No full textKedatangan Islam di Tanah Melayu telah mendukung berlakunya perubahan-perubahan asasi yang membawa impak besar dalam pembaharuan sistem kehidupan masyarakat Melayu. Pembaharuan ini tidak terlepas daripada tanggungjawab para ulama, di Kalimantan Barat terdapat tiga tokoh utama iaitu Ahmad Khatib al-Sambasi (1802-1879), Muhammad Basuni Imran (1885-1953), dan Guru Haji Isma‟il Mundu (1870-1960) yang telah berperanan dalam penyebaran Islam di kawasan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan sejarah dan perkembangan Islam di Kalimantan Barat, biografi ulama-ulama Kalimantan Barat yang popular pada abad ke-19 dan 20, menghuraikan pembinaan dan karakteristik jaringan ulama Kalimantan Barat pada abad ke-19 dan 20 dengan kawasan luar serta sumbangannya dalam pemikiran hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggabungkan metode kesejarahan (historical method) dan kepustakaan (library research). Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan multi analisis iaitu induktif, deduktif, content analysis dan explanation building. Kajian ini telah mendapati empat saluran utama dalam sejarah dan perkembangan Islam di Kalimantan Barat iaitu saluran tasawuf ( tasawuf channel), saluran sosial (social channel), saluran politik (political channel) dan saluran ekonomi dan perdagangan (economic chanel) serta biografi dan jaringan ulama Kalimantan Barat yang popular pada abad ke-19 dan 20. Jaringan ulama Kalimantan Barat pada abad ke-19 dan 20 telah wujud terbina melalui tradisi keilmuan Islam (rihlah ‟ilmiyyah) dengan dua bentuk pola hubungan, vertikal dan horizontal, dan empat corak utama, intelektual, ketokohan, organisasi tarekat dan politik pada abad ke-20. Idea utama kandungan jaringan pada abad ke-19 adalah rekonsiliasi (islah) dan sikap saling mendekatkan (reapproachement) antara tasawuf dengan syariah, manakala di abad ke-20 mengalami tranformasi dalam media, institusi, keilmuan bersifat universal, purification (pemurnian ajaran) dan tasawuf moden yang menjadi kesinambungan neo-sufism. Jaringan ulama Kalimantan Barat pada abad ke-19 dan 20 telah memberikan sumbangan ke atas pemikiran hukum Islam dalam empat aspek utama, maqasid al-Shari‟ah, siyasah shar‟iyyah, neo-sufism dan fiqh tempatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hasil Analisis Manajemen Perwasitan Persatuan Bolabasket (PERBASI) Pengurus Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Respondenya adalah pengurus 10 orang, pelatih 10 orang, wasit 10 orang dan atlet 10 orang teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif frekuensi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan pengurus, perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 70%, dikategorikan baik, 2) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan pelatih perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 70% dikategorikan baik, 3) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 70%, dikategorikan baik, dan 4) Manajemen perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengggerakan dan pengawasan perencanaan atlet perwasitan PERBASI pengprov Sulawesi Selatan yaitu sebesar 80%, dikategorikan baik.

This study aims to determine: the results of arbitration Management Analysis refereeing Basketball Association (PERBASI) Administrators of South Sulawesi Province. This study is a qualitative research. Respondens is a administrators of 10 people, 10 coaches, 10 referees and athletes 10 data analysis techniques used in this study is a descriptive analysis of frequency.
The results showed that: 1) Planning management, organizing, actuing and monitoring administrators refereeing PERBASI pengprov South Sulawesi in the amount of 70%, considered good, 2) Planning management, organizing, actuing and monitoring coaches refereeing PERBASI pengprov South Sulawesi which is 70%, well categorized, 3) Planning management, organizing, actuing and monitoring referees refereeing PERBASI pengprov South Sulawesi in the amount of 70% , considered good, and 4) Planning management, organizing, actuing and monitoring athletes refereeing PERBASI pengprov South Sulawesi in the amount of 80%, well categorized.

Computational fluid dynamics analysis of a modified Savonius rotor and optimization using response surface methodology
No full text This article aims to present a two-dimensional parametric analysis of a modified Savonius wind turbine using computational fluid dynamics. The effects of three independent parameters of the rotor, namely, shape factor, overlap ratio, and tip speed ratio on turbine performance were studied and then optimized for maximum coefficient of performance using response surface methodology. The rotor performance was analyzed over specific domains of the parameters under study, and three-variable Box-Behnken design was used for design of experiment. The specific parametric combinations as per design of experiment were simulated using ANSYS Fluent®, and the response variable, coefficient of performance (Cp), was calculated. The sliding mesh model was utilized, and the flow was simulated using Shear Stress Transport (SST) k − ω model. The model was validated using past experimental results and found to predict parametric effects accurately. Minitab® and ReliaSoft DOE++® were used to develop regression equation and find the optimum combination of parameters for coefficient of performance over the specified parametric domains using response surface methodology. </jats:p

This project is made to fulfil our main objectives which is to investigate on how every component works in a complete circuit, to analyses the circuit design and also to understand its function , finally to carry out a simulation and determine a faults if any. The main component of this project is the sensor. A motion sensor and a passive infrared sensor, and also a micro controller which will be discussed thoroughly in the next chapter of this report. Thus, this project is very helpful as they are equipped with technology equipped devices yet it is still easy to handle and effective for a smart house
