Full text linkPresident Joko Widodo in tackling acts of bribery, finally issued Presidential Decree (Decree) number 87 Year 2016 About Clean Sweep Task Force on Illegal Payments. While in Islamic discourse, actually the act of illegal levies was known at the beginning of the development of Islam, this was later banned by the Prophet. By using the theory of takhrij, the author examines the hadiths related to illegal levies (al-Maks), using descriptive-analytic as the knife of analysis. From the various hadiths put forward, it can be said that acts of extortion include major sins, so that the perpetrator will not enter heaven, and he will go to hell. The severity of the sentence was caused by the act of illegal levies in which there was an element of injustice. As for the link between illegal levies and acts of corruption, that acts of illegal collection are part of acts of corruption in which there is an element of injustice. Both perpetrators of illegal levies and corruption, both of which are classified as people will not enter heaven
Reception of The 'Maulid Nabi' Hadith in the Pangkep Community South Sulawesi (Study of Baku Tradition in Balang Caddi Island)
Full text linkThis article discusses the reception of hadith as the basis for the Baku tradition in the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday by the people of Balang Caddi Island. It based on the thesis that in human reception of religious texts there is an informative and performative side. In this context, the hadith of love for the Prophet can be seen from an informative and performative perspective. From an informative point of view, the hadith about the love of the Prophet implies that those who love the Prophet Muhammad will be with the Prophet in Heaven. Meanwhile, from a performative perspective, the community implement the Maulid tradition as was done by the people of Balang Caddi Island. This performative side constantly undergo transmission and transformation from one place and time to another. To understand it, the author makes analytical observations, namely observing and experiencing the celebration of the Baku tradition. The result of this research is that the Birthday of the Prophet among the people of Balang Caddi Island is an effort to maintain the transmission of the values of love to Allah and the Prophet Muhammad in the form of the Baku tradition. As a form of transformation, the Baku tradition in the Prophet's Birthday among the Community includes the Prophet's Birthday night at the Darul Dakwah Wal Irsyad School, and the Prophet's Birthday at the Darus Sa'adah Mosque, as well as the Pabagang context related to the time and form of the Prophet's Birthday celebration.This article discusses the reception of hadith as the basis for the Baku tradition in the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday by the people of Balang Caddi Island. Artikel ini membahas resepsi hadis yang dijadikan dalil atas tradisi Baku dalam perayaan Maulid Nabi oleh masyarakat Pulau Balang Caddi. Hal ini berangkat dari tesis bahwa dalam resepsi manusia terhadap teks Agama, terjadi sisi informatif dan performatif. Dari sini, hadis tentang kecintaan kepada Nabi dapat dilihat dari sisi informatif dan performatif. Pada sisi informatif, hadis tentang kecintaan kepada Nabi mengandung pemahaman bahwa orang yang mencintai Nabi Muhammad akan bersama Nabi di dalam Surga. Sementara dari sisi performatif, masyarakat melahirkan tradisi-tradisi Maulid, sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Pulau Balang Caddi. Sisi performatif ini senantiasa mengalami transmisi dan transformasi dari satu tempat dan waktu ke tempat dan waktu lainnya. Untuk memahami hal-hal tersebut, penulis melakukan observasi-analitis, yakni mengamati dan mengalami secara analisis dari tradisi Baku tersebut. Adapun hasil dari artikel ini adalah Maulid Nabi di kalangan Masyarakat Pulau Balang Caddi merupakan upaya mempertahankan transmisi nilai atas kecintaan kepada Allah dan Nabi Muhammad dalam bentuk tradisi Baku. Sebagai bentuk transformasinya, tradisi Baku dalam Maulid Nabi di kalangan Masyarakat tersebut meliputi Malam Maulid Nabi di Sekolah Darul Dakwah Wal Irsyad, dan Hari Maulid Nabi di Masjid Darus Sa’adah, serta konteks Pabagang yang saling terikat dengan waktu dan bentuk perayaan Maulid Nabi tersebut
Bacaan Alquran Orang dengan Hambatan Bicara: Perspektif Kelisanan Alquran
Full text linkThis article discusses the reading of the Quran by those having speech impediments. This topic has yet to be studied in the study of persons with disabilities and in the study of the Koran. Reading the Quran is an important part a Muslim’s life, including people with speech impediments. Using the analytical-descriptive method, the study answers the question what is the position of people with speech impediments in the context of reading the Qur\u27an properly and correctly? This article argues that the readings of people with speech impediments should be accepted, not as a rukhsah, as they have their own way of reading based on the oral side of the Qur\u27an. This article redefines the reading of the Quran and criticizes the standardization of good and correct reading of the Quran which has neglected the condition of people with speech impediments. As an oral text, the reading of the Koran is based on the voice of the reader, not on the clarity of the sound of the letters.
