berjudul “Buku Kontrak Bisnis: Dalam Dinamika Teoritis Dan Praktis” telah
berhasil di diselesai. Pengetahuan mengenai aturan hukum kontrak bisnis
baik berupa teori maupun prakteknya. Buku ini membahas mengenai
prinsip-prinsip yang terkait dengan penyusunan suatu kontrak bisnis baik
dalam perspektif konvensional maupun dalam perspektif Syariah.
Pengacara internal perusahaan (in house cousil) merupakan profesi yang
semakin menarik dewasa ini, peran dan kedudukan in house cousil dalam
penyusunan suatu kontrak yang dimulai dengan proses negosiasi hingga
pelaksanaan kontrak juga menjadi bahasan penting dalam buku ini yang
mana kiranya menjadi pengetahuan penting bagi mahasiswa fakultas
hukum.
Buku ini merupakan pengembangan dari Materi Kuliah Hukum
Kontrak Bisnis pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Malikussaleh. Buku ini
kiranya dapat menambah referensi yang dirasakan masih terbatas dan
bermanfaat kepada pembaca, terutama para mahasiswa yang mendalami
hukum kotrak, maupun praktisi dan akademisi serta stakeholders yang

Full text linkThis research was conducted to reveal the science process skills of pre-service physics teacher. There were 241 students (64 men and 177 women) were given the science process skills test. Overall average science process skills score of students at 48.88 with a low category. There are seven aspects of the science process skills were revealed. The average score of predicting 41.55; classifying 41.76; interpreting data 49.37; hypothesize 49.48; plan experiments 50.26; observing 50.34 and apply concepts 59.43. Science process skills of male did not differ significantly with female (sig. 0.717> 0.05). The physic education courses need to improve science process skills of students. Full text linkThis research aim to raise conceptual and procerural knowledge students through mathematical discouse approach. This study involving the students third semester of mathematic programme in Training and Education Faculty. To achieve goal, this study was used to action research method. Instrument in this study consist of observer worksheet and test. Result of this study show that (i) competency of conceptual knowledge was multiplying from 10,3 % (fisrt cycle) to 75,8 % (second cycle) in good or best category; (ii) competency of procedural knowledge was multiplying from 31,1 % (fisrt cycle) to 93 % (second cycle) in good or best category Key word: Conceptual knowledge, procedural knowledge
APLIKASI AKAD MUSYARAKAH PADA KREDIT PEMBIAYAAN PERUMAHAN
Full text linkABTRAK; Pembiayaan adalah penyediaan dana atau pemberian kredit yang dipersamakan dengan sesuatu berupa: transaksi bagi hasil, mudharabah dan musyarakah. Transaksi ijarah dan transaksi jual beli murabahah, merupakan transaksi yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Musyarakah sendiri merupakan transaksi penanaman modal antara dua orang atau lebih, yakni bank menyalurkan dana kepada pihak nasabah yang ingin mengembangkan usaha, sementara bank akan memperoleh keuntungan dari bagi hasil sesuai pendapatan usaha yang dikelola. Seharunya prinsip transaksi kredit produktif harus menggunakan msuarakat dalam aplikasi perbankan, dengan skema pembagian keuntungan dan kerugian dibagi bersama, sehingga timbul rasa adil. Tetapi dalam prakteknya transaksi perbankan banyak menggunakan mudharabah dan murabahah, karena belum adanya model aplikasi transaksi dengan musyarakah. Apalagi ada indikasi, bank atau pemilik modal enggan menanggung kerugian yang ditimbulkan dalam transaksi bisnis, sehingga skema yang digunakan adalah mudharabah dengan nisbah tetap. Padahal DSN MUI sudah memperbolehkan transaksi musyarakah sesuai nomor 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 tentang pembiayaan musyarakah, juga peraturan bank Indonesia No,9/19/PBI/2007 tentang peinsip syariah dalam penghimpunan dana dan penyaluran dana serta pelayanan jasa bank syariah

Full text linkAbstractThis research was conducted to reveal students' misconceptions about the photoelectric effect. There were 58 students (13 male and 45 female) who answered 12 diagnostic test questions in the form of multiple-choice with open reasons. Misconceptions revealed include the order in which the colors of the rainbow disrupt photon energy; light intensity is affected by frequency; electron emission will occur when the light intensity and frequency of light are changed even though the frequency of the light used is smaller than the cutoff frequency. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
