detail. Based on the research above, the author concludes that in preaching it is necessary to keep up with the times so that the process of inviting, calling and educating or conveying goodness by including elements of da'wah in it can be well received, especially using an application that is already widely used in various circles, namely TikTok. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Harga Saham pada PT.Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode 2010-2019. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi laporan keuangan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, dan diambil sample sebanyak 10 tahun 2010-2019. Hasil dari analisis regresi linear berganda ditemukan persamaan Y = -16113,474 + 42,496 X1 + 78,229 X2. Hasil Uji t (parsial) Earning Per Share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, dengan thitung 4,036>ttabel 2,364 serta nilai signifikansi 0,0050,05. Hasil uji F (simultan) Earning Per Share dan Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, dengan Fhitung 15,697 > Ftabel 4.74 dengan signifikansi 0.005. The pattern of psychological disorders in the form of depression experienced by the main character Amanda is relevant to Aaron T. Beck's depressive cognition theory. The research method uses qualitative methods. The purpose of this research is to describe the patterns of depressive psychological disorders and the causes of depressive psychological disorders as the main character Amanda in Novel A For Amanda by Annisa Ihsani. This study uses Aaron T. Beck's Depression Cognition Theory. The research results found in the main character Amanda there are 3 patterns of cognitive distortions of depression, namely: 1. Negative views about oneself, namely seeing oneself as worthless, full of shortcomings, and lacking the skills needed to achieve happiness, 2. Negative views about environment, namely viewing the environment as forcing excessive demands and putting great pressure on himself also feeling the environment around him does not want him, and 3. Negative views about the future, namely viewing the future without hope and believing that oneself has no power to change hard things get better. Parenting Reflected In The Annisa Novel By John Michalsons (2015): A Psychoanalytic Approach
No full textThe research is about the story of a girl named Annisa who is the main character in the novel written by John Michaelson. The purpose of this research was to know how psychic condition is the protagonist of this story in the face of the fact that her father made the decision to have a second wife or often called with polygamy, how the main character receives her family's condition was being praised from God, and the reason why the author open issues regarding polygamy which until recently still a very taboo issues to talk about in General. This research was qualitative in nature. The main data in the study is novel Annisa (2015), a brief history of John Michaelson. Secondary data from the research is the ingredients as well as selected references related to study. There are a few conclusions from this research. Polygamy remains the thing that is less acceptable in the perspective of the Islamic community in General, especially in Indonesia where this story takes the location of the settings there. Many of the consequences for someone who is experiencing the problem of polygamy or even for the culprit itself, the views of the community to the person who do polygamy will be so bad as if he just keep his sheer. While for the child in this story, he did not receive at all with what her father did and consider it extremely unreasonable for men in the age of now. The author is trying to convey that the impact of polygamy is not only on the offender but to someone who is near him, because polygamy is still a taboo and law there is no clarity in the community

The purpose of this study is to reveal a form of gender injustice against women, revealing women's struggles and explaining the educational value that can be taken in this story. The author uses the theory of feminism to find gender inequalities that occur in the story and structural theory to examine the educational value contained in this story.

Motor Vehicle Tax is a tax on ownership and/or control of motorized vehicles. In the implementation of the collection is done at Samsat. The level of effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax on online payments. The analytical technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of paying motor vehicle taxes through E-Samsat has changed from year to year. From 2019 to 2020, it decreased by 7%, and 2021 experienced an increase of 17%. The obstacles that must be considered when making motor vehicle tax payments online are by increasing taxpayer awareness to pay taxes and conducting socialization to the public to make tax payments. And the level of effectiveness of online motor vehicle tax receipts at the Pelabuhan Ratu Samsat is in the effective category

Lyric is a poem in the form of a song, a literary work that contains the outpouring of feelings of the author or mind. The two original soundtracks of anime Hibike! Euphonium, namely DREAM SOLISTER and TUTTI, are played using musical instruments dominated by wind instruments (brass band) and both of their lyrics are filled with enthusiasm feeling.
The purposes of this research are to find the symbols and the social values which are contained in the song DREAM SOLISTER and TUTTI, the original soundtracks of anime Hibike! Euphonium.
The results of this research are: finding on three kind of symbols; blank symbol, private symbol, natural symbol, and also found two kind of social values; dominant social value and internalized social value. Both DREAM SOLISTER and TUTTI have ‘struggle’ in their music and themes. The two songs are containing 16 blank symbols, 7 private symbols, and 3 natural symbols. Moreover, there are 4 dominant social values and 15 internalized social values.
