Then the trending feature is a feature to provide a good overview of the theme or invitation form. Agama Islam mengatur setiap segi kehidupan umatnya.
Mengatur hubungan seseorang hamba dengan Tuhannya yang biasa
disebut habluminallah dan mengatur pula hubungan dengan
sesamanya yang biasa disebut dengan habluminannas. Pada dasarnya,
manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan satu sama
lain untuk memnuhi kebutuhannya selama hidup di dunia. Hubungan
manusia sebagai makhluk sosial ini dikenal sebagai muamalah. Jual
beli termasuk salah satu kegiatan mu’amalah yang sangat penting
bagi kehidupan manusia. Jual beli merupakan pertukaran sesuatu
dengan sesuatu (yang lain). Kata lain dari Ba’i (jual beli) adalah al�tijarah yang berarti perdagangan. Seiring dengan perkembangan
zaman saat ini dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya, tidak menutup
kemungkinan seseorang itu akan melakukan kegiatan ekonomi untuk
menambah penghasilan seperti halnya jual beli. Kurban disembahkan
sebagai bentuk taqarrub pada Allah yaitu mendekatkan diri pada-Nya
sehingga tidak boleh diperjualbelikan sama halnya dengan zakat. Jika
harta zakat kita telah mencapai nishab (ukuran minimal dikeluarkan
zakat) dan telah memenuhi haul (masa satu tahun), maka kita harus
serahkan kepada orang yang menerima tanpa harus menjual padanya.
Jika zakat tidak boleh demikian, maka begitu pula dengan Kurban
karena sama-sama bentuk taqarrub pada Allah. Alasan lainnya lagi
adalah kita tidak diperkenakan memberikan upah kepada jagal dan
haul sembelihan Kurban. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah

Sifat penelitian ini yaitu bersifat Deskriftif Analitis. Yang
dimaksud dengan metode deskriftif adalah “suatu metode dalam
meneliti suatu objek yang bertujuan membuat deskripsi, gambaran
atau lukisan secara sistematis dan objektif, mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat�sifat, ciri-ciri, serta hubungan diantara unsur-unsur yang ada suatu
fenomena tertentu
Hasil penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah Tinjauan Hukum
Islam terhadap Praktik Jual Beli Hewan Kurban di Kelurahan Way
Dadi Baru menurut beberapa dalil hadist itu hukumnya mubah atau
boleh hal ini karena penerima daging kurban yakni masyarakat tidak
suka mengkonsumsi daging kurban terseabut sehingga daging kurban
mereka jual kepada pedagang agar uang hasil penjualan tersebur dapat
difungsikan dengan baik. Maka berdasarkan analisis yang telah
penulis lakukan hukum jual beli tersebut ialah mubah/boleh.

ABSTRACT
Islam regulates every aspect of the life of its people. Regulates a
servant's relationship with his God which is usually called
habluminallah and also regulates relationships with others which is
usually called habluminannas. Basically, humans are social beings
who need each other to meet their needs while living in the world.
This human relationship as a social being is known as muamalah.
Buying and selling is one of the most important mu'amalah activities
for human life. Buying and selling is an exchange of something for
something (another). Another word for Ba'i (buying and selling) is al�tijarah which means trading. In line with current developments in
meeting their needs, it is possible that someone will carry out
economic activities to increase their income, such as buying and
selling. Sacrifice is offered as a form of taqarrub to Allah, namely
getting closer to Him so that it cannot be bought and sold, just like
zakat. If our zakat assets have reached the nishab (the minimum
amount of zakat issued) and have fulfilled the haul (one year period),
then we must hand them over to the person who received them without
having to sell them. If zakat cannot be like that, then so is the sacrifice
because both are forms of taqarrub to Allah. Another reason is that
we are not allowed to pay wages to the butcher and haul for the
sacrifice. The problem in this research is how to practice buying and
selling sacrificial meat in the community of Way Dadi Baru Village,
Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung, and how to observe sharia
economic law regarding the practice of buying and selling sacrificial
meat in the community of Way Dadi Baru Village, Sukarame District,
Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to find out
observations. Sharia economic law regarding the practice of buying
and selling sacrificial meat in the people of the Way Dadi Baru
Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung.
The nature of this research is Descriptive Analytical. What is
meant by descriptive method is "a method of researching an object
which aims to create a systematic and purposeful description, picture

or painting, regarding the facts, properties, characteristics and
relationships between the elements that exist in a particular
phenomenon.
The results of the research in this thesis are an Islamic Law
Review of the Practice of Buying and Selling Sacrificial Animals in
Way Dadi Baru Village, according to several hadith arguments, the
law is permissible or permissible, this is because the recipients of
sacrificial meat, namely the community, do not like to consume
sacrificial meat, so they sell the sacrificial meat to traders. so that the
money from the sale can be used properly. So based on the analysis
that the author has done, the law of buying and selling is
mubah/permissible
PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENDATAAN TAMU UNDANGAN BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN QR CODE PADA EVENT ORGANIZER
Full text linkAt a wedding there is a guest book to fill in so that the party organizers find out who the guests are. The length of filling in the guest book makes the queue quite long. The purpose of this study is to design and build an application system for android guest-based data collection using the QR Code that is used to replace the guest book filling. The research begins by designing ERD and Activity Diagrams. Then it is implemented into two programming languages namely PHP and Kotline and MYSQL database. Based on the results of the study, the author has succeeded in building an android-based guest guest data collection system application using the QR Code.Pada suatu pesta pernikahan terdapat buku tamu untuk diisi agar penyelenggara pesta mengetahui siapa saja tamu yang datang. Lamanya pengisian buku tamu membuat antrian yang cukup panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun aplikasi sistem pendataan tamu undangan berbasis android menggunakan QR Code yang digunakan untuk mengantikan pengisian buku tamu tesebut. Penelitian diawali dengan merancang ERD dan Activity Diagram. Kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam dua bahasa pemograman yaitu PHP serta Kotline dan basis data MYSQL. Experiencing and Feeling Light Through Peter Zumthor's Architectural Works
Full text linkArchitecture is closely related to the experience of space that affects the behavior, feelings, and experiences of its users. When designing, architects can explore and engineer existing elements to enrich the space experience so that the designed building can interact and have an impact with its users. Peter Zumthor is one of the architects who is deeply immersed in the experience of space through the lighting produced when designing. Based on this, several designs by Peter Zumthor will be studied such as the Saint Benedict Chapel, Therme Vals, Kunsthaus Bregenz and Brother Klaus as case examples. This research was conducted using the theoretical framework of Poethics of Architecture: Theory of Design by Antony. C. Anthoniades, namely Tangible and InTangible Channel, which aims to explain the way architect Peter Zumthor in realizing his architecture through lighting engineering in order to realize the desire for experience that is raised in his design. It was found that Peter Zumthor took many approaches through lighting such as fantasy, metaphor, obscure, geometry, material and nature in each of his designs. Thus, it is concluded that Peter Zumthor conducts many negotiations and interpretations in these six aspects to produce an architectural work that has an impact on the feelings and experiences of each user
