    The 1945 Constitution as the constitution of the Indonesian state which adopts a distribution of power system accompanied by a mechanism of checks and balances between state institutions based on popular sovereignty. In this case, as the People\u27s Consultative Assembly and the Constitutional Court which have the authority related to the 1945 Constitution directly. Then it contains the research distinction that is the actual inherence of the authority of the People\u27s Consultative Assembly and the Constitutional Court institutions as the guardians of the constitution through a technical review of checks and balances. Therefore, to scientifically strengthen this legal research, a juridical-normative, philosophical and conceptual-critical approach is used. On that basis, it is considered that between the People\u27s Consultative Assembly and the Constitutional Court have actual significance of the checks and balances mechanism on their institutional authority as the guardian of the constitution. Therefore, it has implications for strengthening the institutional authority of the said state institution and realizing the order of legal civilization and democracy in the 1945 Constitution as the state constitution which is the central point of the administration of the Indonesian state as a democratic law state

    The constitution is approved as a law capable of guaranteeing human rights and protection of the constitution and past coordination, as well as being the corpus of the administration of the rule of law entity itself. Regarding the state of Indonesia and the United States, if examined by these two countries, they have similarities in the form of republican government or presidential system of government. However, on the contrary, in the impeachment transition, the two countries appear to be dichotomous both formally and materially. Therefore, this scientific article discusses reviewing the impeachment provisions of the Presidents of the two countries who agree to develop agreements and principles in checks and balances in trying to actualize the value of the country\u27s legal justice. Therefore, in approving the discourse of research methods, descriptive-comparative methods are used with normative-philosophical and comparative-critical discussions. On that basis, this study discusses the practice of presidential impeachment in Indonesia to consider more legal justice, because it is through a legal process involving the Constitutional Court which implements practices in the United States that only involve the Senate and the House of Representatives which incidentally is a political institution.     The significance of the constitutional system of a legal state, including in Indonesia, is the existence of judicial authority. Imam al-Mawardi in the Book of al-Aḥkām al-Sulṭaniyyah has laid the basis for guiding practical values to exercise judicial power. The conceptual optimizations initiated in carrying out judicial power are improving the integrity of judges. The study in this study aims to find out and understand the political and legal dimensions of Imam al-Mawardi's perspective conceptually-constructively-analytically towards the judicial authorities in Indonesia. The theory used to analyze this study is state law theory, judicial theory, and the theory of interdetermination of politics and law. Whereas, in terms of methodology, descriptive-literal methods are used with philosophical, juridical, and political approaches. The results of the study show that Imam al-Mawardi in initiating the political and legal concepts of judicial power tended to aspects of strengthening judicial power. In the sense that judicial power has a quo status that must be accommodated for each state system. Whereas on the one hand, the judiciary in the state constitutional system has a connection with political and legal interdetermination. Then the conceptual implication of this research is that the judicial power in the country of Indonesia is contextually-accommodating in applying the concept initiated by Imam al-Mawardi on the political and legal dimensions of judicial power. On that basis, this research study can be used as a reference in the administration of judicial power in the State of Indonesia

    PENGARUH METODE LATIHAN SKIPPING ROPE TERHADAP HASIL LOMPAT JAUH GAYA JONGKOK PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 TAPUNG

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok yang dilakukan peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tapung padahal, lompat jauh ini merupakan cabang olahraga atletik tertua di dunia. Untuk memperbaiki hasil lompat jauh peserta didik diberikan sebuah latihan dengan metode skipping rope, dengan cara pelaksanaan peserta didik melakukan gerakan skipping rope selama satu menit kemudian istirahat satu menit dan kembali melakukan skipping rope selama satu menit. Metode penelitian ini adalah ekperimen dengan desain one group pretest and posttest design, teknik pengambilan data secara random sampling. Pengukuran yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan lompat jauh gaya jongkok sebanyak 3x dan lompatan terjauh yang diambil sebagai nilai akhir. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon test, paired Sampel T-test. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan output statistik “Test Statistics†diketahui Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Karena 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “terdapat perbedaan  signifikan skor pretest dengan skor posttestâ€. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian  ini ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode latihan skipping rope dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tapung

