URGENSI KEBIJAKAN HUKUM PENATAAN RUANG PROVINSI KEPULAUAN DALAM SISTEM PENATAAN RUANG NASIONAL
Article 25 A of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is an archipelagic State characterized by the archipelago with its territories and boundaries and rights established by law. In addition to the archipelago of Indonesia is also called coastal state (coastal state) whose national territorial components consist of land, sea, and air space, where two thirds of the total territory of Indonesia is in the form of oceans. In the year 2007 Indonesia has established a legal regulation relating to spatial planning system that is Law Number 26 Year 2007 on Spatial Planning. However, Law Number 26 Year 2007 discusses a very big problem with respect to the national spatial system. In Law Number 26 of 2007 does not specifically regulate the area that characterize the archipelago. In the case of Article 3 of Law Number 26 Year 2007 regarding spatial arrangement stipulates the Implementation of spatial planning aims to create a safe, comfortable, productive and sustainable national territory based on Nusantara Insight and National Resilience. Based on the background of the problem the authors take the legal issue of "What is the Urgency Policy of Spatial Planning Provincial Islands System of National Spatial Planning System". In this writing the author uses a normative juridical approach. Island archipelagic spatial planning policy which is not the same as spatial space in Law Number 26 Year 2007 on Spatial Planning which is based or land-oriented but more in favor of middle to lower society because majority of society in The archipelagic region is the middle and lower society, especially fishermen, fish traders, farmers and others, so it needs a favorable spatial planning policy for the people who are in the archipelago, the presence of the state is necessary to protect and protect the island community of course the presence of the country is not only for a moment but that presence is something sustainable
Pendampingan Pembelajaran Maharah Qira’ah Menggunakan Media Visual
Reading activity is a communication process between readers and writers through reading texts. The aim of this community service activity is to apply a good method. I apply a qiroah method which is very practical and interesting in providing a complete, short, concise and simple understanding of learning.The use of learning media will depend on the learning method used by the teacher. The method used by the author is three strategies, namely: (1) preparation (2) implementation of activities (3) evaluation of activities. Community service activities in the form of assisting students in learning maharoh qiroah with visual media can be a solution to ignite the enthusiasm of students in learning Arabic. PEMBENTUKAN HUKUM DAN PERLAKUAN KHUSUS WILAYAH PROVINSI KEPULAUAN DALAM SISTEM PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH DI INDONESIA
Abstract : In the era of regional autonomy for regional governments to build the island province region based on: (a) There are as many as 60% of the population or as many as 140 million Indonesians live in coastal areas. Where 22% of them live in coastal and remote islands that have been less touched by development, (b), the development policy approach in Indonesia has been carried out with a land-oriented regional development approach whereas Indonesia is an archipelago therefore a different approach is needed for development in the island province, (c), Difficulties in Regional Control Patterns. In the Province, land-based communication is much easier to do, while communication is far more difficult to do in the island province, (d), the difficulty of the local government in empowering small islands in the island province especially those in the border region, (e), still Isolation of the archipelago community that has not been touched by development. In this paper the author uses a normative juridical approach with legal issues in this paper is the formation of law and special treatment of the island province in the system of regional government. Special arrangements and treatment of the Islands Province, because in Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Governments has not specifically regulated the island Province.</p
OPTIMALISASI RANCANG BANGUN MOBIL LISTRIK SEBUAH STUDI KENDARAAN HEMAT ENERGI SEBAGAI BAGIAN SOLUSI ALTERNATIF KRISIS ENERGI DUNIA

Electric vehicles are one solution to the pollution problem Because the power source of electric vehicle battery or batteries are often called, that vehicles are environmentally friendly or you could say "zero emission". This can reduce CO2 levels and the like in the air as the chemical that causes global warming. UN and developed countries are doing the development of this vehicle, with the hope of the future is not there
Electric car drive system consists of the energy system, and system control. Energy system consists of charging systems and energy storage. Control system using a switch divider associated with springs and brake pedal, in which the system is functioning as a controller and a safety that can break the power system when the driver slammed on the brakes. This four-wheeled car and driven with a DC dynamo is sourced from the battery. Vehicle transmission system uses sprockets - chains. Sprocket mounted on the connecting shaft and rear axle sprocket keyway is used (the peg) and then attach the rear axle in the wheel 2 pieces. 2 pieces mounted directly onto the front wheel steering system. At the rear axle in pairs 1 piece motorcycle disc brakes. 12 volt battery with 100 ampere specification as much as 2 pieces in pairs in parallel, will produce about 2400 watts of power. Resources will be channeled to the dynamo in DC (36 volt, 2.7 HP, 2880 rpm). The working principle is based on the direction of motor current carrying conductor placed in a magnetic field then the conductor will experience a force.

Sistem penggerak mobil listrik terdiri dari sistem energi,dan sistem kendali. Sistem energi ini terdiri dari sistem charging dan tempat penyimpanan energi. Sistem kendali menggunakan saklar pembatas yang berhubungan dengan pedal pegas dan rem, di mana sistem ini berfungsi sebagai pengendali dan pengaman yang dapat memutus sistem daya pada saat pengemudi menginjak pedal rem. Mobil ini beroda 4 dan digerakan dengan dynamo DC yang bersumber dari aki. System transmisi vehicle ini menggunakan sprocket – rantai. Sprocket dipasang di poros belakang penghubung poros dan sprocket digunakan keyway (pasak) kemudian poros belakang di pasangkan 2 buah roda. 2 buah roda depan dipasang langsung ke system steering. Pada poros belakang di pasang 1 buah rem cakram motor. Aki dengan spefikasi 12 volt 100 ampere sebanyak 2 buah di pasang secara parallel, akan menghasilkan daya sekitar 2400 watt. Daya tersebut akan di salurkan ke dynamo DC (36 volt, 2,7 HP, 2880 rpm). Prinsip kerja motor searah berdasarkan pada penghantar yang membawa arus ditempatkan dalam suatu medan magnet maka penghantar tersebut akan mengalami gaya.

