Kata Kunci : Latar Belakang Pendidikan, Pemahaman Keagamaan, Perilaku Keagamaan Pada usia remaja, banyak kasus yang mulai terjadi di kalangan sekolah. Selain itu, banyak siswa yang belajar pendidikan agama Islam tetapi didalam dirinya belum terbentuk perilaku taat untuk melasanakan kewajiban beribadah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut memberikan pertanyaan terkait seberapa jauh pengaruh latar belakang siswa terhadap pemahaman agama Islam. Yang mana siswa dari latar belakang MTs seharusnya memiliki lebih banyak pengetahuan kegamaan daripada siswa dari SMP. Akan tetapi, hal tersebut tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa siswa dari MTs selalu lebih unggul. Salah satu tujuan dari pendidikan agama Islam yaitu untuk membentuk kepribadian yang Islami. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah (1) Bagaimana gambaran tentang pemahaman dan perilaku keagamaan Islam pada siswa di SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung ? (2) Adakah Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan Peserta Didik terhadap Pemahaman Keagamaan Islam pada siswa di SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung ? (3) Adakah pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan Peserta Didik terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Islam pada siswa di SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung ? Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang terdisi dari 243 siswa. Dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Variabel bebas : Latar Belakang Pendidikan Siswa (X). Variabel terikat : Pemahaman Keagamaan (Y1) dan Perilaku Keagamaan (Y2). Teknik pengumpulan data : angket, dokumentasi dan tes. Uji Hipotesis : Uji T, Uji Manova, dan Uji Determinasi Hasil penelitian : (1) Pemahaman keagamaan yang terdapat di SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung meliputi kelancaran dalam membaca al-Qur’an beserta tajwidnya, kelancaran dalam membaca bacaan sholat, pengetahuan terkait hal hal yang dilarang dan yang diperbolehkan oleh agama Islam dan berusaha untuk mengamalkannya. (2) Ada Pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan Peserta Didik terhadap Pemahaman Keagamaan Islam pada siswa di SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung yang dibuktikan dari nilai thitung > ttabel (3.700 > 1.969) maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. (3) Ada pengaruh Latar Belakang Pendidikan Peserta Didik terhadap Perilaku Keagamaan Islam pada siswa di SMKN 1 Boyolangu Tulungagung yang di tunjukkan dari Thitung > Ttabel (5.218 > 1.969) dan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak

One of the things that cannot escape the development of technology is the development in the financial sector, especially online loans (financial technology). The ease of access and fast process is one of the triggers for the development of online loan applications. Therefore, the author discusses how the law enforcement efforts of the Yogyakarta Special Region Police against debt collectors who commit crimes of threatening violence to defaulting debtors and analyzes the police's efforts in uncovering crimes of threatening violence by debt collectors to defaulting debtors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
This research is a type of field research with a juridical-empirical approach. The analysis method used is qualitative analysis method by analyzing and describing the data obtained in the field and associated with legislation. The analysis is carried out with the theory of law enforcement which is used as a parameter for the enactment of legal norms in the life of society and the state.
The results of the study are law enforcement efforts by the DIY Police against the threat of violence by debt collectors against debtors through repressive steps. Padahal istilah hermeneutika dalam filsafat barat sangat terkait dengan interpretasi Bibel. Oleh karena itu penggunaan hermeneutika dalam tafsir al-Quran masih terdapat pro dan kontra. Hermeneutika selalu berpusat pada fungsi penafsiran teks. Konsep “teks” di sini tidak terbatas pada sesuatu yang tertulis, tapi meliputi pula ujaran, penampilan, karya seni, dan bahkan peristiwa. Di sini sebenarnya bisa pula dikatakan interpretasi “teks sosial”. Bahkan simbol-simbol pun, sebenarnya merupakan teks. Termasuk simbol-simbol dalam mimpi seseorang. Beberapa tokoh muslim mencoba memformulasikan hermeneutika ke dalam dunia Islam di antaranya adalah Abid al-Jabiri yang mengemukakan nalar Bayani, Irfani dan Burhani, yang kemudian dapat dijadikan landasan untuk menginterpretasi teks al-Quran untuk diimplementasikan ke dunia pendidikan.

No full textAs lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study. Musykilatu at-Taraduf fi Tarjamati Riwayah Al-Hubb Daiman li Amil Muhamad Syata
No full textThis research discusses the translation problems of synonymous words in the Arabic novel Al-Hubb Daiman. This novel written by Amil Muhamad Syata, consists of ten episodes and published in 2009 by خوارزم العلمية للنشر والتوزيع Jeddah. In addition to the story, this novel also mentions several events and situations in the city of Mecca and the surrounding area, its food, culture and so on. So, this novel is interesting to be translated into Indonesian. After the researcher translated the entire text of the novel into Indonesian. One of the problems that faced by the author in translating the novel Al-Hubb Daiman the translation of several words that are synonymous. Literally the word synonym is another name for the same thing. Synonym is a phrase which is more or less the same meaning as another expression. The research results that there are three ways to translate synonymous words: 1). Two words that are synonymous translated with one word. The words that are synonymous in this initial step the author found as many as 33 words, 2.) Reduce the words that are synonymous. In this second step synonyms are found as many as 7, and 3). Two words that are synonymous with both. In this step the writer found 8 words. The total number of words synonymous in the Al-Hubb Daiman novel that the author found was 48 words