    Pemerintahan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sebagai wilayah sub-ordinat ketatanegaraan Indonesia yang keberadaannya berpijak dari sejarah berdirinya Kasultanan Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat berdasarkan Perjanjian Giyanti tahun 1755. Dalam perkembangannya, pemerintahan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta berproses dari tipe pemerintahan tradisional menjadi pemerintahan modern yang dilegalisasi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2012 tentang Keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Undang-undang a quo memuat legal affirmative yang berpijak pada artikulasi hukum atas sistem demokrasi sebagai entry point urusan keistimewaan Yogyakarta yang mencakup urusan tentang Gubernur dan/atau Wakil Gubernur (pengisian jabatan an sich), kelembagaan pemerintahan, kebudayaan, pertanahan, serta tata ruang. Kendatipun demikian, sistem demokrasi pemerintahan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam undang-undang a quo memuat watak individualistik; alih-alih universal, karenanya justru menguatkan soft democracy yang berimplikasi pada nir-konstruksi substantif demokrasi sehingga pelaksanaan urusan keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta kurang mengakomodasi kemaslahatan. Ihwal tersebut adalah cerminan ambiguitas normatif (geschidj van normen) atas sistem demokrasi yang melegitimasi urusan keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, oleh karenanya secara metodologis tesis ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif-doktrinal dalam spektrum social-legal disertai aspek pendekatan yuridis-normatif; pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Dalam teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan disertai teknik snowball. Adapun ihwal metode analisis penelitian menggunakan basis metode IRAC (Issue, Rule, Application, Conclution), sehingga metode analisisnya mencakup metode analisis konten, disertai teknik deskriptif hukum. Berdasarkan muatan permasalahan akademik dalam tesis ini, adalah penting untuk menelaah aktualitas urusan keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam perspektif maqasid asy-syariʻah. Karenanya peneliti berupaya melakukan telaah atas urusan keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam kerangka otonomi khusus; rekonstruksi sistem demokrasi dalam kerangka hikmat kebijaksanaan Pancasila melalui peninjauan konstitusionalitas Undang-Undang Keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia an sich. Konsep demokrasi yang dihasilkan dalam peninjauan konstitusionalitas mengarah kepada muatan maqasid asy-syariʻah cum-rechtsidee dalam sistem demokrasi urusan keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maqasid asy-syariʻah dalam sistem demokrasi pada dasarnya termuat di dalam urusan keistimewaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sepanjang sistem demokrasi a la Yogyakarta adalah demokrasi komunalistik berbasis hikmat kebijaksanaan disertai nilai local wisdom

    Law Number 13 of the Year 2012 on Yogyakarta Special Region’s privileges containing a legal affirmative democracy system leads to the weakening of democracy and has implications for non-substantive democracy. It furthermore reflects the normative ambiguity of the democratic system which legitimizes Yogyakarta’s privileged affairs. Therefore, this research aims to analyze Yogyakarta’s privileged affairs based on Islamic Law Eclecticism by reconstructing the democratic system in Law Number 13. Using the normative-doctrinal method accompanied by statutory and conceptual approaches, this research used the content analysis method and legal descriptive techniques. This research shows that the democratic system of DIY is crystallized and simultaneously presented in the form of the Trilogy of Yogyakarta Democratic Principles. Those consist of ngencengke oyot, ngencengke pang, and njagani godhong lan kembang. Based on this, the reconstruction of the democratic system of Yogyakarta’s privilege affairs leads to communal democracy as a form of revitalizing its privilege affairs. Besides, that trilogy, based on Islamic Law Eclecticisms, refers to the interconnection of maqâṣid al-syarī’ah cum-rechtsidee and al-‘urf. The reconstruction of the democratic system in Law Number 13 potentially revitalizes Yogyakarta’s privileged affairs by making local wisdom its core value
