       Study Design This study is an experimental post-test-only control group, with anthrax animal model, male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) were used as experimental animal subjects due to their anthrax toxin receptors 2 (ANTXR2), which are adaptable, easy to find, and produce many congenital strains. The derivatives of male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) were already used for various purposes in numerous previous studies, such as behavioral studies or medical testing (13,14). This research took place at Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development (BALITVET), Bogor, Central experimental animals PAU Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, and the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. This study uses eight white male rats (Rattus norvegicus) within each group. The research sample was taken from 40 male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) aged three to four months old, weighing 180–200 g. A standard BR I rat feed was used with the adjusted amount to the average body weight. The allocation of experimental animals into each treatment in a homogeneous study was carried out randomly to maintain internal validity. White male rats (Rattus norvegicus) were selected as test animals, due to its’ genetic similarity to humans and adaptability to the laboratory environment (15). Rats that passed the inclusion criteria for this study were fit white male rats with glowing eyes, bright hair, good appetite, active, aged three to four months, and weighed 180–200 g. While rats that didn’t pass the inclusion criteria were white male rats that are sick, with signs of dimmed eyes, low appetite, dull hair, inactive, and underweight. This study used a complete randomized design and carried out an examination at the end of the study and it use animal models of anthrax which are divided into 5 groups, namely P1, anthrax animal model given propolis 200 mg/kg seven days before induction of anthrax spores for up to 14 days; P2, anthrax animal model and given 200 mg/kg of propolis for 14 days; P3, anthrax animal model and was given propolis 200 mg/kg for seven days; P4, anthrax animal model, were given Amoxicillin 9 mg/kg intravenously and were given propolis 200 mg/kg for 14 days; and the group K, anthrax animal model were not given any treatment.</p

This research uses qualitative method with framing analysis as a research method to see the media frame in revealing the event or reality. The framing device used by the author in the research is Robert N Entman's. The theory used in this research is Gate Keeper theory. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that the media frame Sindonews.com about the event is apparently wanted to inform that Ahmad Dhani not entirely guilty for what he had told about the case. Meanwhile, Tempo.co frame impressed Ahmad Dhani with his news which mostly took the standpoint of Ahok Supporters with very clear satirical words.     Development of a bioinspired NugalBot for precision seeding of rice

    Many people around the world live in islands with mountainous lands. These people plant upland rice for their staple food. However, farming in these disadvantageous farms requires high input and gains low yield. One possible solution for improving productivity is by utilizing precision seeding. This study is focused on developing a robot for precision seeding of rice that is suitable for farming in rough terrain. A bioinspired human arm robot for picking seeds and making a hole on the ground was developed in accordance with Aalborg method for bioinspired design. Development of a mobile platform to carry the robot arm was done using hybrid wheel and leg (wheg) wheels and skid steering locomotion. The NugalBot could climb obstacle and perform precision rice seed singulation. However, the performance of the mechanisms for making hole and for covering the hole was dependent on the hardness of the soil

Appropriate irrigation technique is the key success in cultivating vegetable crops. Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) RT 01 RW 04, Karanglo Indah has a work program, namely women empowerment in supporting family food availability, by cultivating vegetables in the house yard. The problem is in watering. Technical guidance is provided through presentation, discussion and demonstration activities. Presentation and discussion aim to increase knowledge and comprehension of irrigation systems, equipment procurement, installation procedures, operating and maintenance procedures for drip irrigation. The demonstration aims to improve skills in carrying out procedures that have been presented in the presentation and discussion. The results obtained are increased knowledge, comprehension and skills for implementing drip irrigation so that better quality vegetables are produced

                    Motif Batik Mega Mendung comes from the word mega or cloud style has a meaning like a roof that symbolizes the sky as a highly appreciated natural phenomenon in the Trusmi Cirebon area. The result is a traditional batik Trusmi Masina that has a style, motif and character Cirebonan. Cloud shape is a special form found in batik Mega Mendung. In this paper, author apply the visual elements, especially the shape and color of batik motif Mega Mendung on fashion products that are used during the rainy season which is a raincoat, with the application of coloring glow in the dark. Methodology used in this research is experimental quantitative methodology. The experimental method was performed on glow in the dark while the quantitative data was taken by spreading the questionnaire on raincoat users, so it can come up with a design of rain jacket with Mega Mendung motif application which put forward visual element as mentioned by Marvin Bartel

