    Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi yang sangat diperhitungkan di Indonesia karena kontribusinya yang sangat besar bagi perkonomian negara. Namun dibalik kesuksesan UKM ini, terdapat masalah/hambatan yang dihadapi oleh UKM sehingga membuat usaha-usaha tersebut masih belum bisa berkembang secara maksimal. Salah satu kelemahan dari UKM adalah terbatasnya kapabilitas dan agresifitas dari pemilik maupun pekerja UKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis mereka, terutama dalam hal penggunaan internet. Perlu disadari bahwa di era globalisasi yang sudah tanpa batas ini, semua jenis usaha harus dapat berlomba-lomba untuk bersaing dipasar manapun, penggunaan intenet di UKM menjadi hal yang sangat penting agar mereka juga dapat ikut bersaing dipasar manapun. Melalui intenet, UKM juga dapat meningkatkan transformasi bisnis melalui kecepatan, ketepatan, dan efisiensi pertukaran informasi dalam skala besar.     Analysis of Individual Health Behaviors in Relation to Cardiovascular Disease Prevention among Employees of an Oil and Gas Company

    Deaths from heart disease among employees in the upstream oil and gas industry are a serious concern. Companies in these risky and costly environments need to better manage workplace health to meet their goals and follow regulations. This study aims to examine the influence of Health Belief Model variables—including socio-demographics, knowledge, perceived susceptibility, severity, barriers, benefits, self-efficacy, and cues to action—on individual health behaviors in preventing cardiovascular disease. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 129 respondents in an oil and gas company using purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS show that knowledge significantly influences perceived susceptibility, severity, benefits, and self-efficacy, while the variables of perceived susceptibility, benefits, and cues to action impact individual health behavior. These results indicate the need for comprehensive education programs and effective communication. Furthermore, the non-significant influence of barriers, severity, and self-efficacy suggests the need for identifying barriers and supportive work environment strategies. A systematic approach involving psychological, environmental, and social factors is also important to improve employee health, productivity, and overall well-being

    Evaluation Of Coffee Supply Chain Performance Using Value Chain Analysis And Fishbone Diagram (Case Study On Coffee Farmers In East Java)

    Coffee has grown into a high-value commodity in international trade, contributing significantly to global GDP and creating millions of jobs worldwide. This study aims to analyze the value chain of the coffee industry in East Java, identify the root cause of the low margins obtained by coffee farmers, and provide recommendations to increase their income and efficiency in the supply chain. The methodology used included primary data collection through in-depth interviews with coffee supply chain actors in East Java and analysis using fishbone diagrams to identify factors causing low margins of coffee farmers, such as limited market access, inadequate processing equipment, and conventional drying methods. The results of the study show that coffee farmers get the lowest profit margin, less than 10%, due to low efficiency and productivity. The recommendations included digital technology training, financial assistance for equipment, and low-interest credit programs for coffee farmers. The implementation of this recommendation is expected to increase the efficiency, productivity, and profit margins of coffee farmers in East Java, increasing their competitiveness in the global market. The study also highlights the need for multi-stakeholder support and long-term evaluation to measure the effectiveness of proposed interventions. &nbsp

    Business Strategy Development for Drilling Cutting’s Waste Industry using Ansoff Matrix: JEL Classification: M10, M21, L21, Q53, C44

    The drilling cutting’s waste industry in Indonesia still facing major challenges in handling the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content, requiring companies to adopt more robust business strategy. This research develop a business growth strategy for PT. GPS using integrated framework combining Business Model Canvas, SWOT-TOWS, Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Ansoff Matrix. The existing business model was analyzed to identify structural gaps, followed by SWOT-TOWS formulatioan and ANP weighting using expert judgements. The ANP result indicate the differentiation based strategies strengthening service quality and reliability (ST2) and improving customer retention (ST1) are to priorities. These strategies align with Product Development of Ansoff Matrix, while technology adoption (SO2) support Market Penetration.The new business model integrated these priorities into value prepositions, key activities, and revenue streams. Economic feasibility analysis showed positive NPV, IRR, BCR across three scenarios, confirmung the financial viability of the strategic directions. The integrated approach provides actionable strategic recommendations to enhance competitiveness and longterm sustainability

    Customer Satisfaction Analysis in the Healthcare Industry Using KANO Method and Importance Performance Analysis

    Customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspects in the business world, especially in the service sector because it can increase customer loyalty, and create a positive image for the company and ultimately contribute to long-term success. This study was conducted at MEDCORP, a company engaged in the healthcare industry, which seeks to increase sales by improving customer service. To measure and customer satisfaction, this study uses 5 Dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence. The methods used are the IPA and KANO methods. The IPA method uses data from customers to evaluate how important each attribute is and how well the company meets those expectations. The KANO method identifies attributes that can increase customer satisfaction if added or improved. This combination provides a more comprehensive understanding of customer needs and product performance that can be used as a reference for companies in achieving the service desired by customers, so that it can increase sales and customer satisfaction. Based on the results obtained, it is known that there are 23 negative gaps, so further analysis is carried out to determine the strategy set. The author makes three types of strategies that can be implemented, namely the main, middle, and final priority strategies based on the IPA-KANO integration classification. Through this research, it is expected to be used as a consideration for business actors or managers in determining improvements in service quality through continual improvement of MEDCORP's performance so that service quality and output become better

    ABSTRAK UMKM berperan penting dalam pertumbungan ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, UMKM sering mengalami perubahan dalam banyak hal yang mempengaruhi tingkat kelangsungan bisnisnya. Tidak terkecuali pada UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Surabaya. Pada era digital ini, penerapan teknologi menjadi salah satu strategi bagi para pemilik/pemimpin UMKM untuk meningkatkan business sustainability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital leadership dan digital business transformation terhadap business sustainability. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para pemilik/pemimpin UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman di Surabaya yang telah menerapkan teknologi dengan sampel sebanyak 139 responden. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership dan digital business transformation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap business sustainability, begitu pun dengan digital leadership terhadap digital business transformation.     Are There Any Differences in the Implementation of Crisis Management Throughout the Initial Phase, During, and After the COVID-19 Pandemic? A Study from the Restaurant Industry in Indonesia

    This study aims to investigate the optimal micro-level decision-making priorities as perceived by business actors or restaurant managers in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis method is employed to assess these priorities at three distinct stages: the initial phase, the ongoing phase, and the post-pandemic phase. The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a substantial shift in crisis management practises, both during and in the aftermath of the crisis. The most significant enhancements were observed in the realm of collaboration with fellow merchants, promotion of novel services, and use of outsourced or freelance personnel. In the context of the pandemic, certain attributes have demonstrated persistent significance and utilisation across all stages. These attributes include the provision of discounts, advertising across diverse media channels, introduction of new menus, supply of masks for employees, availability of disinfectants in restaurant premises, and the dissemination of COVID-19 prevention information to both employees and visitors.     Pengaruh Imbalan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja: Analisa Bibliometrik

    Imbalan (reward) merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang dapat mendorong motivasi, keterlibatan, dan kinerja individu di tempat kerja. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan literatur terkait hubungan antara imbalan dan kepuasan kerja dalam kurun waktu 2014–2024. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik dan sumber data dari Scopus, penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap: (a) perumusan strategi pencarian berbasis kata kunci; (b) seleksi artikel ilmiah yang relevan; dan (c) analisis visualisasi menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi keterkaitan kata kunci serta tren publikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa topik imbalan memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan kepuasan kerja, serta tema-tema lain seperti motivasi dan komitmen organisasi. Meskipun telah banyak dikaji, penelitian terkait masih terbatas dalam konteks lintas sektor dan jarang dianalisis secara visual melalui pendekatan bibliometrik.     ANALISIS EFISIENSI GUDANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS (DEA) DI PT NUSA INDAH

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi operasional gudang distribusi di PT Nusa Indah, sebuah perusahaan dalam industri Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan model Technical Efficiency Variable Return to Scale (TE VRS) berorientasi output. Penilaian dilakukan terhadap 86 unit gudang (Decision Making Units - DMU) pada tahun 2024 berdasarkan empat variabel input Warehouse Damage, Deadstock 90 Hari, Durasi Picking, dan Truck Stay Duration serta dua variabel output yaitu Order Fulfillment Rate (OFR) dan Pcs per Mandays. Metode DEA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi unit yang beroperasi secara efisien dan tidak efisien, serta memberikan dasar perbandingan melalui peer group dan target perbaikan untuk unit yang perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam efisiensi antar unit: 16 dari 38 gudang di Jawa (gudang Caringin dengan skor terendah 0,8896) dan 17 dari 44 gudang di Sumatera (gudang Medan dengan skor terendah 0,7465) beroperasi efisien, sementara keempat gudang di Kalimantan seluruhnya efisien. Secara keseluruhan, peningkatan output Pcs per Mandays dan pengurangan input Truck Stay Duration diidentifikasi sebagai area dengan potensi perbaikan terbesar untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi perbaikan operasional, alokasi sumber daya yang lebih optimal, dan memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam penyusunan kebijakan manajemen distribusi untuk penguatan daya saing perusahaan di industri FMCG Kata Kunci : Efisiensi, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Supply Chain Management, Gudang, FMC
