Premessa a Per d’Arco Silvio Avalle, «Le forme del canto». Interventi di Lino Leonardi, Pietro G. Beltrami, Maria Sofia Lannutti, Arnaldo Soldani
This collection of essays on medieval poetic metres, edited by Maria Sofia Lannutti following the arrangement conceived by its author, confirms the importance of d'Arco Silvio Avalle's metrical studies. Key issues are the relationship between metrical structure and music in the texts dating back to the origin of romance literatures, the multi-perspective complexity of the approach, and the exemplarity of the methodology used. © 2019 Societa Editrice il Mulino. Architecture by Italian Designers and Builders in Buenos Aires. Knowledge and Valorisations of the Heritage.
Between 1880 and 1930 more than two million of Italians migrate in Argentina and the presence between them of designers, technicians, foremen, and builders contribute to the birth of a huge number of buildings, characterized by a common "Italianizante" architectonical matrix, that can be seen nowadays in the city, which in those years was making the transformations linked to its new role of Capital of the young federal republic.
These buildings belong to a heritage spread throughout the city and characterized by typological variety and high architectural-stylistic quality, but made fragile not only by weak protection politics in force until few years ago, but also by its condition of diffusion, which have impeded its valorisation and identification.
This work is the set of census, classification, survey and description, made since 2015, of residential buildings, Italian associations’ headquarters and schools, and it has the purpose to give support to the protection and valorisation of this heritage, helping also the cultural tourism
Relationship between soil physicochemical characteristics and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in agricultural soils of the Atlántico department, Colombia
Microbial richness of agricultural soils is an indicator of its health and fertility with a significant impact on crop yields. Present study analyzed the relationship between nitrogen-fixing bacteria and physicochemical characteristics of agricultural soils in the southern department of Atlántico, Colombia. Soil samples were collected from 10 sites of Repelón irrigation district, for physicochemical analysis (pH, organic matter, texture, moisture and available phosphorus) and isolation of nitrogen-fixing bacterial’ strains using nitrogen-free culture media. Results demostrated the higher previlance of nitrogen–fixing bacteria in northern zone and central zone of the Repelón irrigation district (1.63 × 108 CFU g-1 for strain-1, 5.2 × 107 CFU g-1 for strain-2 and 4.5 × 107 CFU g-1 for strain-3). On the other hand, the physicochemical characteristics of soil show the adequacy to sustain nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The findings of the present research may serve as a baseline to identify soil micorganisms and defining strategies for sustainable management of agricultural soils in the region because these are integral component in ecosystem for nutrient recycling. © 2017, Soil Science Society of PakistanMartinez Mera, Eliana Andrea-0000-0003-2094-8061-600Torregroza Espinosa, Ana Carolina-0000-0001-8077-8880-600Valencia Garcia, Anderson David-48612080-36ef-4d6a-962c-aec64dd1d45b-0Rojas Geronimo, Laura Maria-4d9ca08d-8f8e-45c4-8b8b-210da0f66522-
Abstract : This biographical sketch attempts to quote some images of Otto Maria Carpeaux: various types of biographical constructions, carried out in different contexts by disparate authors under conditions just as distinct. It stems from a critical view of history, allowing for ?other images? fragmented and non-monumental ? to share the space. In dialogue with the montage principle, this sketch has two parts. The first, Possible Images, quotes the images produced during and after the life of the Austrian-Brazilian, who was born in Vienna in 1900, went to Brazil in exile in 1939 and died in Rio de Janeiro in 1978. The second part, Possible Montages, presents two possibilities of a biographical exercise: through the allegorical reading of documentary O Velho e o Novo (Otto Maria Carpeaux), understood as an instrument of intervention in the Brazilian dictatorship context and as a biographical retelling of the author?s European experiences; and through my Scrapbook of Critical Images, a record of the encounters in Carpeaux through critical images produced from the caesura of the present
