No full textBu tezimizde, çalışmanın konusunu birçok ilimde olduğu gibi nahivde derin maharete sahip bir âlim olan ve bölgemizde yetişmiş önemli şahsiyetlerden biri olup kadim eserleri el yazma olarak kaleme almada mahirdir. Bu çalışma aynı zamanda, müellif, müderris ve molla olan Ahmet Hilmi Koğî'nin adlı nahiv ilmiyle alakalı telif ettiği "er-Resâilu'l-hams" eseri tahkik ve tahlil edilmiştir. Üç bölümden oluşan tezimizde gayemiz, "er-Resâilu'l-hams" ile ilgili eseri ilim dünyasına tanıtmak ve buna benzer çalışmalara bir katkıda bulunmaktır. "er-Resâilu'lhams" adlı eserimiz giriş ve üç bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın gayesi, önemi, yöntemi ve kaynakları ele alınacaktır. Birinci bölümde Ahmet Hilmi Koğî'nin hayatı, eserleri, edebi şahsiyeti ve tez konumuzu oluşturan "erResâilu'l-hams" adlı eser hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde de eserin tahkikli metni ve sonuç, kaynakça, görüşmeler ve ekler bulunmaktadır.In this thesis, the subject of the study, as in many other sciences, is a scholar who has a profound skill in the nahiv and is one of the important figures who grew up in our region and is skilled in writing ancient works as manuscripts. At the same time, this work has been analyzed and analyzed by Ahmet Hilmi Koghî, an author, professor and mullah, "er-Rasâilu'l-hams" which is related to the science of nahiv. Our aim in our thesis, which consists of three parts, is to introduce the work on "er-Rasâilu'l-hams" to the world of science and to contribute to similar studies. Our work named "er-Rasâilu'l-hams" consists of introduction and three parts. In the introduction part, the purpose, importance, method and sources of the research will be discussed. In the first part, information is given about Ahmet Hilmi Koghî's life, works, literary personality and the work named "er-Resâilu'l-hams" which constitutes our thesis subject. In the second part, the analysis and criticism of the work has been done. In the third part, there is the verified text of the work and the conclusion, bibliography, interviews and appendices

This study aims to describe the moral values associated with social messages and expose the moral values associated with the religious message contained in the novel Tasawuf Cinta by M. Hilmi As'ad. The method used in this research is analytic descriptive method. The results of this study indicate the moral values associated with social messages are: (1) social in social life; (2) relations between human beings of religion, and (3) association between the opposite sex. The moral values associated with the religious message are: (1) the relationship of man and God; (2) human nature and conscience; (3) the personal freedom that man possesses; And (4) the dignity and dignity of each individual.

The first article is about legal challenges in management and acquisition of audiovisual materials in the cloud. The author is Elaine Goh from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and published in year 2014. This article is mostly about legal challenges faces in term of management and questions about the control, ownership and custody of audiovisual materials in the cloud. Court cases that relate to the audiovisual materials is from three Commonwealth countries which represent North America, the Pacific and Asia. Furthermore from this article the court cases being analyze and author find useful principle the the archival field could draw to diminish some of those risks. Meanwhile for the second article is about audiovisual materials in UK public libraries in term of economic. There is three author for this article which is Anne Morris and Catherine Ayre from Loughborough University, UK and Amy Jones from Wellington Library, Telford and Wrekin Council in UK and published in year 2006. This second article is based on provision of audiovisual materials in UK public libraries and the economic value. The provision for audiovisual material in UK is quite wide and varied. The income from the public libraries is generated from the loans of audiovisual collection to support the services. A survey is taken from all public libraries in the UK to investigate current and future provision for the material