    Online gambling is a form of gambling carried out over the internet using electronic devices such as computers, laptops, tablets or smartphones. In essence, gambling is an act that is contrary to religious, moral, decency and legal norms, and endangers the lives and lives of the community, nation and state. Many people in North Lampung, especially in Bandar Kagungan Raya Village, often gamble, especially married couples who use gambling as a source of income to support their families. It would be interesting to conduct research on the influence of online gambling on family harmony in Bandar Kagungan Raya Village. This type of research is field research. The main sources of this research are data, facts and cases in the field. The approach in this research is a sociological-empirical approach. These two approaches were taken because the author will research social problems in society with an object orientation. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis using inductive methods. The research results show that gambling has a negative influence on family harmony. Of the many influences caused by online gambling, there are many influences caused by gambling that occur in Bandar Kagungan Raya Village, starting from negative influences, namely: (1) Family economy, (2) Loss of the husband's rights and obligations towards his wife and, (3) The influence of communication in the family. Sociogenic theory explains the influence of the surrounding environment on online gambling behavior, namely economic factors, influence of friends, and curiosity. Everything contributes to the rise and rise of online gambling in Bandar Kagungan Raya Village. The sociological theory of Islamic law highlights the importance of awareness and obedience to the law in society. In this study, all respondents understood the bad impacts and prohibitions of online gambling, but their actions were not in accordance with their awareness. This highlights the need for further research into the factors that contribute to non-compliance with online gambling laws

    Classification of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia based on White Blood Cell Images using InceptionV3 Model

    Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common form of leukemia that occurs in children. Detection of ALL through white blood cell image analysis can help with the prognosis and appropriate treatment. In this study, the author proposes an approach to classifying ALL based on white blood cell images using a convolutional neural network (CNN) model called InceptionV3. The dataset used in this research consists of white blood cell images collected from patients with ALL and healthy individuals. These images were obtained from The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA), which is a service that stores large-scale cancer medical images available to the public. During the evaluation phase, the author used training data evaluation metrics such as accuracy and loss to measure the model's performance. The research results show that the InceptionV3 model is capable of classifying white blood cell images with a high level of accuracy. This model achieves an average ALL recognition accuracy of 0.9896 with a loss of 0.031. The use of CNN models such as InceptionV3 in medical image analysis has the potential to improve the efficiency and precision of image-based disease diagnosis

    ABSTRAKSI: Dunia teknologi komunikasi informasi di Indonesia sekarang ini memasuki babak baru dengan kehadiran teknologi 3G UMTS (3rd Generation Universal Mobile Telecomunication System) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan WCDMA. Perkembangan teknologi WCDMA diharapkan mampu mengakomodasi berbagai macam layanan paket data berkecepatan tinggi pada jaringan dan alokasi frekuensi yang telah ada. Untuk itu pada penerapan jaringan WCDMA diperlukan perancangan yang sangat matang dan optimasi jaringan sehingga dapat menghasilkan jaringan yang optimal dan menguntungkan.Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengukuran performansi jaringan berdasarkan KPI (Key Performance Indicators), seperti RSCP, Ec/No. Proses pengerjaan difokuskan pada area yang dilayani oleh RNC3_buaran. Untuk mengetahui masalah yang ada, diperlukan data dari RNC3_buaran berupa Video Retain dan PS Retain. Kedua data tersebut merupakan parameter tingkat ketahanan hubungan yang terjadi. Diperlukan drive test untuk mengetahui penyebab penurunan nilai Video Retain dan PS Retain. Penulis menggunakan data-data yang diperoleh dari operator TELKOMSEL JAKARTA Tbk.Dari hasil analisis didapatkan performansi jaringan 3G yang diteliti berdasarkan parameter KPI yaitu RSCP, Ec/No, dan Throughput untuk daerah Kelapa Gading dan Semper. RSCP pada Daerah Kelapa Gading bernilai baik sebesar 66% dan 43% nilai Ec/No bernilai baik. Pada daerah Semper, hanya 14% nilai RSCP yang sangat baik dan 18% untuk nilai Ec/No. Besarnya nilai Throughput pada daerah Kelapa Gading rata-rata adalah 57,34 kbps. Sedangkan untuk daerah Semper, rata-rata bernilai 63,08 kbps.Kata Kunci : 3G, Drive TestABSTRACT: Technology of Communications in Indonesia now is entering a new act by becoming of 3G UMTS (3rd Generation Universal Mobile Telecomunication System) or which familiar is WCDMA. The development of WCDMA is expected to accommodate all of high speed data rate services at existing frequency. For assembling WCDMA network need the perfect planning and network optimization, so that can make optimal networks and give advantages.In this research, the performance of network will be summarizing based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators), RSCP, EC/NO. The process will be focused on RNC3_buaran area. To find a problem that exists, we need data’s from RNC3_buaran. In this case, Video Retain and PS Retain are needed. The data’s show the durability of connection. Drive test needed to find the caused of problems. The author use data’s who collected from TELKOMSEL Tbk.From the following research, the performance of 3G network at Kelapa Gading and Semper can be determined. At Kelapa Gading, 66% of RSCP at an excellent range and 43% Ec/No at an excellent range.
