Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh mental accounting, literasi keuangan, dan gaya hidup terhadap pengambilan keputusan keuangan mahasiswa Intake D3 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Andalas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pengujian hipotesis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mental accounting, literasi keuangan, dan gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan keuangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor psikologis dan sosial memainkan peran penting dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan individu. Selain itu, literasi keuangan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan keuangan

Di sisi lain, Pemerintah juga senantiasa berusaha untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyatnya guna menekan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi negara secara menyeluruh. Pembangunan di Indonesia sangatlah penting untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat. Pembangunan tidak akan tercapai apabila tidak ada kerja sama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, hal ini ditujukan agar pembangunan tersebut berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia. Dalam usaha mencapai tujuan tersebut, pemerintah merencanakan langkah-langkah persiapannya, mulai jangka pendek, menengah, hingga jangka pendek, yang meliputi perencanaan, pembiayaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan. Untuk menunjang kegiatan pembangunan secara menyeluruh tersebut, diperlukan dana yang besar guna mempertahankan dan menekan laju pertumbuhan pembangunan yang konsisten dan tentunya sesuai target. Salah satu sumber dana terbesar yang digunakan pemerintah adalah dari sektor pajak.
Pengertian pajak menurut Pasal 1 angka 1 dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 28 tahun 2007, pajak adalah kontribusi yang bersifat wajib untuk negara, terutang oleh orang pribadi atau badan, sifatnya memaksa diatur berdasarkan Undang-Undang, dengan tidak mendapatkan imbalan secara langsung dan digunakan untuk keperluan negara bagi sebesar-besarnya kemakmuran rakyat. Bentuk perwujudan dari kewajiban kenegaraan dan peran serta wajib pajak terhadap melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan yang ditujukan untuk pembangunan nasional dan pembiayaan negara adalah melalui pembayaran pajak secara jujur dan tepat waktu. This research is motivated by the transformation from novel, scenario to film. A novel that can be read for days transformed into a movie that lasted two hours will certainly be a lot of parts that are removed or added for the benefit of the film.
The purpose of this study is to look at the transformations that occur and find the similarities and differences between the novel and the film. This study uses structural theory with comparative literary approach, an approach in literature that does not produce its own theory, as its approach. The process of ejaculation Remember When from novel to film causes varied changes, disappearances, and addition. Based on the approach, the author can see the difference between the film as a result of adaptation with the novel as a literary work of origin.
The data sources in this research are novel Remember When by Winna Efendi, Scenario Remember When by Haqi Achmad, and a film by Fajar Bustomi. Acquisition of data that is intended in the form of intrinsic elements as a builder of literature that includes characters, background and groove. Acquisition of data by reading and recording which results are presented in the form of a description.
Remember When is one of Fajar Bustomi's films adapted from a novel of the same title, by Winna Efendi. Remember When is the fifth novel by Winna Efendi that talks about the high life side of high school teenagers.
The results of the novel analysis, scenario, and the Remember When movie show the existence of story alteration, alteration and background removal, replacement and disappearance of characters, the addition and omission of some events in the novel. However, the process of granularity does not change the outline of the story. The novel transformation to the film gives a new nuance to the work.

Abstrakt
W artykule przedstawiono zagrożenia związane z rewitalizacją ścieżki spacerowej na Winnej Górze w Ujściu. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na opady atmosferyczne, które są ważnym czynnikiem wpływającym na zainicjowanie ruchów masowych. Wskazano istniejący stan przekształceń rzeźby na Winnej Górze oraz przeanalizowano możliwe skutki realizacji przebudowy ścieżki w pierwotnym założeniu.

Abstract
The paper presents the risks associated with the revitalization of the walking path at Winna Góra (Vine Mountain) in Ujście. Particular attention was paid to the precipitation, which is an important factor in the initiation of mass movements. The existing state of transformation sculptures at Winna Góra and analyzed the possible effects of the implementation of the reconstruction of the path of the original premise was indicated.

Jogos e psicanálise: uma leitura de elementos da cultura ocidental em Alice Madness Returns
No full textA pesquisa reflete acerca dos jogos digitais enquanto produto e objeto da cultura construindo os elementos de sua constituição a partir do ponto de vista da psicanálise, tal como se sucedeu anteriormente com a literatura, o teatro e o cinema. Constrói seu percurso metodológico a partir da reflexão de Arlete dos Santos Petry, em "Heavy Rain ou o que Podemos Vivenciar com as Narrativas nos Jogos Digitais" (2011), na qual os jogos digitais e suas estruturas constituintes são pensados como agentes possibilitadores de experiências emocionais subjetivas e de reflexões fundamentais, tanto para os jogadores como para os desenvolvedores. Apresentará os conceitos e conteúdos delimitados pela psicanálise de base freudiana que podem estar presentes nos jogos digitais, aplicando-os sobre os elementos presentes em um jogo digital que tem por ponto de partida a Obra de Lewis Caroll, o jogo "Alice Madness Returns". Com base na relação entre os conceitos organizados pela psicanálise e o desenvolvimento do jogo realizado pelo desenvolvedor/autor, a pesquisa chega ao ponto de considerar os elementos presentes nos jogos digitais como estruturas simbólicas que fazem parte da cultura e da formação humana. Conclui pela necessidade de um estudo mais aprofundado das relações entre jogos, cultura, design e narrativa com os conhecimentos da psicanálise sobre a arte em geralThe research reflects about digital games as a product and object of culture construing the elements of its constitution from the psychoanalysis point of view as happened previously in the literature, the theater and the cinema. It construes its methodological course from Arlete dos Santos Petry reflection in "Heavy Rain or What We can Experience with Narratives in Digital Games" (2011), in which digital games and their constituent structures are thought of as enablers agents of subject emotional experiences and fundamental reflections, both for the players and for developers. I will present the concepts and content defined by Freudian Psychoanalysis base that may be present in digital games, applying them on the elements present in a digital game that starts as the point of the work of Lewis Carroll, the game "Alice Madness Returns". Based on the connexion between the concepts organized by Psychoanalysis and the development of the game performed by the developer/author, the search goes so far as to consider the elements present in the digital games as symbolic structures that are part of culture and human development. Particularly, the article anal-yses controversial point of views on the material objects and non-material objects and person within the definition of subject matter of the offence and proposed corresponding conclusions. Author analyzed opinions of various scientists from the Republic of Uzbekistan and other foreign states. On the basis of the specified opinions the author drew the corresponding logical conclusions. Author proposed to define subject matter of crime as a material and some non-material benefits that are subject to crime or criminal offenses for person who is guilty of committing an offense. Author notes that the crime must be differentiated from the weapon of crime and means of the crime.Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie zrozumienia przedmiotu przestępstwa we współczesnym orzecznictwie, w odejściu od klasycznego prawa karnego Republiki Uzbekistanu.
