    Dimas: Gay yang Pernah Nikah Secara Heteroseksual (Sebuah Life History)

    This is a life history (LH) of Dimas, a gay who had been married heterosexually. LH is aimed to understand the individual through his appreciation on experiences he feels happening in his life, as well stressing his relationship with the author. LH is also used to understand how people live and work in a colonial context (oppression), oppression against homosexuality as a minority discourse. Data in this article were obtained from Dimas’ narrations, which the author collected through in-depth interviews. Other data were obtained from Dimas’ self-portrait, and other relevant researches. Results reveal Dimas’ understanding of his sexual orientation, as well as the understanding of experiences he seems to experience. Secondly the interaction of Dimas and his culture in a social construction context and the development of the homosexuality issue in Indonesia. Karya ini merupakan life history (LH) Dimas, gay yang pernah nikah secara heteroseksual. LH bertujuan memahami individu melalui pemaknaan dirinya atas peristiwa-peristiwa yang dimaknainya telah terjadi di kehidupannya, di samping juga menggarisbawahi hubungan individu dengan peneliti. LH digunakan untuk mengerti bagaimana manusia hidup dan bekerja dalam konteks kolonial (penindasan), dalam hal ini penindasan atas homoseksualitas sebagai wacana minoritas. Data yang digunakan di sini, yang utama adalah narasi Dimas yang peneliti peroleh melalui in-depth interview. Data lain berupa catatan harian dan potret diri Dimas, serta penelitian lain yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini, yang pertama adalah pemaknaan Dimas atas orientasi seksualnya, termasuk pemaknaan atas rangkaian peristiwa yang menurutnya telah terjadi.     The book “The Three Singing Brothers” tells the story of the lives and artistic careers of the brothers Lourival, Dimas and Otacílio. These talented singers, originally from the Northeast of Brazil, formed a trio known as the “Batista Brothers”. The book highlights the richness of popular culture and the tradition of viola singing in the region.     This project hosts the working paper "Administrative Constraints in U.S. Immigration Governance: An Institutional Analysis of Systemic Constraints". The paper examines structural administrative constraints embedded in the institutional architecture of the United States immigration governance system. Rather than focusing on ideological debates or legislative proposals, the research analyzes how procedural fragmentation, multi-agency coordination, judicial backlogs, and administrative rule volatility generate systemic bottlenecks in immigration policy implementation. The study maps the interaction between federal agencies including CBP, ICE, USCIS, and EOIR, highlighting how overlapping institutional responsibilities and procedural complexity affect operational efficiency in case processing and enforcement outcomes. By focusing on administrative architecture rather than political ideology, the research contributes to a structural understanding of immigration governance challenges and provides a framework for discussing institutional reform and procedural stabilization within the U.S. immigration system. Second, the preparation and determination of the PTSL adjudication committee and task force, outreach to the community.     Comparison of the Floyd-Warshall and Dijkstra Methods for Finding the Shortest Route for Wireless Sensor Networks Using Matlab

    In the field of computer network science, network mapping has been systematically organized using various applications. However, regardless of these applications, mapping to determine the shortest route in a network is still minimally performed. The shortest route in a network can be determined using various algorithms such as Floyd-Warshall, Dijkstra, Greedy, and others. This research aims to fill the research gap in comparing the Floyd-Warshall and Dijkstra methods to find the shortest path in the context of wireless sensor networks using Matlab. The main focus of this study is the efficiency of both methods. The results obtained show that the Floyd-Warshall method has a faster execution time compared to the Dijkstra method. For example, in a WSN with 50 nodes, Floyd-Warshall has an execution time of 0.000079 s, while Dijkstra has an execution time of 0.013991 s. The energy consumption and Quality of Service (QoS) results obtained through the shortest path network nodes are all good. For 50 nodes, the energy consumption is 0.0319712 J/bit, throughput is 3.990740 Mbps, packet loss is 13.5679%, and delay is 174.682 ms.136 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

    Dari sudut pandang fisik spasial, kawasan hunian adalah penyusun terbesar sebuah kota, sehingga perkembangan wawasan terhadap bagaimana kawasan hunian bertransformasi perlu terus dieksplorasi. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah masih terbatasnya evaluasi dan komparasi terhadap tipe permukiman yang telah berjalan lama, khususnya di Indonesia, dimana setelah menempuh rentang waktu yang panjang beragam transformasi telah terjadi. Penelitian yang dilakukan membandingkan transformasi yang terjadi pada lingkungan perumahan dengan pola pengadaan yang berbeda, yaitu (1) pola pengadaan swadaya - pola pengadaan yang cenderung memberi otonomi bagi masyarakat dalam menentukan huniannya (housing by people/ government as enabler), serta (2) pola pengadaan formal - pola pengadaan yang memberi peran lebih besar bagi pemerintah (government as provider). Pada akhir penelitian ini akan diperbandingkan transformasi yang terjadi pada dua kawasan hunian di Kota Bandung, yaitu kawasan Perumnas Sadang Serang (kawasan hunian yang dikembangkan dengan pola pengadaan formal) dengan transformasi yang terjadi pada perumahan Koperasi Bina Karya (kawasan hunian yang dikembangkan dengan pola pengadaan swadaya). Perbandingan ini akan menggambarkan bagaimana transformasi terjadi pada perumahan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang dikembangkan melalui pengadaan swadaya dan formal di Indonesia, dan menunjukkan perbedaan pola transformasi yang terjadi pada kedua lingkungan hunian. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perumahan yang diadakan secara swadaya memiliki tingkat transformasi, ragam transformasi, dan tingkat perubahan fungsi yang lebih rendah bila dibandingkan dengan perumahan yang diadakan melalui pola pengadaan formal

The three-story, mission-style building features multicurved gables, ornamental traceries and moldings around windows and parapets, arched windows and Spanish tiled roofs. The building has two bell towers capped with dome roofs (one on each corner on the left side of the building). A driveway circles around the façade of the building and around the building. To the left of the driveway are two newly planted trees. A hill is visible behind the building (at left).; "Bonita was organized as a result of a 1902 State Constitutional Amendment which set aside state money for high schools. The high school students met first in a vacant store building, then in the La Verne Heights School building. Since Bonita served both La Verne and San Dimas, the site chosen on Bonita and (what was then) Grand Avenue, was midway between the two towns. The first (and only building until 1920) was completed for the 1904 fall session, and opened with 2 teachers and 34 students. The first graduating class in 1907 contained only 1 graduate. In 1910 there were only 70 students and five teachers, including the principal. By 1920 there were 120 students, and by 1930 there were 350 students and 21 teachers." -- unknown author
