Tujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: a.memberikan keterampilan untuk merancang WEB, b. meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu–ibu PKK di RW 10, Kelurahan Taman sari, dalam menggunakan WEB untuk kegiatan mempromosikan, memasarkan dan menjual produk barang dan jasa yang dimilikinya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mengadopsi pola pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan meliputi empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Pelatihan ini membantu peserta untuk memanfaatkan teknologi, khususnya internet untuk melakukan promosi, pemasaran dan penjualan produk-produk usaha yang mereka hasilkan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between Self Efficacy and Organizational Citizensship Behavior (OCB) on employees at PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek. The research was done for three months since May until July 2012. Survey method with correlational approach was used in this research. The population of this research are the employees PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek with 170 employees as limited population on Production Department and 114 employees as the sample and this research use simple random sampling. To get the X variable’s data, this research used the instruments which are measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. Y variable was also measured by questionarre using likert scale. The regression equality of this research is Y = 54,306 + 0,773X. The normality test by using liliefors table results Lcount = 0,0575 meanwhile the Ltable for sample of 114 = 0,0830, Because of Lcount Ftable 3,93, it can be proved that the regression equality is significant.. From the regression linearity test, got F table = 1,66 meanwhile F = 0,88. Because of F count (0,88) < F (1,66), it can be conclude that regression equality is linear. The coeficient correlation test of Product Moment results r table = 0,470. Then coeficient correlation test by using t-test results t (1,98). It can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between selfefficacy and OCB on the employees at PT Fujisei Plastik Seitek. Coeficient determination test results 22,11%. It is mean that 22,11% OCB on employees are influenced by self-efficacy and 77,89% are influenced by another factor

Usia remaja merupakan peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju dewasa sehingga remaja ingin diakui sebagai orang dewasa. Salah satu perilaku yang atau gaya hidup yang ditampilkan yaitu merokok. Remaja mulai merokok dari usia sekolah yaitu ketika duduk di kelas tujuh sampai Sembilan.
Berdasarkan keterangan WHO (World Health Organization) perokok yang memulai dari usia remaja memiliki resiko lebih tinggi. WHO juga menyebutkan setidaknya sebanyak 5,4% juta orang meninggal setiap tahunnya karena merokok. Sebanyak 30,4% orang Indonesia berusaha untuk berhenti merokok namun yang berhasil sebanyak 9,5%. Hal ini dikarekanakan banyak orang yang berhenti merokok dengan cara yang “kasar” atau memaksakan diri berhenti merokok.
Saat ini hipnoterapi merupakan salah satu terapi populer yang digunakan untuk mengurangi intensitas merokok. Penerapan teknik hipnoterapi memberikan efek terhadap peubahan perilaku merokok pada remaja di SMP Asy-syarifiyah yaitu berupa penurunan intensitas merokok dari kategori perokok ringan sampai perokok sedang dengan menghabiskan dua sampai 11 batang rokok perhari menjadi kategori ringan sampai sedang dengan menghabiskan nol sampai delapan batang rokok perhari.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif pre experimental design dengan bentuk one group pre-test post test design. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode analisis data statistik deskriptif. Statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskipsikan sampel dan tidak bermaksud untuk membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang mana dalam skipsi ini menggunakan angket terbuka, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan sistem komputer SPSS.

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
