    ABSTRACT AN EVALUATION ON TAX COLLECTION PROCEDURE IN THE TAX ARREARS CONFISCATION IN KPP PRATAMA SUKOHARJO Haris Budi Setyawan NIM F3407038 Tax is a dues paid to the State (that can be compulsory) that may be outstanding by the taxpayer according to the regulation, without any gains, that can be designated directly and the benefit of it is to fund the general expense relevant to the task of State reigning. The objectives of this final project are to find out the procedure of tax collection (confiscation and auction) by the tax collection section occurring in Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office and to find out the implementation of tax collection on the tax arrears liquifaction in Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office. This final project writing was done using Library research, observation, and data processing methods. Considering the result of analysis it can be found that Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office had conducted the collection and confiscation corresponding to the procedure determined by the Tax Directorate General. The writer recommends the Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Service Office to keep implementing the procedure and rule of collection and confiscation that has been applied to the taxpayers in arrear because they are has been consistent with the rule determined by the Tax Directorate General.     Bambu merupakan salah satu alternatif pengganti tulangan baja untuk kebutuhan konstruksi rumah tinggal sederhana. Bambu merupakan sumber daya alam yang dapat diperbarui yang keberadaannya mudah ditemukan di berbagai wilayah dan ramah lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kuat lentur balok tulangan bambu petung vertikal dengan takikan sejajar tipe “U” lebar 1 cm dan 2 cm dengan jarak antar takikan 5 cm. Penelitian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pengujian pendahuluan, tahap pembuatan benda uji, dan tahap pengujian kuat lentur. Dimensi bambu yang digunakan sebagai tulangan adalah 1650 mm x20 mm x5 mm. Dimensi balok beton dalam penelitian ini adalah 1700mm x110 mm x150 mm. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah momen nominal pengujian balok tulangan bambu petung dengan takikan 1 cm sebesar 366,44 kg.m, momen nominal pengujian balok tulangan bambu petung takikan 2 cm sebesar 353,70 kg.m dan momen nominal pengujian balok tulangan baja sebesar 568,19 kg.m.     The construction sector is one of the highest accidents. Most accidents are caused by unsafe acts, one of which is the failure to use PPE. The behavior of PPE is influenced by many factors including knowledge and supervision. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and supervision of the use of PPE in construction workers PT WIKA Beton Boyolali. This research is an observational analytic research with Cross Sectional approach with sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The sample of the study was 54 male laborers. Level of Knowledge, Control and Behavior of Use of PPE is measured using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by Gamma and Somers'd test for independent variable relationship with dependent variable, then for multivariate analysis with Multiple Logistic Regression test. The result shows that there is correlation between knowledge level with behavioral usage of APD at significance value p = 0.018 and value r = 0.538 and relationship between supervision with behavior of APD usage at significance value p = 0.012 and value r = 0.291. Based on the multivariate analysis, it was found that the knowledge level was the most influential variable on the behavior of APD with p-value = 0.005 and OR = 37.263, then control with p-value = 0.038 and OR = 9.048 and the working period with p-value = 0.074 and OR = 0.115. Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and supervision of the behavior of PPE. The variable that has the most influence on the behavior of PPE is the level of knowledge.Keywords: Knowledge, Supervision, Behavior, APD, Construction Worke

    Blocking gamelan instruments frequency in virtual reality

    This study was an experiment that looked at the possibility of VR relationships with the frequency of gamelan in animated puppet shows that were considered based on the blocking instrument. On the other hand, gamelan instruments provide the clearest picture of the frequency spectrum that is affected by various types of treatment, regardless of the ability of the instrument itself to produce sound in many characteristics of each instrument. The key experiment in this study was to arrange the position of the instrument in a different semicircle with a conventional arrangement that is lined up. This experiment is believed by the author to bring its own impact in relation to VR. Gamelan are used Slendro and pelog to get two different data. It can be assumed that this blocking semicircular is able to produce a more focused frequency distribution for the proportion of the listening room and VR users

