Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan shalat zuhur berjamaah dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Aulia Cendikia Pekanbaru dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan utama pada penelitian ini adalah wali kelas IV, V, dan VI, sedangkan yang menjadi informan pendukungnya adalah satu orang siswa kelas VI, dan Waka kesiswaan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan shalat zuhur berjamaah siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Aulia Cendikia Pekanbaru, dilakukan di kelas masing-masing dengan dibimbing oleh wali kelasnya. Sebagian besar siswa paham tentang pelaksanaan shalat zuhur berjamaah, kemudian juga yang tertanam pada siswa ialah disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa dalam pelaksanaan shalat. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhinya ialah faktor keluarga, faktor lingkungan sekolah serta motivasi siswa dalam pelaksanaan shalat zuhur berjamaah.

Data collection techniques used by the author are interviews and documentation. The author conducted an analysis of the accounting information system at CV Aulia Printing. The author knows that the company has made a report on the cost of production, but the lack of ability in technology, the lack of the role of technology, results in the calculation of the cost of production taking quite a long time. The calculation of the cost of production at the Company still uses a manual system so that the company has difficulty calculating the cost of production on a regular basis. The results of this report are designed by the authors to calculate the cost of goods manufacture and the application that can be followed by users at CV Aulia Printing. The author provides suggestions so that companies can apply accounting information systems for cost of goods manufacture that have been designed.

K. Rowling. The language used by the writer is unique, especially when it comes to the spells. The spells are derived from some languages. There are some word formation processes used in spells. This research aims to investigate the word structure of Harry Potter spells. There are two statements of problems; they are: (1) What are the source language of the spells in Harry Potter novels? and (2) What word formation processes are employed to form the spells?This research employs a descriptive qualitative design. The data are taken from seven series of Harry Potter novels which are written by J. K. Rowling. The steps in analyzing the data are finding the source language, identifying the compound word, analyzing the word formation processes, and drawing temporary conclusion.After the data collection process, the researcher found that there are 79 spells in Harry Potter novels. The dominant source language of the spells is Latin which consisted 32 spells, followed by English 23 spells, and Spanish 5 spells. In this research, the researcher focused on the word formation process that occurred in Harry Potter spells.Based on the result, the suggestions are addressed to the students of linguistics and future researchers. For the students of linguistics, they may be encouraged to enrich the study of linguistics especially in the field of Morphology and used fiction books to take the example of words that can be analyzed morphologically. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti focus pada proses pembentukan kata yang terjadi pada mantra Harry Potter. Preservation of Nias Culture (Descriptive Case Study of Nias Heritage Museum in Gunungsitoli City)
No full textThe purpose of this research is to see the efforts made by the Nias Heritage Museum (MPN) in Gunungsitoli City in realizing Law Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Promotion of Culture. As the only museum on Nias Island, MPN has the responsibility to introduce, preserve and maintain Nias culture. The author wants to see how the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation in an effort to realize the cultural promotion law. The research method used to obtain data in this research is qualitative by describing a series of programs owned by the Nias Heritage Museum. The author conducted observation, in-depth interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research findings show that the Nias Heritage Museum in an effort to realize the cultural heritage law has 10 programs, namely cultural understanding education for school children and teachers, cultural studios, producing traditional musical instruments, recording ethnic songs and demonstrating techniques for making household appliances, training for carpenters, planting trees, training students and international interns, promoting and developing cultural tourism, revamping and structuring traditional villages as tourist destinations, and protecting ancient sites. In implementing these 10 programs, the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation as they are considered the generation responsible for preserving culture. Meanwhile, older people who are knowledgeable about culture have a responsibility to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation. The Nias Heritage Museum also has several facilities, namely exhibition halls, storage, library, lodging, minizoo, cafe, meeting rooms, and beach. The Nias Heritage Museum also promotes culture through social media, namely the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The discussion in this research is based on Law Number 5 of 2017 that the most strategic programs, which involve the younger generation and are still implemented by the museum are cultural understanding education, studios, carpentry training, recording ethnic songs, producing traditional musical instruments, demonstrating home appliance making techniques, and training students and international interns. Culture word is word or language used by the specific
community or culture to express their culture. This research was
focused on the analysis types of Cultural word and translation
procedures in Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets novel by J.K
Rowling. This research aimed to find out analyze the cultural words in
novel the Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, because there are
words which contain cultural value or words that only belong to the
source language culture, In this research it is important to analyze
cultural words because we as readers or translators must know
language that contains cultural elements in it.
In this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative
method. This descriptive qualitative research used documentation in
collecting the data. The instrument of this research was the researcher
itself, or it called a human instrument. The subject of this research is a
novel by J.K Rowling, entitled is Harry Potter and Chamber of
Secrets. The subject was examined to analyze the translation of
cultural words in Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets from
English to Indonesian and Indonesia to English. There were three
steps to analyze the data in this research namely data condensation,
data display, and conclusion drawing.
Finally, the investigator triangulation was used in this
research to validate the data analysis result. After analyzed the novel
Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, there are 23 samples
cultural words that are presented and analyzed. The cultural words are
categorized in Material Culture category and Ecology. There are four
translation techniques that are used, there are; Cultural equivalent,
Descriptive equivalent, Transference, and Synonymy. During the data
analyzing process, and researchers found many cultural equivalent in
this novel. Cultural Equivalent is the translation technique that is used
expressions or terms that have equivalent function and meaning in the
cultural context of the target language.