Artikel ini membahas bacaan Alquran bagi orang dengan hambatan bicara, dengan menggunakan perspektif kelisanan Alquran. Topik ini masih luput dikaji dalam kajian penyandang disabilitas maupun kajian Alquran. Padahal, membaca Alquran menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan seorang muslim, termasuk orang dengan hambatan bicara. Menggunakan metode deskripsi-analitis, kajian menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana kedudukan orang dengan hambatan bicara dalam konteks membaca Alquran dengan baik dan benar? Melalui deskripsi dan analisis terhadap bacaan Alquran, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa bacaan orang dengan hambatan bicara yang sebelumnya dipandang sebagai bacaan yang mendapat rukhsah atau functional reception, mempunyai cara baca tersendiri dengan berlandaskan pada sisi kelisanan Alquran. Artikel ini melakukan redefinisi terhadap bacaan Alquran dan mengkritik standarisasi bacaan Alquran yang baik dan benar yang telah mengabaikan kondisi orang-orang dengan hambatan bicara. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Semiotics Integration in Understanding Story on Al Qur’an (Applying Narrative Theory of A.J Greimas towards the Story of the People of the Garden on QS. Al Qalam 17-32)
Full text linkAiming to discuss the reading of semiotics in revealing the understanding story on Al Qur’an, this paper applies the narrative theory by A.J. Greimas on the story of the people of the Garden on QS. Al Qalam 17-32. This paper discusses the story due to the lack of research discussing about it, not limited to semiotics study. In fact, the story contains moral values that need to be elaborated. Therefore, starting from the assumption that the Qur'an through the story of the people of the garden has a moral ideal mission for mankind– especially Muslims, including both understanding within themselves and departing from outside scholar, this paper aims to prove the importance of the presence of stories in Al Qur'an through the integration of science outside Islam, namely semiotics. Full text linkAbstract: This article aims to show the important role (contribution) of the film world in grounding the teachings of Islam through the sharah of hadith in the modern era (millennial), in this case it will focus on the film "CintaShubuh" on the YouTube channel Film Maker Mulim. The film "CintaShubuh" departs from the hadith of the Virtues of Shubuh prayer (HR. Bukhiri-Muslim), as shown at the beginning of the screening. The sharah of hadith in this film is carried out by displaying the Problem-Solving pattern, by making love issues a problem, a common issue among youth. As for the Shubuh prayer in congregation is the solution to the various problems of romance in the film. Film “Cinta Shubuh” berangkat dari hadis keutamaan salat shubuh (HR. Bukhiri-Muslim), sebagaimana ditampilkan pada awal penayangannya. Syarah hadis dalam film ini dilakukan dengan menampilkan pola Problem-Solving, yang menjadikan isu percintaan sebagai isu yang marak terjadi di kalangan pemuda. Salat Shubuh berjamaah menjadi solusi atas berbagai problem percintaan dalam film tersebut. Artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan sekaligus menganalisis bagaimana hadis keutamaan salat shubuh mendapat syarah dalam film “Cinta Shubuh”. Living Qur’an Dalam Studi Qur’an Di Indonesia (Kajian Atas Pemikiran Ahmad Rafiq)
No full textAhmad Rafiq is well-known as a Living Qur'an expert in Indonesia, in fact he is referred to as one of the main initiators. However, in the course of the study of Living Qur'an, none of Ahmad Rafiq's works became references in Living Qur'an's literature, including the Living Qur'an ontology book and Hadith from UIN Sunan Kalijaga (2007) and Ubaydi's book (2019) ). Whereas Ahmad Rafiq's Living Qur'an idea was seen in his work in 2004. Therefore, this article aims to discuss what and how Ahmad Rafiq's Living Qur'an perspective, here will also position the Living Qur'an between text studies and sociology-anthropology. Through descriptive-analytical-interpretative analysis, this article concludes that the phenomenon of Living Qur'an has existed since the era of the Prophet, this phenomenon can be found throughout the development of Muslims from time to time, both in the initial environment of the emergence of the Qur’an (Arabic) let alone outside, Indonesia for example. Ahmad Rafiq himself emphasized the reading of transmission and transformation in the study of the Living Qur'an, which contains synchronous reception values in diachronic reception form from time to time.