Bu eserini, el-Câmi'u's-sahîh'in en meşhur şerhleri olan, İbn Hacer el-Askalâni'nin (ö. 852/1449) Fethu'l-bârî ve Aynî'nin (ö. 855/1451) 'Umdetü'l-kârî isimli eserlerinden büyük ölçüde istifade ederek kaleme almıştır. Bu özelliğiyle Osmanlı döneminde yazılan en önemli şerhtir. Müellif bu şerhte çabasını ve gayretini ortaya koymuş; tam bir emanet ve inayetle, rivayet ve dirayet açısından selefin görüşlerini toplayan ve halefin sözlerini kapsayan bir kitap olarak insanlara sunmuştur. Mahmud kendisine bin altın, bir kat iftihar elbisesi ve bir samur kürk hediye etmesi, müellifimize ve eserine verilen önemi göstermesi bakımından da kıymete hâizdir.Necâhu'l-Kârî Li- Sahîhi'l-Buhârî, is the most important written work in the Othoman madrasas on Bukhari's Sahih by one of the 18. century Othoman scholars Abdullah Hilmi Yusufefendizâde while he was working there as a professor. This work had benifited a lot from the known works such as el-Câmi'u's-sahîh which is the most famous commentaries for İbn Hajjar el-Askalâni (d. 852/1449)'s Fethu'l-bârî, and Aynî (d. 855/1451)'s 'Umdetü'l-kârî. This is the most important commentary written during the Ottoman period. The author put forth his efforts and his endeavors in this commentary; a complete entrustment and fidelity, it is a book which gathering the views predecessors' traditions and wisdom and covering the successors' words. This commentary is a work that summarizes all previous commentaries. İn addition to İbn Hajjar and 'Aynî, İbn Batâle, the author cited from other reputable commentaries,. When Yusuf Efendizade completed his thirty-volume Necâhu'l-Kâri li Sahîhi'l Bukhari's work, which lasted for twenty-eight years, and presented it to Sultan I. Mahmud, I. Mahmud gave him a thousand gold, a coat of pride and a sable fur as gift as a sign showing the importance given to our author and his work

This thesis is submitted to the English Study Program of Tarbiyah Faculty.
The study ESP (English for Specific Purpose) is enlarged through
this paper that analyzes English for Specific Purposes in area of information
technology. Related to English Department, ESP is learned as well by
learners as subject matter in language learning. Register is part of linguistic
feature in ESP which close to vocabulary in English language but specifically
expanded through situational context by register (field, tenor, and mode).
There are two aims of research such as (1) to describe how discourse
analysis clarifies IT registers in selected journal (2) to describe how these
specific IT registers in journals affect the readers in comprehending text.
Through discourse analysis this paper is completed by data analysis which
clarifies what real author purpose and what actually written on journals to
measure how learners comprehension. The method of the research is
descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive Qualitative methods offer the
opportunity for participants to understand the aims of educational journal then
describe how really journal affects their comprehension.
From the documentation study, researcher found the result that
discourse analysis clarifies IT register in some selected journals such as (1)
Through discourse analysis researcher attempted to link writer purpose in
using several register toward readers in brief and clear explanation into three
components of field, tenor and mode. (2) Related to the questionnaire
experiments of this documentation study, these specific IT registers in
journals affect the readers in comprehending text through the way of their
reading style, mostly EFL learners don‘t want to deeply understand the
meaning of some register that real author wants to expose, so it causes
ambiguity between writer and readers about the true meaning of each terms.

The design and fabrication of a free flowing water turbine for UiTM-PERHILITAN Research Center Taman Negara / Muhammad Zul Hilmi Asmad.
No full textUniversiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) associated with PERHILITAN had established the UiTM-PERHILITAN Research Centre, located at Kuala Keniam, Taman Negara Pahang. The research centre located 25km upstream of Tembeling River, only accessible using boat. Although the loca-tion is strategic for geological, environment, and technical research and development, this research centre is located away from the National Power Grid. The generator set used to power-up the centre was not efficient, as it used 200 litres of gasoline for 2 hours operation. The gasoline price and its transportation might be costly and UiTM cannot bear the cost for generator's long run. Looking at this problem, the author had come up with a research thesis, supported by a full scale model of free flowing water turbine that can supply the centre with electricity up to 1kw of power. The design of the turbine can avoid environment damage such as land erosion, jungle flooding and loss of flora and fauna. No damp or weir is used in order to rotate the turbine. By finishing this thesis, the author hopes that the turbine can be further develop for commercial used in the future and a self-sustainable community can be achieved, without have to be dependent on the oil-based power generation