    In the process of carrying out Initial Well Completion to change the drilling well to be a production well we need to analyze the characteristics and properties of rocks and fluid formation, which can be done using the Logging While Drilling method (When the Drilling Process was run) or Conventional Logging (performed after the drilling process). And also supporting analysis work is carried out such as core analysis with conventional methods Coring and Sidewall Coring for direct analysis and confirmation results of logging readings with the results of lab analysis (core sample analysis). In this research The logging method used is conventional logging and core analysis is carried out by taking core samples with the sidewall coring method. Then do swabbing job to determine the productivity index of the well. In In this research, the author has determined the productive zone (pay zone) in the wells being analyzed based on the interpretation of gamma ray logs and resistivity logs as well as calculating the porosity value and Sw (water saturation) in the formation. From the interpretation results obtained 8 productive zones i.e. at depths of 1)1840-1860ft, 2)2001 – 2006ft, 3)2035-2058ft, 4)2065-2075ft, 5)2080-2090 ft, 6)2093-2099, 7)2102-2158 ft), 8)2190-2205 ft. Then confirmed with the results of the core analysis listed in the marked log provided by the company for ordering the interpretation results made in this study are in accordance with interpretation results of the company. After that the author will make an initial completion design draft settlement based on the results of the interpretation, including; perforation planning, swabbing job, and details of the completion of the initial completion work. On the design of the initial completion the author's would recommend completing a total of 14 intervals, and recommend using a surface casing size of 9 5/8”, Production Casing 7”, and 63 joints Liners 3 ½” size

    AbstractBackground: The incidence of postpartum anxiety continues to increase every year. After giving birth the patient will experience anxiety. Anxiety, if not handled properly, will cause serious problems, including depression, inhibiting maternal and infant care activities. To reduce the impact of postpartum anxiety, it is necessary to do a good anxiety management. Deep breathing relaxation and music therapy are non-pharmacological techniques that are easy to do and quite effective for reducing anxiety levels.Purpose : Describes nursing care for the level of anxiety of young primipara post partum mothers in caring for babies at the Soewondo Pati Hospital.Method : The method used in this case study is a descriptive method with a case study approach and uses a nursing approach process. The sampling used includes 1 patientResults : The study on the patient obtained data that the patient complained of feeling nervous, restless, and anxious. From the list of problems that have been obtained, a diagnosis can be determined, namely Anxiety related to worry. The nursing implementation that is arranged is to monitor vital signs, monitor signs of anxiety, relax deep breaths. The evaluation results obtained that both patients experienced a gradual decrease in anxiety.Conclusion : The conclusion of the Scientific Paper made by the author is that the assessment is carried out according to theory, nursing diagnoses according to theory, planning according to theory, nursing actions need to be added to theory and evaluation has decreased in the patient's condition.Suggestion : Nursing practitioners to further reduce the anxiety level of young primiparous postpartum mothers by means of deep breathing relaxation, counseling on how to care for babies.Keywords : anxiety, post partum, deep breath relaxatio

    In the process of creating various types of plastic, several tools are required to support the development process. In this regard, Politeknik Industri ATMI has attempted to develop a supporting tool for mixing plastic ore. The objective of this research is to design, build, and test an efficient and economical mixing machine for processing plastic ore on a small scale. To create this tool, the author used observation and design realization methods. After a lengthy process, a plastic ore mixing machine with a capacity of 20 grams was produced. This paper discusses the plastic ore mixing machine designed for use in testing laboratories. This mixing machine is a device used to process plastic ore into new types. In this study, the author developed a plastic ore mixing machine with a volume capacity of 20 grams. This machine is used to combine two or more types of plastic ore, aiming to produce high-quality plastic. To achieve this, the machine was developed using two mixing shafts and a melting system with heating elements. Additionally, the mixing process chamber was designed with two compartments, corresponding to the positions of the mixing shafts. This design is expected to maximize the mixing process of each type of plastic, resulting in a homogeneous plastic product.Dalam proses penciptaan jenis-jenis plastik diperlukan beberapa alat untuk menunjang proses pengembangan. Dalam hal ini Politeknik Industri ATMI mencoba untuk mengembangkan alat penunjang pencampuran bijih plastik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang, membangun, dan menguji mesin pen campur yang efisien dan ekonomis untuk mengolah bijih plastik dalam skala kecil. Adapun dalam membuat alat ini penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan realisasi perancangan. Setelah proses yang panjang maka dihasilkan mesin pen campur bijih plastik dengan kapasitas 20 gram. Melalui tulisan ini, penulis membahas mengenai mesin pen campur bijih plastik untuk digunakan dalam lab pengujian. Mesin pen campur ini merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk memproses bijih plastik menjadi jenis yang baru. Dalam studi ini, penulis mengembangkan mesin pen campur bijih plastik dengan kapasitas volume 20 gram. Mesin ini digunakan untuk mengkombinasikan 2 atau lebih bijih plastik yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan tipe plastik berkualitas tinggi. Untuk mencapai hal itu maka pengembangan mesin dilakukan dengan menggunakan 2 buah poros pengaduk serta sistem peleburan dengan elemen pemanas. Selain hal tersebut ruang proses pengadukan dibuat menjadi 2 ruang mengikuti posisi poros pengaduk yang digunakan. Melalui hal ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan proses pencampuran masing-masing jenis plastik menjadi plastik yang homogen