Optimasi Efisiensi Perawatan Air Conditioning Tipe Split dengan Penerapan Pembersih Filter Otomatis Berbasis Condition-Base Maintenance
The increasing use of split air conditioners (AC) in various sectors demands efficient maintenance solutions to ensure optimal performance and improve energy efficiency. Time-based maintenance (TBM), the commonly used method, often leads to premature or delayed maintenance, reducing system efficiency and increasing operational costs. Previous studies have not fully explored the application of condition-based maintenance (CBM) for AC filter maintenance, especially in developing automated systems. A significant research gap exists due to the lack of real-time solutions for accurately detecting filter conditions and enabling maintenance without manual intervention. This study aims to develop an automated AC filter cleaner prototype based on CBM by integrating sensors, microcontrollers, and actuators. The results show the system reduces energy consumption by up to 58%, shortens cleaning time by 75%, and eliminates water use. In conclusion, the proposed prototype offers an innovative and efficient solution for enhancing operational performance and reducing costs.

Refleksi pembelajaran anatomi pada mahasiswa kedokteran fase ketiga melalui applied and clinical question
Latar belakang
Anatomi merupakan ilmu dasar yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa kedokteran. Walaupun pengajaran anatomi telah diselenggarakan pada semester awal, namun pada praktek klinik, mahasiswa kesulitan untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu ini pada suatu kasus. Untuk itu kombinasi metode yaitu recalling melalui minikuis disertai kasus klinik (applied and clinical question) sangat urgen.
Metode
Peserta yang mengikuti program ini adalah mahasiswa semester VI, Program studi Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Indonesia. Applied and clinical anatomy question disusun setiap minggu sebanyak 1 sampai 2 soal, dan pada akhir blok dalam ujian blok sebanyak 8 sampai dengan 11 soal. Total soal berjumlah 53 soal. Pada awal setiap blok dilakukun pretes sebanyak antara 11 sampai dengan 19 soal, total soal 50. Pada pertengahan berjalannya blok, departemen Anatomi memberi kuliah contoh contoh soal antomi klinik dan pembahasan, dan mendorong kembali mahasiswa mempelajari anatomi klnik secara mandiri. Setelah selesai blok (akhir semester) peserta mengikuti postes sebanyak 50 soal. Kuasioner dan focus group discussion mahasiswa untuk evaluasi.
Hasil
Rata-rata nilai pretes anatomi klinik dibanding postes meningkat yaitu 39,9(±7,97) menjadi 47,41 (±8,47) dengan nilai p=0,00. Sebanyak 95,29% mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya anatomi untuk memahami penyakit. Sebanyak 84,70% menyatakan Applied and clinical question untuk anatomi bermanfaat.
Kesimpulan.
Mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya anatomi untuk memahami penyakit. dan menyatakan Applied and clinical question untuk anatomi bermanfaat. Applied and clinical question dapat meningkatkan pemahaman anatomi (p=0,00). Namun adanya tujuan belajar yang lebih rinci untuk fase lanjut terkait anatomi klinik untuk panduan belajar anatomi secara mandiri perlu disiapkan
A study on ceramic composite filters utilizing rice husk for enhancing groundwater quality
Summary: This study addresses the persistent reliance of certain communities on groundwater for drinking purposes, despite its failure to meet quality standards due to the presence of harmful coliform bacteria. To meet these standards, a cost-effective and environmentally friendly filtration method is proposed, utilizing clay and rice husk as formative elements. The research focuses on creating a ceramic composite filter by blending rice husk with clay in varying compositions (30 %, 40 %, and 50 %). The mixture is processed into a paste, shaped into a green body, air-dried, and fired at different temperatures (875 °C, 900 °C, and 925 °C). Compression, porosity, and flow tests are conducted to evaluate the filter's performance. An increase in rice husk composition leads to higher flow rates, indicating improved water flow through the filter, suggests a positive influence of rice husk on the hydraulic characteristics of the filter material. The ceramic composite filter effectively filters coliform bacteria, achieving a 93 % reduction, although it falls short of meeting drinking water quality standards. The optimal sintering temperature is identified at 900 °C with a forming pressure of 30 MPa. This study emphasizes the potential of clay and rice husk-based ceramic filters as a viable option for improving groundwater quality, acknowledging their positive impact on porosity and flow characteristics. However, further refinement is required to fully align with established drinking water quality standards, suggesting avenues for future research and development in this critical field. Culinary in Petik Sari Tradition: Meanings and Values along Society Empowerment
Tradition is a local activity with mystical nuances, a religion that has been around for a long time and flows in people's lives. The purpose of this article is to explain a cultural community tradition with its culinary variety. Community empowerment (rewang) which is represented as a joint movement to build traditions and empower together. In this paper the author uses the socio-religious study method using a phenomenological approach and theoretical framework. This approach is relevant to this study because phenomenology can analyze it to an event that some people might consider normal. However, there are hundreds of meanings that can be expressed in each blade of the Nusantara’s culinary offerings. It is also embedded in the attitude of empowering women, mothers or the entire community so that they can share recipes and cook in a tradition. There is also an educational, spiritual value that will be embedded in every culinary dish of the Nusantara. The theory that I want to use is Auguste Comte’s theory of evolution and Acculturation from Koentowijoyo's point of view. Typical foods in traditions that hold meaning include Jenang, Tumpeng, Takir, and Ingkung Chicken meat.
