Globalisering og medborgerskab:Teorien om alt, krimi og global eksistentialisme
No full textHer tager jeg først et blik på begrebet medborgerskab, hvor jeg vil berøre, hvordan de traditionelle, nationale medborgerskabskonceptioner ikke på samme måde giver mening i en globaliseret verden. Dernæst illustrerer jeg problematikken ved hjælp af Lene Andersens såkaldte ”teori om alt”, der kan give nogle perspektiver på, hvordan vi skal forstå individet, samfundet og rettigheder i en global sammenhæng. Det giver anledning til at se på enkelte korte eksempler i tidens populære krimifiktion, hvor velfærdsdebatten ser ud til at have fået en ny drejning, der netop har at gøre med globaliseringens udfordringer over for primært velfærdssamfundet. Slutteligt fremhæver jeg de kritiske punkter og mulighedsaspekter, som krimifiktionen hos Arne Dahl og Gunnar Staalesen og den globale eksistentialisme hos Lene Andersens fremsætter.</p

No full textKrimifiktionen har en særegen tilknytning til den verden, som den er en del af. Men samtidig etablerer den sig også på baggrund af nogle yderst diegetiske komponenter, der forstås ud fra nogle fiktionsteoretiske teorier. Det betyder, at krimifiktionen – i sit mere samfundskritiske format – fungerer på én gang selvberoende og selvnedbrydende, idet den på samme tid formår at opretholde en kritisk forbindelse til en kontekstuel verden og selvgyldig fiktionsverden. Den tankegang vil blive appliceret på krimifiktionen generelt, men især vil det give anledning til at se nærmere på nedslag i Gunnar Staalesens forfatterskab

Pseudo-differential operators with isotropic symbols, Wick and anti-Wick operators, and hypoellipticity
No full textWe study the link between ilidos and Wick operators via the Bargmann transform. We deduce a formula for the symbol of the Wick operator in terms of the short-time Fourier transform of the Weyl symbol. This gives characterizations of Wick symbols of ilidos of Shubin type and of infinite order, and results on composition. We prove a series expansion of Wick operators in terms of anti-Wick operators which leads to a sharp Garding inequality and transition of hypoellipticity between Wick and Shubin symbols. Finally we show continuity results for anti-Wick operators, and estimates for the Wick symbols of anti-Wick operators.(c) 2022 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier Masson SAS. Hvilke utfordringer har fire skoleledere i arbeidet med pedagogisk utviklingsarbeid?
No full textGjennom forskning, både nasjonalt og internasjonalt og gjennom styringsdokumenter og
satsninger framkommer viktigheten av ledelse tydelig. Det er gjennom utøvelse av god
ledelse at den kollektive læringskulturen skal blomstre og bidra til en transformativ
ledelseskultur som vises i alle ledd i organisasjonen. Dette studiet har tatt fir seg hvilke
utfordringer fire rektorer i en kommunen opplever i arbeidet med utviklingsarbeid. Det er et
kvalitativt studie med en fenomenologisk tilnærming. Studiet bygger på forskningsintervju fra
fire rektorer i grunnskolen.
Studiet bygger på en sosialkonstruktivistisk forståelse der kunnskap og ledelse sees på som
sosial konstruert i interaksjonen mellom mennesker. Praksisarkitekturene til Kemmis og
Grootenboer er valgt som teoretisk rammeverk og hovedteori. Den teoretiske tilnærmingen er
valgt for å belyse hvordan koblingen mellom teori og praksis er av betydning for utøvelse av
ledelse. Studiens hovedfunn peker på at ledelsespraksis i de fire skolene kjennetegnes
språkets betydning for hvorvidt man klarer å nå mål for utviklingsarbeidet. Studien
argumenterer for at en ledelse av utviklingsarbeid krever oversetterkompetanse fra teori til
handling og fra materielle forhold utenfor skolen som har betydning for elevens læring.
Denne tilnærmingen viser til hvordan språklig tilstedeværelse gjennom samtaler og refleksjon
i organisasjonens sayings opprettholder fokus på utviklingsarbeid og hvordan deltakelse i
lærernes læring legger til rette for kollektive læringsprosesser, doings. Til slutt kan man spore
hvordan ledelse preget av tillit og distribuering av makt har betydning for organisasjonens
relatings.
Implikasjoner for videre forskning vil være å undersøke hvordan et felles faglig språk vil
kunne føre til økt profesjonsutvikling for både ledere og lærere.

and initiatives, the importance of leadership becomes clear. It is through the exercise of good
leadership that the collective learning culture should flourish and contribute to a
transformative leadership culture that is displayed at every stage of the organization. This
study has addressed the challenges that four principals in a municipality experience in their
work on development work. It is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The
study is based on research interviews from four principals in primary school.
The study is based on a social constructivist understanding where knowledge and leadership
are viewed as socially constructed in the interaction between people. The practice
architectures of Kemmis and Grootenboer have been chosen as a theoretical framework and
main theory. The theoretical approach is chosen to illustrate how the link between theory and
practice is important for the exercise of leadership. The study's main findings point to the fact
that management practices in the four schools characterize the importance of the language for
whether one can achieve goals for development work. The study argues that a leadership of
development work requires translator competence from theory to action and from material
matters outside the school that are important to student learning. This approach demonstrates
how linguistic presence through conversations and reflection in the organization's sayings
maintains focus on development work and how participation in teacher learning facilitates
collective learning processes, doings. Finally, one can trace how leadership characterized by
trust and the distribution of power has an impact on the organization's relationships.
Implications for further research will be to examine how a common academic language could
lead to increased professional development for both managers and teachers.

Structured approach to design of diagnostic test evaluation studies for chronic progressive infections in animals
No full textDiagnostic test evaluations (DTEs) for chronic infections are challenging because a protracted incubation period has to be considered in the design of the DTE, and the adverse effects of infection may be widespread and progressive over an animal's entire life. Frequently, the specific purpose of the test is not formally considered when a test is evaluated. Therefore, the result is often a DTE where test sensitivity and specificity estimates are biased, either because of problems with establishing the true infection status or because the test detects another aspect of the infection (and analyte) than originally intended. The objective of this paper is to outline a structured approach to the design and conduct of a DTE for diagnostic tests used for chronic infections in animals, and intended for different purposes. We describe the process from reflections about test purpose and the underlying target condition through considerations of the pathogenesis, and specification of a practical case definition, which can subsequently be used in the DTE for the specific purpose. The process is illustrated by two examples of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) infections in cattle. MAP infections are chronic and can result in different adverse effects at different time points during the incubation period. Diagonal double Kodaira structures on finite groups
No full textWe introduce some special presentations on finite groups, that we call
"diagonal double Kodaira structures" and whose existence is equivalent to the
existence of some special Kodaira fibred surfaces, that we call "diagonal
double Kodaira fibrations". This allows us to rephrase in purely algebraic
terms some results about finite Heisenberg groups, previously obtained in the
recent work of the author with A. Causin, and makes possible to extend them to
