    Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah proses pelaksanaan kegiatan produksi, yang mengalami hambatan dalam pembagian kereja yang kurang baik, sebagai upaya mengoptimalkan produksi pada Konveksi Al-Anfas Collection. Disinilah pentingnya pembagian kerja bagi perusahaan yang dapat memberikan penjelasan bagi para karyawan untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan baik sesuai dengan beban kerja yang menjadi tanggung jawab, sehingga proses organisasi dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) menganalisis sistem pembagian dan spesialisasi kerja di Konveksi Al-Anfas Collection Desa Hadipolo Jekulo Kudus 2) menganalisis usaha optimalisasi produksi melalui pembagian dan spesialisasi kerja di Konveksi Al-Anfas Collection Desa Hadipolo Jekulo Kudus Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode naturalistik. Pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi yang diperoleh dari responden yang terkait dengan penelitian dan analisis datanya menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, dari hasil penelitian di atas maka analisis mengenai optimalisasi produksi melalui pembagian dan spesialisasi kerja untuk meningkatkan optimal produksi di Konveksi Al-Anfas Collection Desa Hadipolo Jekulo Kudus Sistem pembagian dan spesialisasi kerja di Konveksi Al-Anfas Jekulo kudus dengan penempatan kerja dan beban kerja. beban karyawan belum semaksimal mungkin dalam meningkatkan produksi, masih adanya jabatan rangkap dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab hal ini dapat menyebabkan hasil pekerjaan yang dicapai kurang maksimal karena terkonsentrasi karyawan akan bercabang. Dengan penempatan kerja yang baik serta sesuai dengan bidang ketrampilan yang dimiliki karyawan akan meningkatkan kualitas produksi. Usaha optimalisasi produksi melalui pembagian dan spesialisasi kerja di Konveksi Al-Anfas Collection Desa Hadipolo Jekulo Kudus dilakukan dengan menciptakan karyawan yang berkualitas diberi pelatihan dan cara praktek langsung, sehingga sumber daya manusia bisa mengaplikasikan sendiri.     This article describes the characteristics of language usage in badminton sport at MA AlIrsyad Gajah Demak. The use of language in badminton also has its own characteristic thatis different from the term on other sports. The use of language in badminton a lot of influencefrom the English language. Therefore, research on the use of language in badminton needs tobe done to solve linguistic problems in this sport. In this study used the method of presentingthe results of data analysis informally. The method of informal presentation is theformulation with ordinary words even with technical terminology.     Pendidikan karakter dalam islam biasa dikenal dengan pendidikan akhlak. Pendidikan akhlak tersebut sudah diperkenalkan oleh Allah SWT melalui perilaku Rasulullah SAW. pada universitas bercorak islami seperti Universitas Wahid Hasyim. Universitas yang tidak hanya berfokus pada ilmu pegetahuan semata namun juga menanamkan karakter islami Ahlussunah Wal Jama’ah guna menunjang kemampuan hardskill serta softskill mahasiswanya untuk mempersiapkan kebutuhan dan persaingan pada era mendatang. Sejalan dengan prinsip NU yang telah merumuskan beberapa prinsip dalam hal mengantisipasi persoalan sosial keagamaan, yaitu tasamuh (toleran), tawazun (seimbang/harmoni), tawasut (moderat), ta’adul (keadilan), dan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Sejalan dengan prinsip tersebut penelitian ini mengupas tentang bagaimana penerapan atau implementasi pendidikan karakter islam dalam kelas bahasa Inggris. Diketahui bahwa bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa universal. Bahasa yang dimiliki oleh barat, sehingga bahasa tersebut akan secara tidak langsung akan terpengaruh oleh budaya barat. Oleh karenanya, misi universitas wahid hasyim yang Ahlussunah Wal Jama’ah dan mempertimbangkan akhlak dari Rasulullah, peneliti menggabungkan karakter tersebut untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh penggunaan pendidikan karakter Islam pada universitas wahid hasyim. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dosen telah menerapkan pendidikan karakter Islam dalam kelas bahasa Inggris.  Sehingga mahasiswa mendapatkan karakter islam dalam kelas yang sejalan dengan misi universitas. Namun, pendidikan karakter islam yang diterapkan oleh dosen saat ini masih berbeda-beda dalam penyampaian, sehingga hasilnya juga berbeda. Hal inilah yang mendasari peneliti memberikan Focus Group Discussion yang kemudian disepakati untuk pertemuan rutin sebelum semester dimulai. Kemudian dosen-dosen juga menginginkan kolaborasi pembuatan modul yang sesuai dengan karakter Islam yang ada di lingkup universitas wahid hasyim.  Sehingga tidak ada perbedaan penyampaian dan hasil dari penerapan pendidikan karakter islam dalam kelas bahasa Inggris

    This study was to investigate the students’ Ability in writing a narrative text, to apply CIRC in teaching learning activity to improve students’ from aspect: Content, Organization, Vocabulary, grammar, and mechanic. In conducting this study, the researcher collected data from students of 8th grade, MTs Negeri Kudus in the academic year 2010/2011. The method of data collection used here were observation, and test. The data were obtained by employing test, and observation. The test used to measure students’ proficiency in writing narrative text. Mean while, the observation was administered to know the students’ engagement during the teaching. In order to investigate the students’ responses towards the teaching and learning by means of CIRC. Then, the result of the observation was interpreted. Hopefully, the teacher of English subject can be more creative in creating the new idea to teach English writing. This research was done in three phases; pre-test, teaching learning activity by using CIRC consisted of three cycles. The topic of pre-test was daily activity because the students had been familiar with them, the topic of first cycle was Beauty and The Beast, the topic of second cycle was The Stingy and Generous, the topic of third cycle was Takatuliang the Woodcarver. In the pre test, the average of the students’ achievement was 35.8, the average of students’ test result in the first cycle was 54, 25, the average of students’ test result in the second cycle was 76,3, the average of students’ test result in the third cycle was 80,6. So that, there is an improvement before and after students get the teaching. Students improve their writing efficiently and effectively by using CIRC. The advantage of CIRC is students know that one’s performance is generally caused by oneself and one member of a team. This method give much time to students to be active in the English teaching and learning process Beside that, they can develop critical thinking and learn to solve the problem. They feel proud and jointly celebrate when a group member is recognized for achievement. In the other hand, CIRC has disadvantages they are this teaching need a long time from the preparation, acting and evaluating. The class’s condition becomes crowded.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Kedua, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner atau angket yang disebarkan secara langsung pada 82 Mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah IAIN Kudus angkatan 2016-2017. Adapun pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling (acak). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program olah data SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha

    AbstractIn order to realize the ideals of education required appropriate learning. Reality has not been a student-centered learning. The results of interviews of teachers and students gained student learning outcomes is low because students are less enthusiastic and active role in the learning process. The condition can be pursued through Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model with Quick and Smart which requires students to learn and understand the material. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of TGT aided Quick and Smart about Things in the Classroom material and learningoutcomes in one of state elementary school in Semarang. This study uses pretest-posttest control group design. Sample used are class VA (experimental class) and VB (control group). Sampling using random cluster sampling. The results showed experiment class is more active than control class, more than 80% experimental class students’s activity was high, posttest experimental class’s average was better than control class, N_gain class experimental’s score was high, achieved more than 80% of students posttest experimental group gained value ≥75. These results were confirmed by students and teachers response to learning model applied. Based on this research can be concluded that TGT aided Quick and Smart is effective to increase students’ activity and their learning outcome about Things in the Classroom.Keywords: Activity, Learning Result, Things in the Classroom, TGT Quick and Smar

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