Peran Kepribadian Proaktif dan Resiliensi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Petugas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan
No full textWork engagement is an important aspect, especially for employees who have a job with a high level of risk, to minimize the impact of risks and maximize their performance. Therefore, this research investigated the role of proactive personality and resilience in work engagement. The method was a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population in this study were firefighters and rescue personnel in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling with a sample size of 167 individuals. Data were collected using the Modified UWES by Aulia et al. (2019), the Modified PPS by the author, and the Resilience Scale by Aulia et al. (2022). The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that proactive personality and resilience played a highly significant role in work engagement. A proactive personality significantly and positively influences work engagement, as does resilience. Both proactive personality and resilience contributed effectively to work engagement by 61.2%, whereas the remaining 38.8% was determined by other factors not discussed in this study. This finding can be used by organizations and companies to understand their employees related to work attachment to increase human resources within the scope of work.Keterikatan kerja merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dimiliki karyawan dengan pekerjaan beresiko tinggi, untuk meminimalisir dampak dari risiko kerja yang tinggi dan memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peranan kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi terhadap keterikatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi petugas pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 167 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan UWES yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Aulia, et al. (2019), PPS yang telah dimodifikasi oleh penulis dan alat ukur resiliensi dari Aulia, et al. (2022). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi berperan sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, kepribadian proaktif berperan positif sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, dan resiliensi berperan positif secara sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 61,2% terhadap keterikatan kerja, sementara 38,8% ditentukan dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi oleh organisasi maupun perusahaan dalam memahami karyawannya terkait dengan keterikatan kerja sehingga tercipta peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkup pekerjaan

This final report aims to determine the accuracy, classification of costs in the calculation cost of production and the determination of selling price banner products, envelopes, letterhead and yasin on CV AULIA. The author collects data by interview. From the data obtained, author found several problems, such as the company has not done the classification between the cost of raw materials and raw materials indirectly. The Company has not included the cost of electricity and fixed asset depreciation costs in the cost of production and the calculation of the cost of production applied to the company. The authors suggest that companies should classify elements of cost of goods manufactured appropriately primarily for direct material costs and indirect material costs (factory overhead).Companies should also include factory overhead costs such aselectricity costs and fixed asset depreciation costs so that the cost of production is in accordance with cost accounting standards because it can provide benefits for the company in preparing the company's operating budget and can set the price of the right product because it involves the profits to be received by company
