Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk, dan Word of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Peternakan Sapi Handoko Agung Boyolali
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada peternakan sapi Handoko Agung Boyolali. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang konsumen peternakan sapi Handoko Agung Boyolali. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling atau pengambilan sampel dengan karakteristik tertentu dengan jumlah 70 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, dan studi Pustaka. Uji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji: multikolonieritas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan R2.Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua pernyataan mengenai harga, kualitas produk, word of mouth dan keputusan pembelian dinyatakan valid karena p-value 0,60. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel telah lolos uji multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi dan normalitas berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = Y = -0,180 + 0,258 X1 + 0,577 X2 + 0,457 X3. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa harga (X₁) kualitas produk (X₂) dan word of mouth (X₃) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada peternakan sapi Handoko Agung Boyolali. Hasil uji F diperoleh bahwa model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sudah tepat. Hasil uji R² menunjukkan besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap dependen sebesar 77,1% sisanya 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Spatially-localized time dependent solutions including turbulence and their interactions in 2D Kolmogorov flow
In 2D Kolmogorov flow in small aspect ratio domains, spatially-localized solutions such as kink, traveling or time-dependent kink-antikink pars coexist. However, the conservation of the flow rate in the y direction strongly restrict combination of localized solutions and their positioning. We find that by adding a homogeneous flow U y their positioning is controlled and each of localized solutions including a spatially-localized chaos is isolated. Numerical results suggest that these isolated solutions can be elements constructing a whole flow
Characteristics of overlap region in high-Reynolds number turbulent channel flow
Direct numerical simulation of the fully developed turbulent channel flows have been carried out at the Reynolds number based on the friction velocity and the channel half width, 2000, 4000 and 8000. A hybrid 10th order accurate finite difference scheme in the stream and spanwise directions, and a second-order scheme in the wall-normal direction is adapted as the spatial discretization method. We observed the plateau profiles in the indicator function corresponded to the von Karman constant. Furthermore, second peak of streamwise pre-multiplied spectra were appeared in the same wall normal height, 300 < y+ < 600, in case of Re = 4000. Nevertheless, the effects of the lager than the channel half height scale on the streamwise turbulent intensity are fixed contributions without dependence on Reynolds number. These results suggested that the new streamwise vortexes are formed between buffer layer and outer layer with increasing of Reynolds number

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Palapa Estate berlokasi di Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Palapa Estate. Dengan harapan agar hasil kinerja karyawan dapat mencapai target dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan masalah apakah Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Palapa Estate. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel bebas (x) budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan motivasi, sedangkan memiliki satu variabel terikat (y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah sampel 47 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan ,Kompetensi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Palapa Estate. Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,819 atau 81,9% berarti Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Palapa Estate sebesar 81,9% sementara sisanya sebesar 18,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

In June 2010, the Ortega y Gasset Foundation hosted a Conference about the “Spanish Philosophical Transition” in order to debate the book of Francisco Vázquez, La filosofía española. Herederos y Pretendientes. Una lectura sociológica (1963-1990), recently published. This paper is the author’s response to criticism raised in the Conference and to published reviews received by this book. First, the author summarized the argument of Herederos y pretendientes. Secondly he responds and takes into account the most important objections against the book’s hypothesis and methodology. Finally the author evaluates the favorable judgments received by the book and suggests the limits of the historian’s task.Fundación Ortega y Gasset-Marañó

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between organizational commitment, job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk. This research was carried out for three months since November 2016 until December 2016. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the employee at at PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk. The affordable population were all the production division employee at PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk with total 174 employee. Sampling techniques used was simple random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 114 respondents. Data performance (Y) is obtained by taking the data from the company and organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between organizational commitment with performance. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows tcount 9,701 > t1,6587. Job satisfaction partially effects on performance, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows t hitung 2,803 > t tabel tabel
1,6587. Organizational commitmen and job satisfaction effect on performance, it’s seen by data analysis that show F (3,08). The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 60,146 + 0,254 X1 + 0,066 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 hitung is 0,572 that’s means Organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) effects on performance (Y) amount 57,2% .
