Ada beberapa masalah yang berhubungan dengan minat belajar siswa terhadap pelajaran Matematika masih kurang, seperti ada beberapa siswa yang terlihat kurang konsentrasi dalam menerima pelajaran, berbicara sendiri saat pelajaran berlangsung, tidak mendengarkan guru yang sedang menjelaskan pelajaran sedangkan matematiaka mata pelajaran yang dimasukan dalam ujian nasional kurangnya minat siswa akan menghambat cita-cita siswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mana minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran matematika pada MI TPI Keramat Kecamatan Banjarmasin Kota Banjarmasin.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memakai metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV dan V Keramat Banjarmasin Kota Banjarmasi yang berjumlah 155 terdiri dari 65 laki-laki dan 87 perempuan pada MI TPI Keramat Kecamatan Banjarmasin Kota Banjarmasin Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumenter, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penarikan kesimpulan secara indukatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran matematika di MI TPI Keramat Banjarmasin Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur dikatakann tinggi dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran siswa, keaktifan mengerjakan tugas dan memperhatikan penjelasan guru dan cukup berminat dilihat dari keaktifan siswa dalam mencatat pelajaran. Dilihat dari keaktifa siswa dalam bertanya, keaktifan siswa dalam mengulang pelajaran, keaktifan siswa dalam membicarakan pelajaran dan keaktifan siswa dalam membaca pelajaran matematika, dapat dikatakan kurang berminat dalam belajar matematika

This research aims to determine whether there is influence between job involvement and job satisfaction toward turnover intention on employees of PT. Global Nikel Multiguna. This research was carried out for 3 months, started from February to May 2015. The method used is a survey method. The population in this research were all employees of PT. GLOBAL NIKEL MULTIGUNA, amounting 85 employees and researchers took samples used as many as 68 employees by using random sampling technique. The instrument used of obtain data on the variables X (Job Involvement), X 2 1 (Job Satitisfaction), and Y (Turnover Intention) was measured using questionnaire with Likert scale for X1 and Y, and using semantic differentials for X . Then the data was tested for the validity and reliability, analysis through multiple regression techniques and classical assumption. The hypothesis was tested with significant the
margin of error of 0.05 using t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed siginificant relationship between job involvement and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees with regression equation Y = 122.353 – 0.561X – 0.198X 2 . from the analysis of data, obtaining F count is 27.442 > Ft = 3.14. this means that the hypothesis that there is significant relationship between job involvement and job satisfaction on turnover intention ef employees received. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination for R 2 is 45.8% while remaining 54.2% is influence by other factors not examined. Based on the above results, it is advisable for the leader of the company to give freedom of speech to the employees and provide
corresponds salary whose contribute in the company in order to surpress levels of turnover intention on employees at the company.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

No full textPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji secara mendalam strategi komunikasi politik PKS dalam memenangkan pasangan Atbah Romin Suhaili dan Hairiah pada pemilukada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa strategi komunikasi politik PKS meliputi merawat ketokohan dan memantapkan kelembagaan, menciptakan kebersamaan dengan khalayak, serta dengan membangun konsensus. Atbah dikenal sebagai sosok tokoh agama yang sangat friendly, menerima keberagaman, dan berbudaya. Selain itu, Atbah mampu menciptakan suasana yang homofili yakni dengan membangun persamaan keyakinan, kepentingan, dan motivasi dengan masyarakat. Atbah adalah seorang orator ulung sehingga dapat dengan mudah mempengaruhi khalayak melalui pesan - pesan politik yang persuasif. Kemenangan Atbah - Hairiah pada pemilukada Kabupaten Sambas tahun 2015 lalu adalah kemenangan yang tak terduga, perolehan suara mereka jauh melampaui perolehan suara pasangan lainnya yakni Tony - Eka dan Juliarti - Hasanusi. Pasangan Juliarti - Hasanusi awalnya diprediksi dapat mendulang suara terbanyak, posisinya sebagai petahana menguntungkan dari tingkat popularitas, jaringan atau relasi yang lebih luas, serta dukungan politik yang sangat kuat karena diusung oleh partai besar pemenang pemilu tahun 2014. Atbah yang tidak memiliki track record dalam birokrasi mampu unggul dengan perolehan suara yang signifikan. Kemenangan pasangan ini adalah hasil kerja kolektif dari para partai pengusung lainnya yang tergabung dalam koalisi. PKS sebagai partai pengusung utama memegang andil yang sangat besar.
