location of this study was in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Data sources through
interviews, observation, and documentation. The author seeks to explore the depth of data obtained from interviews
with respondents and make observations as primary data, secondary data obtained from guest tours of religious
tourism visitors, and data from the central statistical body. The results of this study, there are impacts on the socioeconomic conditions of the surrounding community, on income, employment opportunities, buildings, prices,
distribution of benefits, ownership and control and government revenues. On income not every day there are
significant changes. But on certain days, namely, maulid prophet, Haul, Imtihan, and Friday leg

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini : 1) Bagaimana gambaran model
Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas
VII MTs. Muhammadiyah Tanetea; 2) Bagaimana gambaran Motivasi Belajar
Siswa dalam pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VII MTs.
Muhammadiyah Tanetea; 3) Apakah ada pengaruh Model Discovery Learning
terhadap Motivvasi Belajar Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Muhammadiyah Tanetea pada
mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu?. Pendekatan yang dipilih dalam pelaksanaan
penelitian ini metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu bentuk penelitian
dengan menggambarkan proses penelitian yang dilakukan sedangkan jenis
penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Pre-Eksperimen yaitu penelitian
yang hanya menggunakan 1 kelas sampel sebagai objek penelitian. Populasi
penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 53 orang yang terdiri
atas 27 perempuan dan 26 laki-laki. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VII A
yang dipilih menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan teknik proportionate
stratified random sampling, yaitu teknik bila populasi mempunyai anggota/unsur
yang tidak homogen dan berstrata secara proposional, karena hasil belajar siswa
yang merata dan perbandingan jumlah siswa yang relatif hampir sama.
Selanjutnya pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, tes, dan
dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan statistik
inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Hal
ini sekaligus menjawab hipotesis H1 = Ada perbedaan positif Motivasi Belajar
siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model Discovery Learning dalam kegiatan
pembelajaran kelas VII MTs. Muhammadiyah Tanetea Kabupaten Jeneponto

LEGALITY OF THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S ACCUSATIONS REGARDING THE VERDICT OF CRIME OF CORRUPTION IN THE PALU STATE COURT
No full textThe formulation of the general prosecutor's indictment for the criminal act of corruption against fishing boats in Tolitoli Regency did not meet the formal requirements and material requirements which required careful, clear and complete details about the qualifications of the perpetrators (plegen, doen plegen, uitlokker) and the actions committed by the suspects (act) so that the prosecutor's charges become obscure (abscurs libels). Analysis of the texts proves that there is no correlation between the text, the meaning of the text and the context which qualifies the criminal acts alleged by the public prosecutor against the alleged perpetrators of corruption. In order to prevent formal cancellation of the indictment by the court, the public prosecutor in preparing the indictment must include a clear, accurate and complete description of the actions committed and not related to each other, incomplete and partial, especially material requirements so that the description of the public prosecutor is vague/obscure (obscuur libel) so that the charges are null and void and the court's decision is acquitted

Penelitian ini berlokasi di SD Negeri 1 Turatea Kabupaten Jeneponto dengan responden penelitian adalah Peserta didik SDNegeri 1 Turatea Kabupaten Jeneponto yang sedang mengikuti mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan dan Guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah-langkah pengembangan yang dikembangkan oleh Allesi dan Trollip yakni melalui langkah-langkah perencanaan (planning), desain (design), dan pengembangan (development). Uji coba produk dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kepada 2 orang ahli yakni ahli media dan ahli isi/materi dalam uji alpha untuk mengetahui bobot validitas produk media video pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan. Serta kepada kelompok kecil yakni 3 orang peserta didik, kelompok besar yakni 24 orang peserta didik semester 2 dan kepada guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan dalam uji betha untuk mengetahui bobot kepraktisan produk media video pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk media video pembelajaran yang valid dan praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan
